Sourcing Made Easy!
What do you like best about the product?
I like how detailed the filtering can get to really allow you to "deep dive" for the best candidate.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would have liked for the certifications to switch you into a training environment to try the different features while completing the citification
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sourcing for applicants that do not know they qualify for positions based on their previous work experience.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would suggest having a group become SME with the usage of this platform to fully maximize the usage

No sent items option where you can track all your emails sent

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. The CSM's are amazing at listening to our feature requests as well as what we're looking to get out of the CRM.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We took ages evaluating other platforms. Phenom and their team really listened about our needs, challenges, current and future goals and delivered an amazing product. The bi-weekly team trainings have been invaluable and our time to fill has dropped significantly in the 1 year we have been using the platform. Easy adoption, world-class support team made this all possible.
Excellent Talent Experience Partner with In-Depth Solutions
What do you like best about the product?
Phenom TXM Platform gives us the solutions to meet our TX needs while providing the support to be able to execute our initiatives and deliver results. The have a roadmap for continued solutions and are always striving to do more.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because they are doing great things, keeping up with their pace. You no sooner adopt something new and there is more new coming. It is great but for small teams it is tough to keep up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have enhanced our candidate experience and are able to personalize the experience as well as provide tools candidates are looking for such as recommend jobs and chatbots. The AI is helping us recognize talent sooner. We have seen an increased the numbers candidates interacting with us while decreasing time to fill.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
One of the best if not the best Talent Experience platforms on the market. Phenom has a vision and continuously work to ensure they reach and exceed that. They are in touch with their their customers needs and continually to ask the right questions to ensure they move with their customers in the right direction.

What do you like best about the product?
Phenom is incredibly easy to use, very interactive and I value the analytics provided.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have been using Phenom for about 6 months and have not experienced anything I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Phenom helps me solve capturing candidates in a timely manner, manage my openings with more control and have a history of activity.
Fantastic tool, but needs to keep current with Workday updates and functionality.
What do you like best about the product?
The platform has a lot of bells and whistles! We really like the ability to customize and we like that the company helps us to achieve our automation goals. They are willing to innovate to meet the needs of our business. The customer support team is fantastic and is readily available to answer questions or hop on calls when needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice if Phenom would stay current with some of the changes and updates that occur with Workday functionality versus requiring a change order to support those changes. Because the company is growing so quickly, we've seen quite a bit of turnover with customer support contacts, but most have been very helpful and do a great job building relationships and learning quickly.

User Friendly Platform -
What do you like best about the product?
the platform has a lot of offerings and all in one place rather than separate entities. Texting, emailing, job profiles, candidate profiles, automations all very valuable tools. Users need to be a little more sophisticated/quick learners to understand all the benefits of the platform.

What do you dislike about the product?
problem solving and support team is not always helpful/productive. client ends up having to research and figure out issues and provide way to much detail/example before resolutions found. RCA's are not explained/communicated well either.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
the CRM is very beneficial to our recruitment needs

What do you like best about the product?
robust engagement tools, templates, campaign management. Great LMS to help with internal training and drive adoption. Our customer success team has worked closely and effectively with us.
What do you dislike about the product?
the SMS module needs more enhancements - more agility - whether that's more locally-saved templates for ease/speed of use, more placeholder options for personalization, and not lose your work if a reply come in while you're writing a response. On the back end, more ability to view open rates/response times and better management views to assess a Recruiter's activity (productivity/effectiveness of outreach, etc.)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By relying on the CRM to manage leads without driving all the way into the ATS, we're able to manage engagement with a higher volume of candidates at the top of the funnel. Our ATS has virtually no CRM functionality so Phenom has been critical for our effectiveness and efficiency with high volume recruitment

What do you like best about the product?
Recently we implemented Phenom, including the events component and career sites. The possibilities of how we can leverage Phenom to enable some of our our diversity goals, enhance our candidate experience and change how we work are some of the key things that make Phenom a key platform within our TA Technology Ecosystem.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integration with the ATS can be complicated. Additional time and knowledgeable resourcing must be available for both client and vendor to successful build and test the ATS-Phenom integrations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Focused on finding a platform that: 1) Created a personalized candidate experience that was user friendly and that the aligned to our branding guidelines; 2) Vendor Partner that aligned to BMO's culture, the way we work and partnerships with our ATS vendor; 3) A CRM that incorporated AI, tracked all the points of contact we had with the lead on the Candidate's profile and enhanced the recruiter experience to enable them to find candidates faster within the CRM
Proven platform - scalable, intuitive, comprehensive, invaluable
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to learn and use, allows you to be as simple or as complex as you need - great utility for creating amazing campaigns. The back-end of the platform allows for deep segmentation of talent communities.
What do you dislike about the product?
The current limitation on the ability to easily re-campaign to un-opened campaign emails, or lack of a widget library currently available on the CMS platform - other than that -- not much to dislike...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can re-recruit to a large candidate database from our ATS - whom are amongst our most valuable assets. We can re-engage silver medalists and countless other categories of candidates that - for the most part - are often overlooked by TA teams and reinforce the 'black-hole' phenomenon. We can stay engaged with segmented talent with relevant messaging and content that can inform, excite, influence and connect in ways that no other platform enables.
We can accelerate our time to fill, drive applicant traffic with the applicants we want to reinvite to consider our positions. We can share more about our company and showcase an abundance of elements about our business that candidates otherwise would never see - all tailored and crafted to a relevant audience which builds authenticity and credibility. We can showcase 10x more features and information about any career with integrating video, images etc that can precede viewing a career opportunity.
We can provide context where it matters - to differentiate ourselves from everyone else, and in our business - for the roles we seek - this is the single greatest critical success factor.
