Best tool for scoring potential candidates

What do you like best about the product?
Summarizing the candidates' strengths and weaknesses and scores for different attributes gives an excellent understanding of the candidate's capabilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Even the UI is good sometimes, navigating to different pages can become a little difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hiring the right talent has become a very big problem in past years. Talent Experience Management has solved it through a more creative and best approach

What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to create customizedmarketing campaigns to target specific groups of candidates.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm still learning all of the functions in Phenom and haven't been able to find any deficiencies yet!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've used Phenom on multiple occasions and have really benefited from engaging with warm talent! I feel like I'm so much more productive in my sourcing efforts!

What do you like best about the product?
The videos going through the process. It really helps with knowing what to do and is a great way of demonstrating the process. I find it a better way of learning.
What do you dislike about the product?
The amount of reading that is involved in the training. I find this not very helpful in the way I work as I like to see things demonstrated so that I am able to try myself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Seeing that we are able to contact new leads before they apply, having that talent pool to be able to explore the candidates that have been interested in Bright Horizons

Complete the training, it is great to show you how to use it.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how Phenom is connected to all job sites. It's nice that all resumes come to one platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't say I like that when the job is posted not by you but is assigned to you, you can't edit it or close it It'd be nice to have access to those features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping me keep everything organized and keep track of my teammates status with each job and how it pulls specific candidates' profiles to match particular positions.

how we are all connected from different offices

I would have to say when teammates are working and teammates apply for so many positions, the job they work for could be towards the bottom, and hard to see that they are working

What do you like best about the product?
It is super easy to post and edit jobs on Phenom. Being able to assign my partners to my jobs helps a lot too because they can keep an eye out for quality candidates with me!
What do you dislike about the product?
There really isn't much that I dislike about Phenom. One complaint that I can think of is that I wish I were able to close and edit a job by being assigned to it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is super easy for me to weed ou the candidates who haven't been employed since before the pandemic. Not having to actually open there resume saves a ton of time.

What do you like best about the product?
I think the ability to be able to see all resumes in one place is key to finding good candidates.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that ziprecruiter and some of the other major staffing websites would allow functionality with this aggregate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving the problem of spending too much time dialing numbers to get a no. We are able to reach many people with one click.

IT'S EASY TO USE, ABLE TO COPY JOBS WHEN I NEED TO DUPLICATE TO ANOTHER PLATFORM, RESUMES ARE ACCESSABLE

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Phenom People makes it easy to partner as a Sourcer with my Recruiting colleagues!
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the hardest part is taking the time to get to know the terms and the best way to use the CRM, but certainly worth it!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am working to find hard to fill talent, but want to make sure we are keeping top silver medalists in mind and working across our teams.
