A Hack in the Sales Industry

What do you like best about the product?
Prospecting has been made very easy with Zoominfo giving me the ability to find better ICPs and increase m conversion rate.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be better if the companies historic revenue is also shown to help gauge their success etrics and how they can be approached.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo is currently solving my problem of not having sufficient data to go after a lead. The extra edge I receive from this helps me understand business structure and find the right contacts in the company. I am also able to find more than one relevant stakeholder to help smoothen my sales process

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use. Its the best prospecting tool I have used for the NA market.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far. Great tool for sales/BD reps to reach out to potential prospects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me get prospects' email IDs and contact numbers—general information about the organization that can use in my scripts.

Easy to implement and Adapt

What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo SalesOs is extremely precise and accurate when navigating B2B data. The ease of use and the Adaptive UI make it really easy for the sales team to learn how to use it and hence a hassle-free ease of implementation. Another best part would be the ease of integration as it can be integrated with the CRM and the rest of the tools that AE can use on a day-to-day basis.

It does offer a number of features that the sales team can leverage for outbound activities, and build better customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
- There are certain CRMs that does not have the integration with this tool, hence working on broadening the scope would definitely help.

- It gets overwhelming for the new users sometimes as most of the users come from a nontechnical background or are using such tools for the first time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It bridges the gap between the leag gen source and CRM and helps the outbound team to navigate and target better.

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo SalesOS which helps with exact information to get in touch with the right business associates. Reduces the work of any personal activity with different medium.

The one of the best thing in ZoomInfo I see is it's vast amount of data

The thing I dislike is they have lot of junk data and coustomer support is poor

For any sales person the main thing is leads, right person to contact and ZoomInfo address that perfectly

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo is very helpful in my day to day work.
I can filter down my target audience.
User friendly- Need not to tech savvy.

Integration- Zoominfo doesn't integrate with some CRM tool

I got to set the different target audience for different other product.

Zoominfo is my saviour.

What do you like best about the product?
The intutiv UI with amazing features and a tight integration across different platforms. The customer support from the implementation team makes me use it more efficiently and frequently.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much. Zoom info has almost all that it needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Identifying clients contact details and time saving. Closing the deals with a less sales cycle has been never easier before.

What do you like best about the product?
Enhances to target the right persona to get the deal & UI is very easy. Works well with Linkedin Sales Navigator. Implementation with Zoominfo is so easy as it is a plug & play. I use the platform on a daily basis to get the data scraped. The customer support is spontaneous
What do you dislike about the product?
Inaccuracy of the contact details which occur occasionally
Pricing is bit high
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To talk to the correct set of audience & the contact details can be scrapped from zoominfo. Time effiency has been improved a lot

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom info gives me a clear breakdown of multiple things I would need to initiate a conversation with the right person in the right place. It gives me buyer intent, tech stack, user information etc seamlessly and I can integrate this very easiliy with my CRM to proceed further. We used this almost on a daily basis as well and we received a good amount of support in the implementation process as well
What do you dislike about the product?
UI could be better, dated information on smaller companies like in the SMB segment or delayed updation of data
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It shows me the size of Target companies in my TAM. I also find email address of my deal champion's boss.
It helps me update the right email address of my leads. Along with buyer intent this is a great tool to have in my arsenal.
