What do you like best about the product?
The process in onboarding has been fantastic, great support and customer service. The team are taking us on a fantastic journey to automation.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the moment we haven't seen anything to dislike just yet...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're excited to be able to automate a lot of the admin side of our business through Workato. This means at the click of a button we can onboard or off board members of the team. We also plan to have our complex integrations with third parties easily managed through workato.

What do you like best about the product?
The speed and flexibility of the platform including the ability to run Ruby code directly in the platform without maintaining servers
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like some additional lines and detail of the stack trace when debugging a Ruby Code snippet as the current response on error doesn't actually list the line the error was encountered which is a problem for larger code blocks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integrations with clients and business partners are significantly faster and we can always go above and beyond to deliver a solution that is seamless for our clients.

What do you like best about the product?
I've used Workato support many times and they are the most helpful and structured support I've ever worked with. Quick to reply, fair if there's no apparent solution, and willing to go deeper if you have a specific problem!
What do you dislike about the product?
A ticket followup system would be nice so you can look back at them in a more structured way than a chat. Maybe an AI recap of the chat would be nice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Platform specific problems, edge cases, complex transformations...

What do you like best about the product?
Workato is a user-friendly, no-code/low-code platform that allows non-technical users to create automations with top speed. Its visual flowchart type recipe building allows developers to learn quickly. Unlike other tools that may introduce confusing terminology, Workato utilizes familiar programming concepts, making it easy for technical users to adapt.

Our experience with Workato has been well. The customer support team is helpful, assisting us with troubleshooting, debugging, and help build complex formulas. Workato has become main tool for our clients, making ETL processes and business automation across all departments with ease. The platform's citizen developer program has been particularly useful, enabling our product owners and stakeholders to quickly adopt the tool and implement automations.

Workato's cool features have majorly hepled in implementation of our integrations very easily. It's hard to imagine our daily operations without it as we use it frequently.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently, there's no specific feature or improvement that I dislike. However, if platform provides debug logs for individual steps, even for if condition, and how they got executed, it'll help devs troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our day to day manual work has been reduced across departments. It also helped in reducing software licensing costs by utilizing an API platform.

What do you like best about the product?
No-code low-code platform that helps non-technical people to pick-up quickly and start building automations.
Top-to-bottom approach of the recipes that exactly depicts the flow charts helps anybody to pick-up the tool easily. Unlike other tools which cause some confusion on the terminology, but workato is using the exact programming terminology which helps a technical person to learn the tool easily.

The customer support was very helpful in resolving my issues and also helped me in learning the techniques of debug, writing complex formulas et., My clients are using the tool for most of their ETL and Business process automations across all cost centers. Citizen developer program, suggested by workato was really helpful for POs and stakeholders to easily pickup the tool and implement the automation on their easily.

The tools it provides helps in implementation of our integration very easily. I coundn't imagine a day at work without using workato.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly nothing at the moment. I wish every action has debug logs for all applications by default.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reducing manual tasks, fulfilling ETL, automation of business processes. API platform to reduce licensing costs.

What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity of use, very easy to connect to any platform, ability to create custom connectors easily, recipe design is super simple and workato helps with data pills suggestions, constant improvements (while loop, elsif etc.)
What do you dislike about the product?
customer support in chat is tedious, usually they don't have the technical knowledge to identify the problem quick enough and they keep you in chat for an hour before they escalate it further
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
development time - workato recipe development is super fast comparing to other integrations platforms or code
connectors - thousands of plug and play connectors that allow simple connection and taking actions without writing code
triggering processes - we have many processes that we want to trigger via slack bot / google form / file dropped in Drive etc. and workato handles this super easy and super fast

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use. Plenty of API, SQL ready and plenty of resources in knowledgebase. Highly secured worksapce for a SaaS product.
What do you dislike about the product?
Must be log on via email, which means any new users must have an email account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integrating different applications for real time data load and data management.

What do you like best about the product?
Workato is an extremely easy to use and onboard tool, which is quickly taking over the integration space with numerous features and platform capabilities. They have an extensive roadmap with frequent releases, and has been an extremely reliable platform for our IT operations. We were able to migrate nearly all of our legacy iPaas integrations over to Workato with 0 issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much to dislike about Workato
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Workato has helped us connect enterprise systems faster than ever before. There are solutions available for a number of use cases across ETL, automation, integration and API management which have made it a frictionless experience to rollout integrations.
