What do you like best about the product?
Recently we implemented Phenom, including the events component and career sites. The possibilities of how we can leverage Phenom to enable some of our our diversity goals, enhance our candidate experience and change how we work are some of the key things that make Phenom a key platform within our TA Technology Ecosystem.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integration with the ATS can be complicated. Additional time and knowledgeable resourcing must be available for both client and vendor to successful build and test the ATS-Phenom integrations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Focused on finding a platform that: 1) Created a personalized candidate experience that was user friendly and that the aligned to our branding guidelines; 2) Vendor Partner that aligned to BMO's culture, the way we work and partnerships with our ATS vendor; 3) A CRM that incorporated AI, tracked all the points of contact we had with the lead on the Candidate's profile and enhanced the recruiter experience to enable them to find candidates faster within the CRM

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to learn and use, allows you to be as simple or as complex as you need - great utility for creating amazing campaigns. The back-end of the platform allows for deep segmentation of talent communities.
What do you dislike about the product?
The current limitation on the ability to easily re-campaign to un-opened campaign emails, or lack of a widget library currently available on the CMS platform - other than that -- not much to dislike...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can re-recruit to a large candidate database from our ATS - whom are amongst our most valuable assets. We can re-engage silver medalists and countless other categories of candidates that - for the most part - are often overlooked by TA teams and reinforce the 'black-hole' phenomenon. We can stay engaged with segmented talent with relevant messaging and content that can inform, excite, influence and connect in ways that no other platform enables.

We can accelerate our time to fill, drive applicant traffic with the applicants we want to reinvite to consider our positions. We can share more about our company and showcase an abundance of elements about our business that candidates otherwise would never see - all tailored and crafted to a relevant audience which builds authenticity and credibility. We can showcase 10x more features and information about any career with integrating video, images etc that can precede viewing a career opportunity.

We can provide context where it matters - to differentiate ourselves from everyone else, and in our business - for the roles we seek - this is the single greatest critical success factor.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do your homework, understand what you need it to accomplish, have a strong executable plan to integrate and train relentlessly. The outcomes and dividends will be significant.

A powerful, easy-to-use platform for anyone looking for a CRM/CMS with all of the bells and whistles

What do you like best about the product?
I am most often in the CRM, creating spotlights, lists and campaigns. I love how easy it is to customize campaigns by dragging and dropping content (images, video, dividers, etc.) It makes it very easy to create great looking, modern email campaigns that will be inviting to prospective leads.

Post-campaign statistics are very helpful and allow you to dig in on how you can better calibrate for next time.

I also have gotten more time in the CMS building weg pages, and once you know what you're doing in there, it is also an extremely powerful tool. So many ways to customize the pages with different widgets (sliders, images and video in many different presentation styles.)
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish it were easier to re-campaign to sections of people from the initial campaign. For instance, moving those who are in "Unopened" into a new list to be able to send a follow-up campaign.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are really digging into automations/recipes this quarter. Helping everyone on our team in different ways by scheduling tasks and actions that make their day easier, and giving them the ability to attract talent, even when not in the system.

SMS campaigning is also a feature we are starting to use, since open rates are so high.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you have a team big enough to really dig into CRM, CMS, Analytics and all that is has to offer, you can do so many great things. If your team is smaller, even one "Power User" can utilize the campaigning to target leads and add to your pipeline.

What do you like best about the product?
Where to start?!? From a TA perspective, the ability to effectively engage with a curated and segmented talent community is exceptional. From a corporate marketing perspective, the ability to manage brand elements while allowing recruiters the flexibility to deliver their message is great! And any discussion of Phenom has to include their service. They are committed to your success. They are responsive and even proactive in helping you drive your talent acquisition strategy forward!
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd love for Phenom to get to the candidate level integration with LinkedIn... Birthdays, job changes etc. We're able to communicate at the corporate level and at the job function level, but would love to be able to communicate better at the personal level (at scale)... As far as I know, no one has that yet but my money is on Phenom to crack that nut first...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Engagement with a pool of talent ahead of our needs allowing for just-in-time talent in a highly dynamic environment.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Compare them to everything else out there... we did. But once you work with them, you will understand how truly Phenomenal they are :)

What do you like best about the product?
It's incredibly helpful to our TA team to have a whole suite of solutions under one roof - career sites, Chatbot, CRM, SMS, Analytics... That also allows for a streamlined candidate experience as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does sometimes take a while for support tickets to be resolved; however, you get a CSM and an escalation process to facilitate when that happens.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Phenom TXM has given us insight into data like we've never before had. We have so much more information upon which to base our business decisions now. The platform allows us to connect and reconnect with candidates in ways we'd never before been able.

What do you like best about the product?
Phenom's platform is powerful and robust. Phenom is innovative, passionate, and a leader in the Recruiting Technology space. We have seen so much success since launching our career site on their platform, and their chatbot, texting, events, and internal mobility functionality have been pivotal for us attracting the best Candidates.
What do you dislike about the product?
Phenom is growing, and with that has come growing pains! As they continue to focus on Quality Assurance and Quality Control, their product will continue to improve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Phenom has helped us engage Candidates throughout the entire hiring process.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a powerful tool for building a strong pipeline and attracting talents to the company through its CRM platform. Additionally, it's very easy to navigate and user-friendly. As a new user to Phenom the team provided me with constant support on finding my way around the platform and helps me to be successful.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I dislike regarding the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problems that Phenom helped me solve are creating a careers website for the company through the CMS, keeping my reporting updated through the analytics tool, and building a pipeline of candidates through the CRM tool.

What do you like best about the product?
Automations! Being able to automate personalised comms at different stages of the journey. There are so many touchpoints you can automate
What do you dislike about the product?
It comes with teething problems due to the product being very new. Sometiems feels like new features are not ready to be in production.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Nurturing Talent, and engaging with those passive leads.
The CRM has the ability to hire for the future and if you use it smartly, you can spend most of your time building on talent pools and upcoming roles rather than current vacancies.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I highly recommend to make the most of this product, that your organization is able to help provide content that you can use to engage candidates. Things like Blogs, Vlogs, visuals with employer brand. Highly advantageous to have Phenom hosted career site too an you will benefit much more from the platform

What do you like best about the product?
I like having as much bundled into one tool as possible.
What do you dislike about the product?
It works best out of the box. When things need to be customized, it can take a while to get things accomplished and quality control can be challenging.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're really focused on stakeholder experience, and have been able to partner closely with phenom to leverage their offerings to improve experiences.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The account managers and customer success managers are great to work with - they definitely feel like partners who are working to solution with you and advocating on your behalf. The experience with the development/issue resolution teams has been more mixed. Tickets can take a long time to be resolved because they require a lot of supporting documentation and have many follow up questions but don't seem to be able to do much exploration on their own (i.e. needing a screenshot of something thing specific from a publicly available webpage that they could look up on their own).
