I have really enjoyed using Phenom and it has made the customer experience easier.
What do you like best about the product?
I love sending out the calendar invites for my interviews.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish more information was displayed in the calendar event (the candidate email AND phone number).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think it is so easy for the candidate to use themselves. It also makes it easy to keep in touch with the candidate.

Phenom is a great tool to enhance the candidate experience! Streamlining processes and integrating with your ATS

Right now Phenom is missing branching questions for forms. But it is in the pipeline for later this year.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Branching questions. It will shorten our registration and evaluation forms, making the candidate experience more enjoyable.

Phenom has allowed our TA team to be more efficient and has kept us up to date with the latest technology in the HR space. They are constantly innovating and consulting with us as a customer to help us continue to improve.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes you can have too many tools and the recruiters can become overwhelmed.

It helps our recruiting team be more efficient.

Many functions in one platform. Events, interview scheduling, AI, variety of self service capabilities and more seem to be added on a regular basis.

Our team hasn't been in it long enough to find any dislikes yet.

Automation. Making it so that these daunting tasks are easily done with no effort besides setting them up; giving recruiters more time to source and engage with candidates and nurture solver medalists.

Centralizing activity into one platform to avoid moving among various tools and reduce complication for both Candidates and Recruiters.

With such a robust platform, it can be challenging to navigate every aspect of it if you haven't set a clear strategy and business processes.

we've been using phenom for 4 years and since adding the platform into our tech stack we've seen a transformational experience for our recruiting teams and hiring managers. There focus on Ai is a game changer.

The release notes can be illusive and not as informative given the swift changes the platform is making
