What do you like best about the product?
Email campaign section. Great way of making emails with great layouts

nothing so far. Everything is working well. Just other stuff that are not which are being handled

I'm not having any problems, I think the TXM platform is great!

I like the customer service from our reps. They are every responsive to my questions and help us find solutions.

I don't always use analytics because it does not capture our true response rate

Solving problems to decrease our applicant drop-off rate and increase our candidate pipelines through effective email marketing campaigns
Great platform for websites, recruitment marketing

Robust data available, ability to make instant changes to websites, marketing campaigns hosted through the platform

It's a comprehensive system, so there is a learning curve. Thankfully we are provided with excellent account management and support.

With Phenom we can grow our talent community, keep leads warm, and create a solid talent pipeline. It also allows us to keep our webpages up to date and reflective of our culture.
Great platform - Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Phenom's platform is easy to step right in and begin using. They provide great training resources that help get you started right away. I really like the fact that they are constantly taking the feedback from their clients and make enhancements quite regularly based on the recommendations. Also, the ability to purchase the services as needed so you don't have to buy a huge package that you won't utilize, you can purchase as you need and as your team grows.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't see any downsides to the platform. The support can be a little disjointed at times but they are able to get my questions answered in a timely manner.

Candidate experience, outreach, detailed analytics, ability to manage our own career site and make updates as needed when needed.

The platform itself is good, but some limitations
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is relatively intuitive to use when you open out the user experience. It's relatively easy to navigate and change and the talent analytics system is actually quite great when understanding traffic, pipeline and direct impact from the career site.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tough part was our relationship with Phenom started off not so great. There wasn't a dedicated CSM for about 6+ months and there were a lot of logistical discoveries we made along the way like our platform was outdated and needed migrations midway through, implementations weren't always clear and there were a lot of conversations where our teams were just simply confused about how things were working. We would uncover issues later down the road when it was something we could have caught on the front end very early had we had guidance from a CSM or someone who understood the platofrm a lot more closely on the day to day usage. Instead, we were given a library and was recommended we go there first but there were still a lot of questions unanswered with no one but our sales rep to answer them. We submitted a lot of technical tickets that also some took longer than others and the communication just seemed misaligned at times. When new processes or products rolled out, we weren't notified of them. Now we do have a dedicated CSM and he's great. Follow up is clear and concise and there are continual touch points. We're hoping this improvement will impact us positively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are hoping that we can continue to use Phenom to improve our employment brand, increase traffic to our site and showcase our company culture. The tracking and analytics have been tremendous in understanding peak times and trends.
A recruiter's dream- all tools in one platform!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the functionality of each part of the platform. No matter what you're looking for, whether it's candidate sourcing or talent analytics, this platform has it all. Very user-friendly and customizable to the user and the client.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having as much functionality as it does is somewhat a double-edged sword. You need to complete the training and get a good grasp on how to use the platform, otherwise it can be intimidating.

We are using it for our internal mobility program, CRM, recruiting automation, marketing and talent analytics. We've seen the benefits of using Phenom to find passive candidates, promoting events and jobs to the masses, and understanding our talent funnels and pipeline.

benefits to candidates that are passively looking that have applied but haven't been spoken to, there's a lot of value in landing pages and pointing specific candidates to specific things
Phenom is a customer-friendly, rapidly innovating talent experience partner
What do you like best about the product?
Phenom is a quickly evolving and rapidly iterating talent experience platform. The company has a knack for staying one step ahead of where our business is going. New feature sets roll-out every month, and our CSMs have done an amazing job at helping our team identify key opportunities and execute against them. The software is great, but it's the Phenom team that is the true differentiator. They're always there for us when we need them to be. They stood up our CRM/CMS, integrated our ATS, and got our recruiters trained-in and running, in exactly the timetable they promised. We had talent marketing wins within weeks of flipping the switch.
What do you dislike about the product?
The frequency and number of feature launches can overwhelm and confuse, as It's not always clear what's standard and what's an upgrade, or when things are going live. New features can be launched in a very beta stage. Phenom is growing quickly, and the response time to support tickets has noticeably slowed in spring 2021.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's hard to think of a problem Phenom doesn't solve. Phenom has allowed us to make real-time updates to our Careers site as quickly and easily as a Squarespace update. What used to take weeks/months internally takes minutes. Our recruiters gained the ability to source and build lists, and leverage machine-learning in their sourcing. From a talent marketing perspective, we gained the ability to quickly create SMS/email campaigns that deliver measurable results. Phenom really changed the game for us in nearly every way.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're considering a talent experience platform, you have to evaluate Phenom. They simply have to to be in the decision mix.
