How sources are able to follow a candidates interest before they even apply

A lot of steps in the process, I wish there as a shorter way of doing things

What do you like best about the product?
Sourcing, creating lists, candidate scoring, pipelining passive talent, creating campains
What do you dislike about the product?
Like most systems, there are always issues with performance caused by network connectivity issues. I'll have to work with the Phenom system a little more before objectively assessing features I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Filled two hard-to-fill sales roles in Northern California and Raleigh, NC, by attracting passive talent on Phenom.
Experience with Phenom TXM Platform
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about Phenom its the passive candidate and partial applicant lead detection. The pipeline is always filled with candidates and job seekers in our field. In addition, you can do everything within the system from sending campaigns, reminding applicants about completing their application and texting leads.
What do you dislike about the product?
Something that I would say is the least helpful about Phenom is that it doesn't push through all the information from our ATS, as in sometimes you have to go between the two systems to see what is happening with a candidate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Business problems that Phenom TXM Platform is helping us solve is pushing candidates through the funnel and continously having an active pipeline without the extra work that is being done through sourcing.

Recommendations to others considering Phenom TXM Platform is to make it your own and what makes the most sense to your company.

What do you like best about the product?
The system is user friendly, easy to manage and to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some bugs or technical issues sometimes and we need to contact the technical support team often.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using CRM to contact leads, campaigns and CMS to increase our digital fingerprint.

What do you like best about the product?
All its functions in one place. CMS being the best tool of all, being able to configure your careers site and any landing page to promote your brand to specific candidates is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are so many options that it can be a bit overwhelming at first. Specially with candidate management.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Careers page, referral scheme, SMS campaigns. Benefits are its versatility and communication ways with candidates.

The platform is easy to use and produces great results.

The data merge took some time, so was hard to run searches innitally.

Viewing the job applicants data analytics is very useful

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, intuitive, quizzes throughout course

Would like more videos & demos of email campaign functions
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has allowed our team to have insight as to how our email campaigns are doing, where our job seekers are coming from. It helps us gauge what's going well and what we need to tweak and fine tune.
Phenom is the best CRM I’ve used thus far!
What do you like best about the product?
Phenom has been a HUGE add to our recruiting practices. Candidate tracking, messaging, searching, etc. has been a huge help. My favorite part is seeing candidates that have viewed our career page and/or have started to apply for a role. We can reach out to them directly via Phenom and they usually are the warmest leads.
What do you dislike about the product?
Phenom is another layer to the recruiting process which can be a "dislike" however the positive greatly outweighs the negative in this case!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Candidate management, sending campaigns to candidates, and reporting!

Their support team is second to none.
Great tool for our recruitment strategy. Phenom continues to make improvements to the platform.
What do you like best about the product?
I find the candidates and campaigns features to be the most useful. It is great that we have all of our leads in one place and can strategize on the best way to move them into becoming an applicant and eventually an employee. The AI built into the platform is very interesting and something we are diving deeper into now.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the features are a little clunky and do not perform exactly as we would like. I'd love to have a lead gen form that we could use in ads and direct people to the CRM. Phenom seems to be making a lot of updates and enhancements to their platforms so I'm excited to see where things go.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're solving the problem of "what happens if they don't apply?". Rather than losing that person we can now see them as a lead and nurture them.

Phenom is definitely worth looking into. They have some really cool products that help to streamline our recruiting efforts.
Flexible, Adaptive, Innovate and Great Team!
What do you like best about the product?
We've found the CRM, campaigns, and SMS/Messaging tools to be impactful. Additionally, we've used videos to build out our inclusion strategy across our key career site pages. The team is A+ rockstars, passionate about what they do, and bring meaningful insights to every call/meeting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Talent Analytics is very linear. I'm used to using multi-level/pivotable data where you can start anywhere and create your drill-downs (think of SAP SuccessFactors Advanced Analytics BI tool before it went away). It's easy to find data via campaigns using UTM's, but not easy to drill into regions, job departments or job titles.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're filling the gap of ways to connect to talent; for example, we can SMS/Message our talent community and use tools to engage with our leads. Talent Analytics gives us deeper insight into how recruitment marketing campaigns are performing, especially our programmatic job advertising.
