Great tool and lots of insights!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that ZoomInfo integrates with our CRM, Salesforce. It helps augment our existing data and our database as a whole. In addition, the details provided are incredibly granular and helpful for our Sales and Marketing teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are many different ways to do things and it's sometimes difficult to determine the best way or more streamlined way to pull data, look up contacts vs companies and understand the levels of customization available. It's a, "I don't know what I don't know" type of situation and it's hard to really learn everything without hours and hours of training.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Expanding our database with insights and details on companies and contacts that we otherwise might not know about or not have the chance to interact with without the database.
Up-to-date data reduced our sales cycle timeframe by half.
What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo is the only source of accurate business data and telephone numbers/e-mails. Besides, this all-inclusive set provides us with a variety of ICP mapping filters. Our sales cycle has been shortened by several weeks as a result. With the aid of tags, I can compile a list of prospective customers that I can export or save. In addition, ZoomInfo assists us in cleaning or completing data that was previously stored in multiple dissimilar formats. I prefer the "Organisation chart" because it displays the organizational structure clearly and enables my team and me to identify the appropriate contact quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The login procedure could be improved. It seems like I must sign in constantly. I would be satisfied if I could remain signed in till I explicitly log out or set a session timeframe.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Obtaining accurate information from prospective customers posed the most significant difficulty for us (email addresses or direct numbers). We've attempted several different platforms, but we're stuck. Before this, many of our emails would bounce, and most of our phone numbers were on board lines. With ZoomInfo, this issue no longer exists. Our sales cycle has been shortened by a few weeks, and we are now holding more qualified meetings.

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo features exceptional usability. The extension's smooth integration with SalesForce and SalesLoft guarantees that my lead contact information is always accurate. Using ZoomInfo, I can import contacts directly into SalesForce and Loft, decreasing the paperwork involved with my position.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no complaints about the company's outbound efforts after using the software for more than two years. As an individual contributor, I no longer have to be concerned with questions of cost, contract, and terms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Aside from facilitating mass communications in the absence of email marketing, we have not observed much problems with this.

Sometimes gives invalid data which misleads the users. Some info like revenue and funding details are not updated regularly

It makes the accuracy of any job that requires business to business interaction enormously easy and effortless.

It could be a little bit more accurate with the searches but this is completely understandable when dealing with the amount of information they do.

It takes the time out of trying to find the right person in the right department to talk to.

What do you like best about the product?
I liked that there is an extension to use while I am using my CRM or I am looking at other websites for prospecting. I also like that I can create custom searches and filter that down to titles.
What do you dislike about the product?
That sometimes it looks as if the information is transposed for jobs and it looks like that person does not work at the company. This does not happen all the time but it has happened frequently enough that it is annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving the issue of not having enough information and now I can find information for that prospect which is ideal.

I appreciate the Reachout Extension where I can quickly and easily find prospect information right from the webpage Im currently on.

I feel like there is always another tool that their sales team is trying to get me to buy. Like the product I own is never quite good enough.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The data in our CRM is invaluable and Zoominfo helps me complete missing information in our contact profiles quickly and easily. Further, the firmographic information provided by Zoominfo on the companies in our CRM helps us to target the best companies first.
