Vertice is an interesting solution, especially with its single repository for subscriptions.
What do you like best about the product?
It helps improve vendor management while also reducing the cost of the renewal process.
What do you dislike about the product?
None so far. It is just new in the system.

Renewal/Acquisition process and reminders for upcoming subscription expirations.
Seamless onboarding, multiple integrations and ease of use
What do you like best about the product?
We've had a fantastic experience working with Vertice. Their team was incredibly responsive and made the onboarding process seamless. A special shout-out to Briony, who went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly—her support was outstanding! Highly recommend Vertice for their professionalism and excellent customer service.
What do you dislike about the product?
The system can be a bit slow at times when loading workflows or changing through pages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Negotiating large contracts that take months to complete
Vertice help us manage our SaaS spend, now more complex having adopted a 'cloud first' strategy
What do you like best about the product?
Once contracts are uploaded, the 'Pipeline' that is generated following the OCR process gives clear visibility into the your SaaS scheduled renewal priorities. Also how contracts are managed within the tool with the assignment of 'Owners' and 'Watchers' makes for simple task delegation throughout our organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
Too early to tell at the moment. I am still 'finding my feet' with this new capability and understanding the features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have switched from managing infrastructure to managing SaaS vendors, for which there are many. Vertice is helping us maintain timely renewals and better forecast SaaS spend.
Better Subscription Management and Negotiated Savings
What do you like best about the product?
Centralized information, no surprise autorenewals, expert advice, dedicated negotiator for larger contracts, savings and cost reduction.
What do you dislike about the product?
Vertice has smaller effect on the very large SaaS companies who are unwilling to adjust their pricing structure.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization - having all our subscription information in one place. Time savings and effectiveness - Vertice sends reminders and there is a team of people at Vertice engaging our employees to think through ways to save - user counts, features, competitors.

Their offering is very unique. We're guaranteed to save money (a true $ guarantee), we're offloading procurement work from our staff and their team is GREAT to work with!

We have yet to find anything we truly dislike.

Achieving better pricing on new purchases and renewals and easing the burdens off our procurement and contract owner teams.

The very friendly and helpful team at Vertice have given us a very smooth onboarding process

The platform can be a bit slow to load sometimes, and it's not clear yet how well it will be able to handle contracts that have variable usage charges.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

- tracking contract renewals, so that we don't miss them, can proactively consider if we want to continue with an existing service or have sufficient time to cut over to another.

What do you like best about the product?
Vertice is an excellent platform for helping to maintain and manage SaaS platform costs. The platform is easy to use and navigate, initial onboarding was excellent with the assistance of their data team and the platform helps to provide visibility on the various renewals across departments.
What do you dislike about the product?
No significant challenges when using the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vertice helps to drive value for money on our SaaS spend and free up resources by taking on SaaS renewals and pricing negotiations, this benefits us by ensuring our SaaS budget is kept as lean as possible.
