Centralized, intuitive, and always improving

What do you like best about the product?
What I find most helpful about Vertice is how much easier it makes it to manage our SaaS tools. Instead of chasing renewals or trying to keep track of contracts in different places, everything is centralized and clear. It really saves time and avoids stress. Another big upside is the support from the Vertice team — they are proactive, approachable, and always ready to help us get the best outcome. It feels like having an extra partner that truly cares about our needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the moment, Vertice doesn’t integrate with Odoo, our ERP, which would make some processes even smoother. However, the team has shared that they are working on this, and it should be available soon. Apart from that, the platform is intuitive, and the support from the Vertice team makes using it very easy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vertice helps us solve the challenge of managing multiple SaaS subscriptions and contracts across the company.

What do you like best about the product?
The most useful thing for me is direct negotiation with manufacturers and distributors, thanks to their good knowledge of the supplier market and the products they sell. The main advantage is the benchmarking they have, as thanks to the different clients they have, they can carry out a very precise comparison of the prices and purchasing conditions that suppliers offer us.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing in particular that I dislike, the only additional task is uploading documentation to their platform and keeping an eye on notifications through it. However, it is a user-friendly and simple platform to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The question is not understood.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform makes contract management incredibly easy—with automated workflows that track every step, send timely reminders, and ensure nothing slips through the cracks. It’s taken the manual effort out of the process.
One of the biggest wins has been cost savings. Vertice helped us negotiate better SaaS deals and cut down unnecessary spend. The vendor insights have also been extremely valuable, keeping our business owners on top of trends and key movements from our vendors.
What do you dislike about the product?
it will be even better if Vertice can also take care of non-SaaS small contract.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vertice is helping us solve several long-standing pain points around contract and vendor management.

What do you like best about the product?
Vertice has been instrumental in helping us get control of our software spend, delivering immediate cost savings from day one. The platform provides excellent market intelligence that helps us negotiate better deals. Their workflows have actually replaced several internally-built systems we were using, streamlining our processes significantly. The team at Vertice is fantastic - they're knowledgeable, responsive, and always willing to help. The AI capabilities are also impressive and add real value to the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I don't have any significant complaints about Vertice. The platform and service have met or exceeded our expectations across the board. If I had to be critical, perhaps there's always room for more features or integrations, but nothing that impacts our positive experience with the platform
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vertice is solving several critical business challenges for us. First and foremost, we previously lacked visibility and control over our software spend - Vertice gave us complete transparency and governance over our SaaS portfolio. This has streamlined our operations significantly by consolidating multiple internal systems into one platform. Their workflows have replaced our homegrown procurement and renewal tracking tools, saving us maintenance costs and improving efficiency.
The platform's market intelligence solves our information asymmetry problem during negotiations - we now know fair market prices and can negotiate from a position of strength. This has delivered immediate cost savings on renewals and new purchases.
Additionally, Vertice's AI capabilities help us identify optimization opportunities we would have missed, like duplicate subscriptions or underutilized licenses. Having their expert team available also means we're never stuck trying to figure things out alone. Overall, Vertice has transformed our software procurement from a reactive, fragmented process into a proactive, streamlined operation that delivers measurable ROI.

What do you like best about the product?
It's like having a contract negotiator on staff, without the overhead. They have a great data team that can help baseline deals for us to save money when we are not using them for the negotiations. They are responsive and collaborative. Highly recommend!
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform can be a bit tricky to find something but not a show-stopper.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vertice tracks our contracts and licenses, and help negotiate contracts on renewals and new purchases. We would often miss renewal cancellation windows, or opportunities to consolidate products, but Vertice gives us the insights into those areas.

What do you like best about the product?
The Vertice team have been incredibly helpful and worked to ensure smooth management of our contracts and negotiations. Great communication throughout the whole set up process, Vertice has saved us many of hours of work already and we look forward to seeing the savings roll in.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, the platform is easy to manage and the feedback from users of the platform have been positive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vertice is our central hub for storing, tracking and managing live contracts. It saves us time and money by tracking renewal dates and ensuring that we are not locked into contracts that are not fit for purpose.

What do you like best about the product?
It has saved us so much time managing new and current contracts. Our procurement manager is proactive and friendly, taking our constraints in consideration and ensuring we get the best deal. The platform is easy to use and the team have been great helping implement and customise the workflows as required.
Having everything in one place has been a big help and means we are able to manage our spend and ensure we are using our softwares to maximise value.
What do you dislike about the product?
Allocation of contract owners/managers could be more user friendly.
Understanding different spend metrics took some time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mostly saving us time when renewing or procuring softwares by acting as the middle man required to negotiate and finalise spend. Our procurement manager manages the process proactively which means I can focus on commercials rather than timelines/chasing relevant parties. The upcoming tasks and renewals also ensure we don't miss auto-renewal deadlines and we thoroughly review our spend proactively rather than constantly trying to catch up or miss out on better deals due to last minute deadlines.

What do you like best about the product?
Centralised platform to manage SaaS contracts, renewals, purchases, and usage — giving teams a clear overview of their software landscape. And the support is fantastic — it’s rare to encounter such a high level of helpfulness.
What do you dislike about the product?
At first, I found the platform a bit difficult to understand — it felt somewhat complicated to me personally. But I quickly got the hang of it, and now everything works really well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vertice gives us a comprehensive overview of what we’re paying for each contract, which teams are incurring which costs, and when contracts are due for renewal or cancellation. We now have excellent visibility across the board. The workflows we’ve set up ensure that all purchases are made in a compliant manner.

What do you like best about the product?
We’ve had an outstanding experience with Vertice as our SaaS contract management tool. From day one, Briony (our Account Manager) and Deb (our Procurement Manager) made the onboarding process seamless and stress-free. They’ve been consistently supportive, transparent, and proactive — Vertice did not follow the common pitfall of overpromising during the sales pitch and failing to deliver!

Their approach has already saved our company significant time and money, just a few months in. Every interaction with the team adds real value, whether it’s simplifying procurement, providing timely insights, or helping us optimise our contracts.

The Vertice platform itself is impressive — having all our SaaS contracts in one place with clear ownership, automated workflows, and detailed tracking has brought order and visibility to what was previously a scattered process. The system has streamlined our internal approvals and ensured we’re always on top of renewals, which has directly contributed to cost savings.

What do you dislike about the product?
If Vertice could add the ability to be able to contact vendors from the platform that would be helpful, to keep contract communication within the platform as opposed to email.

Having all of our contracts in one place, being able to see our SaaS stack in one place, having integration into Xero which highlights nay missing contracts, having SSO integration so we can monitor usage to see if we have too many licenses
