Phenom is the smartest tool for recruitment
What do you like best about the product?
The versatility of the site, makes it very easy to find candidates.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having to log in every time, other than that the application is spotless.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the way we are able to view everything from how fit they are for the position to the resume.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the way it create 2 profiles for some candidates and I am unable to delete or merge them on my own.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy way to find applicants
The courses were informative with information you'd actually put to use
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoyed the fact that there were courses designed to teach how to navigate through the ATS, however, their goal was to teach you to work smarter instead of harder.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only things that I disliked was that some of the courses were outdated. Some of their "how to's" weren't relevant anymore.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I currently haven't come across any problems, but the benefits I've realized is that I'm able to be more time-efficient and productive with finding the candidates I need for a specific job that I'm recruiting for.
Phenom is a friend to any recruiter. Wide database of candidates (Active/Passive)

Use Phenom TXM for easing your workload. Also, can learn and get certified on their Learning platform
new user, but excited by all of the options and resources provided by phenom
What do you like best about the product?
I’m in analytics a lot, and I appreciate all the different views and options. I also am very appreciative of the learning and training modules for first learning the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
SMS and campaigns regularly face challenges with stats and sending in a timeline manner. at times, analytics and be confusing. support is wonderful in hoping to sort it out, however
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we are connecting the right campaigns with the right candidates. we are utilizing the leads and candidates we have and connecting them with the right job. we're slowly but surely filling our open roles

What do you like best about the product?
I love that it helps to minimize large search criteria and is very specific.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only dislike is that it occasionally refreshes and takes you back to the home screen and not where you left off. But that rarely happens.

I can search for very detailed information, which allows me to access contacts at a much faster rate.
Good platform that has its kinks
What do you like best about the product?
I find the platform is easy to navigate and the tools are pretty intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that our email tools would default to our branding preferences. Additionally, I wish timelines were a little clearer.

We're getting our candidates the information they want when they want it1
This platform is so user friendly and allows me to find great candidates.

Cant really think of anythong to really dislike about a platform that gives me at any given time 3.41 million applicants

Apt software for university recruiting
What do you like best about the product?
Phenom has included AI features in its university recruiting tool. It is far more better than the previous versions. The existing features were now offered with more functionality and features which is a plus.
What do you dislike about the product?
The app's looking sharp now! The UI's got a nice facelift, and it's made entering data a breeze. Saving and autofilling info's super convenient now. Kudos to the team for listening to feedback!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using it effectively for recruiting and managing campaigns related to recruiting process. The follow up with the job seekers and bulk email sending are all a major plus points.
