State maintenance is not available, so we are not able to create recipes which requires state.
Support can be improved.
Documentation is good, but no clear differentiation between direct vs embedded.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its feature of able to embed in any system gives larger flexibitiy for B2B business to allow their customer to automate different features
Workato is good for integration and migration to build API with no code or less code.
What do you like best about the product?
Workato is easy to use and can connect multiple applications easily with Workato and process the data, easy to implement through a recipe. We can create schedule and trigger recipe base on our business needs and also connect custom application with HTTP connector and also frequency is good too. Easy to get Workato team support when needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
We did performance test on Workato API's and got a positive response. Only one thing I would like to mention about Workato documentation, couple of things are not mentioned in docs so, sometimes we get trouble to find some specific information related connectors and all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were using different platform for API's before Workato. As I compare with that, Workato is easy to build API's and cheap as well and can increase concurrency limits base on our business needs.

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use and understand. Once you have the logic in place it is easier to create and get going. Customer support at first was a challenge however during the interaction it was really great they had personal support and regularly provided updates which was very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Documentation search and not so convenient for searching for the information that you are looking for and not having more examples or again not so easy to find the right examples
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reduced a lot of Manual job, Now everything is automated and the end user feels it is more convenient to use our product and hope it helps in growing the business too.

i might get frustrated with my flow/step. but with their CS team, ALL. IS. GOOD!

What do you dislike about the product?
Possibly a bit expensive for small organisations. But the payback will come when the organisation changes or experiances rapid growth.

It’s good for what is promised. Easy way to handle automations from a variety of API and data source
What do you like best about the product?
Very intuitive UI. Very easy to jump into it. Good documentation and okayish support for customer questions. Integration of different API sources is few clicks away.
What do you dislike about the product?
No notification policiy setup possibility upon failure of automation run. This is below what is considered the norm in our industry. Additionally every now and then the automation would just hang and require a restart.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's beneficial to have all automation sources to into one source, where they all get automated in accordance with expected requirements. It saved us a lot of time.
Easy going and purposeful
What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to pick up, since it's a low code platform, you don't really need a lot of setup in order to get going. Their documentation is also top notch and easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since it's a low code platform, some of their setup is not feasible for all your needs. Complex flows need to either be a mix of Workato and custom code, or you don't use Workato for it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ETLs are taking too much time to run and are hard to maintain, Workato comes in to solve both of those problems. Connections in Workato are a big win since it allowed us to have more sharing between cross-functionality teams.

it is a super easy to use tool and we are able ti use this tool to automate and make our work environment compliance ready

nothing much to tell at the moment as I am still a new user
