Phenom is a very user-friendly CRM which helps quickly detect great talent!
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Phenom are the advanced filter searches that target the specific skills and experience you are looking for as closely as possible!
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I feel that could improve my Phenom experience would be to process candidate offers in the CRM.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Proactively creating pipelines for hard-to-fill roles.
Good concepts in theory, but could be executed better
What do you like best about the product?
I like the analytics platform, it's very organized and detailed. The events and campaigns tools in the CRM are fairly easy to navigate, and there are plenty of resources to help find solutions to common problems.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish reports could be more easily exported from the analytics platform - for example downloadable as a PDF so that Phenom's graphics stay in the report. On the CRM side, I wish there was the ability to create and add your own fields without going through support or your Phenom implementation team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visibility into which marketing efforts are leading to applicant conversions. We can now see the ROI for different initiatives and allocate time and resources to the avenues that are attracting and converting more applicants.
Trainings were concise and relevant.
What do you like best about the product?
It was a mix of videos and reading content which was helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
My overall experience was good, so no further feedback.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides detailed training material for a vast CRM system - it helps new users to get acquainted with the system.
Plenty of cool features, intuitive interface
What do you like best about the product?
Plenty of neat features for a variety of different talent areas (graduates, executives) , intuitive interface, a fairly large training section ineasy to follow language. Also the video format of the training is helpful, makes it easier to digest.
What do you dislike about the product?
Amount of traing offering is somehow overwhelming and should be offered in a more live usage environment, somehow too theoretical. Friction between sales team and operational delivery (delivery does nit know what has been agreed with sales) which is a bit irritating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The platform allows a more direct and engaging interaction with potential candidates. The talent pooling opportunities - as far as I have seen them - are top notch.
The training videos were incredibly useful and easy to navigate!
What do you like best about the product?
AI capabilities are incredible. I also like the SEO abilities. I like the ability to edit in real time. The platform is really easy to navigate and uses common web development verbiage.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike anything at this time. Phenom is a really great platform that is easy to use and navigate. I also love the anayltics that are built in on the dashboard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Phenom is creating a job portal for us to easily add and update job descriptions that match a potential client's interest. It also incorporates email marketing campaign capabilities.

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate that they do video rundowns of the different applications and truly allow you to get familiar with each of the components of the tool before getting into your production site.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do think that videos explaining the tool and showing a run down are great but for some models there is only text and pictures.During my experience some of the pictures did not load so it was a bit of me imagining what the text was refering to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to understand more fully the capabilities of the tool. When you are working with CMS it is a bit tricky to just go in and try to explore the tool as a "trial by error" so this tool allows you to have the basic understanding before going into production and experimenting with your live site.
User friendly modern CRM!
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it feels easy to use. There are many different functions. It is super user-friendly. Some of the functions I like the most is how easy it is to create lists & projects as well as the different tags you can add to a profile.
What do you dislike about the product?
For the moment, not anything as I am starting to use the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The tags & lists are solving issues I have come across like not being able to put people into lists or groups such as "headhunted candidate" or "silver medalists".

The parts where you just had to read examples and were not with a speaker.

Having more dynamic lists and better leads from our data bases

What do you like best about the product?
Phenom is the best CRM .It gives access to large pool of candidates and ease of communicating to the candidates. Campaigns is the best feature,which attracts the right talent and a larger audience.
What do you dislike about the product?
The challenge is getting the right candidates to filter as i feel we get few irrelevant profiles.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the task of going through a large mass of candidates for hiring.Shortlisting and reaching out to many candidates has benefitted me.
