Actionable Detection Signals That Speed Up Moderation
What do you like best about the product?
This platform provides good visibility into harmful content trends. The detection signals are actionable and help our moderation team prioritize faster. Implementation is also easier with this.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven’t faced any issues so far, and all the features have worked as expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This has improved our proactive monitoring of content risk.
Excellent Risk Scoring That Cuts False Positives and Reduces Noise
What do you like best about the product?
Alice risk scoring is excellent at reducing false positives on harmful content. As a result, our team spends more time on genuine cases and deals with far less noise.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the scores don’t explain which factors pushed the risk higher, so it’s hard to understand what’s driving the result.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This improves efficiency by filtering out low-risk content that would otherwise add unnecessary burden to the review queues.
Alice Quickly Detects Coordinated Threat Patterns
What do you like best about the product?
Alice helps detect coordinated malicious patterns very effectively, which reduces the time I spend on analysis.
What do you dislike about the product?
The alert threshold needs careful tuning, but aside from that, I haven’t had any other issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This puts scalable detection in place without requiring massive increases in headcount.
Spectrum does a good job at content moderation, allowed for ease in releasing content

Allowed to identfiy tickets with high priority on each day of the week and allowed for a simple easy layout.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I didnt like, just didnt suit the needs of our buisness.

It allowed for a better controlled environement when moderating content and ensuring everything was safe.

What do you like best about the product?
It keeps my data from using social medias safe and secure. Hackers are everywhere these days so it's nice to have some trust in this software for keeping my data safe.
What do you dislike about the product?
With any data safety software, i feel like the amount of times a hacker has been significantly decreased, but the occaisional bug still makes it way.
