What do you like best about the product?
WonderFence stands out for how effectively it enforces policies aligned with legal workflows. It flags risky outputs that could jeopardize client confidentiality or lead to misleading research. The audit logs are thorough and genuinely helpful when we review AI behavior internally. I also appreciate how well it adapts to our firm’s specific policies instead of relying on one-size-fits-all rules.
What do you dislike about the product?
There’s some upfront effort involved in mapping the policies correctly, and smaller teams may find the initial setup a bit heavy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed tighter control over AI-generated legal content, and this helps prevent inaccurate or non-compliant outputs before they ever reach clients. It also makes internal reviews easier by providing clear documentation of what was produced and why. Overall, it reduces risk in client-facing work while keeping our review process more consistent.

What do you like best about the product?

What do you dislike about the product?
At first, the sheer volume of findings can feel overwhelming. Some issues still require deeper investigation outside the platform to fully understand and address them. In certain cases, it would be helpful to have more guided, step-by-step remediation suggestions to make the next actions clearer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a reliable way to validate our AI features before launch, and this tool helped us do exactly that. It surfaced gaps early, which let us address them sooner and avoid issues after release. It also made internal approvals much smoother, reducing friction between teams in a noticeable way.

Alice risk scoring is excellent at reducing false positives on harmful content. As a result, our team spends more time on genuine cases and deals with far less noise.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the scores don’t explain which factors pushed the risk higher, so it’s hard to understand what’s driving the result.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This improves efficiency by filtering out low-risk content that would otherwise add unnecessary burden to the review queues.

Allowed to identfiy tickets with high priority on each day of the week and allowed for a simple easy layout.

There is nothing I didnt like, just didnt suit the needs of our buisness.

What do you like best about the product?
It keeps my data from using social medias safe and secure. Hackers are everywhere these days so it's nice to have some trust in this software for keeping my data safe.

With any data safety software, i feel like the amount of times a hacker has been significantly decreased, but the occaisional bug still makes it way.
