Customizable Guardrails and Centralized Management That Fit Our Workflows

  • May 08, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to customize guardrails based on our internal policies is extremely helpful. WonderFence adapts to specific business needs instead of forcing one-size-fits-all settings. I also appreciate the centralized view across applications, which makes ongoing management much easier. On top of that, it integrates smoothly with our existing workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
Setup takes some coordination between the technical and policy teams, which can slow things down at the start. A few features also feel a bit complex for first-time users, so there’s a learning curve. The documentation would be more helpful if it included more real-world examples to show how these features are used in practice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed consistent enforcement of internal policies across our AI systems so that outputs remain aligned with company standards. It also helps reduce the amount of manual review required, which in turn improves efficiency across teams.

WonderBuild Catches Pre-Launch Vulnerabilities with Clear, Actionable Findings

  • April 23, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
WonderBuild does a solid job of identifying vulnerabilities before launch. It surfaces issues that typical QA can miss, and the prioritized findings make it easier for teams to act quickly. It also provides helpful documentation that supports the approval process.
What do you dislike about the product?
At first, the number of findings can feel overwhelming. Some of the issues require additional investigation to fully understand. Overall, it takes a bit of time to get used to the platform and how it presents everything.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a reliable way to validate our AI systems before release, and this helped us identify and reduce risks early. It also made the internal approval process smoother and more straightforward.

Centralized Policy Enforcement That Adapts Seamlessly to Our Workflows

  • April 07, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
This platform makes it much easier to enforce internal policies across different AI systems. WonderFence also adapts well to our specific requirements, which has been a big plus. The centralized view is helpful for managing multiple applications in one place, and it integrates smoothly with our existing workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
Getting set up requires coordination across teams, which can slow things down. A few features also take time to fully understand and use confidently. The documentation is helpful, but it could be more practical and easier to apply during day-to-day setup and troubleshooting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed consistent policy enforcement across different AI tools so outputs stay aligned with our company standards. This also helps reduce the amount of manual review work required and makes the overall process more reliable.

WonderFence: Strong Policy Enforcement and Thorough Audit Logs for Legal Workflows

  • March 29, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
WonderFence stands out for how effectively it enforces policies aligned with legal workflows. It flags risky outputs that could jeopardize client confidentiality or lead to misleading research. The audit logs are thorough and genuinely helpful when we review AI behavior internally. I also appreciate how well it adapts to our firm’s specific policies instead of relying on one-size-fits-all rules.
What do you dislike about the product?
There’s some upfront effort involved in mapping the policies correctly, and smaller teams may find the initial setup a bit heavy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed tighter control over AI-generated legal content, and this helps prevent inaccurate or non-compliant outputs before they ever reach clients. It also makes internal reviews easier by providing clear documentation of what was produced and why. Overall, it reduces risk in client-facing work while keeping our review process more consistent.

Practical Adversarial Testing with Clear, Prioritized Fixes

  • March 27, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
WonderBuild does a solid job of simulating real-world attacks. The adversarial testing feels practical and hands-on rather than purely theoretical. I also like that the prioritized fix list makes it easier for engineering teams to move quickly and focus on what matters most. Overall, it helps bridge the gap between security and product teams so everyone can align and take action.
What do you dislike about the product?
At first, the sheer volume of findings can feel overwhelming. Some issues still require deeper investigation outside the platform to fully understand and address them. In certain cases, it would be helpful to have more guided, step-by-step remediation suggestions to make the next actions clearer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a reliable way to validate our AI features before launch, and this tool helped us do exactly that. It surfaced gaps early, which let us address them sooner and avoid issues after release. It also made internal approvals much smoother, reducing friction between teams in a noticeable way.

Structured Pre-Launch Testing That Catches What QA Misses

  • March 26, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What stands out most is how structured the pre-launch testing process is. WonderBuild has surfaced issues our internal QA never caught, particularly around prompt injection and edge-case behavior. The reporting is easy to follow and clearly mapped to our compliance needs, which made internal reviews smoother. WonderFence also runs quietly in the background and hasn’t slowed anything down.
What do you dislike about the product?
The dashboards can feel a bit dense at first, especially for non-security stakeholders. I needed some onboarding time to understand how to prioritize the findings. The customization options are powerful, but they also take some effort to configure properly and get set up the way you want.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a reliable way to validate our AI systems before exposing them to customers, and this helped us catch vulnerabilities early while avoiding compliance risks. It also gave our legal and risk teams the confidence they needed to approve deployment more quickly. Overall, it reduced delays when launching new AI features.

Excellent Risk Scoring That Cuts False Positives and Reduces Noise

  • February 18, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Alice risk scoring is excellent at reducing false positives on harmful content. As a result, our team spends more time on genuine cases and deals with far less noise.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the scores don’t explain which factors pushed the risk higher, so it’s hard to understand what’s driving the result.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This improves efficiency by filtering out low-risk content that would otherwise add unnecessary burden to the review queues.
