SalesOS is an excellent resource for identifying pertinent businesses and individuals

What do you like best about the product?
Account-specific information, corporate background, employee contacts, and organizational charts are all excellent features of ZoomInfo SalesOS. Identifying LinkedIn contacts instantly is extremely useful, as is being able to link information to SFDC. Another great feature is Excel's List Match which aids in your search for a particular collection of accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I don't like about ZoomInfo SalesOS is that there's too much info on the page when constructing a homepage. It would be nice to have it more organized to quickly find what you need without searching everything. Also, an email address will occasionally be reported as undeliverable even if it doesn't have a score of "A" under the Contact Accuracy column.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When I use ZoomInfo, I no longer have to worry about locating numbers that aren't readily available on Google, which is the most valuable thing it has done for me. When you Google a potential customer's name, chances are a high likelihood that you won't find anything instantly.

A powerful tool for identifying relevant prospects

What do you like best about the product?
Probably the best feature is the intent data. ZoomInfo lets you search a large, validated database of companies and contacts by topics they are actively researching. So, for example, if you sell CRM software, you can use "CRM software" as a keyword and ZoomInfo will tell you which companies are searching within that category. Not only that, it will tell you the number of instances of those searches and where they originated from. It seems they're able to do this by monitoring web traffic at the IP address level, so they can see what websites people are visiting from a given company. Their recognition tools then read those web pages to understand the topics they're focused on.

The data is inferential, but it does a good job of signaling interest. To transform that interest to "intent", however, it's useful to look at the technologies a company is already using (which Zoominfo is often able to provide) so you can see if their interest is in acquiring a new solution or working with a solution they already have. Helpfully, ZoomInfo also provides other topics the company is researching so you get a sense of the overall context and insights into their specific needs (e.g. a company looking for "CRM Software" may also be looking for "Outsource Sales" or "Field Expense Management" -- topics which are not part of your query but make the context of your query clearer).

The competitive insights here are invaluable, and Zoominfo makes it easy to subscribe to custom lists based on your queries that are constantly being updated and will alert you when relevant new prospects appear. Connected to all of this are a variety of useful tools for measuring first-party data (i.e., so you can see which of these companies are visiting your own website and landing pages), finding relevant contacts (ZoomInfo provides a shortlist of recommended contacts for each company, based on your query), and the ability to make and export custom lists.

That being said, Zoominfo SalesOS isn't cheap. You need to have a budget for it, and if you don't have a pro sales team who can capitalize on the insights it provides, you probably won't see a return on your investment.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I had one recommendation to the Zoominfo team, it would be to better unify the intent data with company and contact search results, so that the intent data appears in the search and can be exported along with it. Currently, I have to cross-reference my exports with my saved intent lists to see where they match up, which can be a bit of a hassle when you're working with a number of different intent topics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Working for a smaller organization means we don't have the capacity to reach out to every company that *might* be interested in our products, so understanding buyer intent is key for us. Zoominfo SalesOS does a good job of helping us identify relevant prospects who are more likely to be receptive to our offers.

Awesome solution for finding leads in North America

  • September 19, 2022
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
A wide range of filters cover every demographic you could think of and pulls them into one handy list. The Scoop and Intent features are particularly powerful - giving insights above and beyond conventional list-building platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform seems to be particularly lacking in contacts from Europe and APAC.. basically, anywhere outside of North America it won't give a full set of results.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Identifying prospective leads in new areas that would previously have taken hours of research to identify and many more to find useful contact information for.

The best out there, with rich features and filters

  • September 19, 2022
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful feature of Zoominfo SalesOS is the integration capabilities and the ability to use your CRM as a filtering option when searching for accounts or prospects.
What do you dislike about the product?
The data is not always up to date when a prospect is no longer at a company. I also dislike that you are not able to filter by store count, or by physical store presence.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are no current problems on the platform that I am aware of being currently improved upon, except for the neat feature of requesting that a contact or account be updated by users if any data is incorrect.

Harness the power of marketing efficiency.

What do you like best about the product?
One of the most helpful features is the grade of the accuracy of the data; this is important to know that the data is the freshest you can get. It is always being updated.
What do you dislike about the product?
Putting together Salesflows takes some creativity and repetition of use. In the begining the creation of Salesflows is a little 'clunky' and as you learn to create sales flows easily, and use regularly, it get's easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providing highly targeted data to pursue prequalified leads to sell my services to. Thus reducing my time to do market research and having confidence the data is accurate

Prospecting and outreach is simple.

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo Engage is an excellent tool for the automation of the outreach procedure. Automation tools like the auto-dialer and mass-email senders help me get the word out more quickly and effectively. For phone calls, the VOIP feature is excellent, and I appreciate the smooth integration with Salesforce and ZoomInfo. My team was able to start contributing to our lead era right away, thanks to the platform's simplicity in training them to use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Most of the non-mobile digits I get from ZoomInfo end up being useless. I have yet to grasp the power of tags fully. Moreover, training was required to master the ins and outs of importing and mapping data when adding new contact lists.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to communicate with more people in less time. Sharing information with my group and monitoring their progress is a breeze. Using this data, I can watch my progress toward my long-term and short-term outreach goals.

Efficient and Beneficial

  • September 13, 2022
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Zoominfo is the large database, an extensive array of capabilities, and easy-to-use interface. Having an account executive who can answer questions and a resource center with films that explain the platform's functionalities is extremely useful. Another great feature is examining daily, weekly, or monthly reports tracking activity on all business accounts and credit usage through the admin portal.
What do you dislike about the product?
I ZoomInfo SalesOS's user interface is simple; it's so straightforward that it becomes tedious. The homepage was nearly devoid of material when I visited, and though I missed the initial instruction, I picked up on it because of the intuitive design. Clear directions on the landing page would boost effectiveness.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
However, the sales are not without their flaws. The main issue I have encountered is outdated or irrelevant leads within the contact lists. Additionally, some of the information provided (e.g., budget amounts) can be inaccurate and thus lead to wasted time trying to engage a company that may not even be interested in your product/service.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ZoomInfo SalesOS Intent feature! It has given me access to a wealth of data that was previously unavailable to me. The combination of search terms and geolocation data has allowed me to track down every single person in the world who might be considering purchasing my wares. ZoomInfo SalesOS is an incredible resource that has also helped me out when I need to find new contacts for current customers. The company name advanced search is fantastic. This app's accuracy scores are through the roof, and the information it provides is fantastic.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I can think of that I dislike about ZoomInfo SalesOS. The service has been excellent across the board.

Zoominfo review

  • September 08, 2022
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like the advanced search feature the most. It filters out a lot of unnecessary data and points out the accurate data we need for our projects. Also, I like the save search feature, which is helpful.

We check out the history of searches as well. That adds a lot of points.
What do you dislike about the product?
The new feature which is the "New search experience" is not that good when taking out data as a single click gives more than needed data and I need to go looking for the needed information. The old feature is still good and I always use it the most. Thanks for keeping the old feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work with a market research company that requires accurate and updated data on companies and their employees. In addition, it helps reach out to the right people for particular projects. Right now, it is our life savior and helps complete a lot of projects.

It is also helpful for email campaigning , used in a lot of projects.
