What do you like best about the product?
Workato is a very comprehensive iPaas software, it features lots of native connectors (most of them are easy to use and connect), and it really lets you unleash your imagination while integrating software. And if you are a heavy user you can even use certain ruby methods and the HTTP connector to expand even further your integration capabilities
What do you dislike about the product?
Workato could have the option to run integrations one step at a time, as it would greatly increase recipe debugging. Error handling could also be improved, as a lot of the time the error doesn't show anything and we can't see the HTTP request underneath
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Workato on a daily basis to connect a wide variety of software with each other, so I'm solving software automation/integration issues. The great benefit that Workato brings me is that it lets me connect software in the most varied ways

What do you like best about the product?
Workato allows you to be free in terms of coding and they have an extensive library of connectors to use. Aside from that, the platform is really intuitive and has an excellent support team

Workato could have a job description for each of the actions that take place under the for each function and could also have a better view of how the integrations path flow
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We solve all types of problems with workato, but most of them are related to orchestration of processes and integrations with many other softwares, being able to centralize all the information in one place and send and get information from other softwares

Ease of building an integration and support that is always on. I also like the fact that it creates connectors without too much trouble. Lastly, I love community connectors
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not as intuitive a tool as zapier, for example. So, some customers have difficulty performing integrations without help. In addition, many software still do not have connectors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating processes between pipefy and other software like netsuite, docusign, google calendar, among others. In addition, we are using workato to solve problems that we have in pipefy, such as the functionality of computable fields

Easy to integrate the applications with less effort, short time, and it helps to avoid manual actions and saves time.

We can't use any external libraries and packages in the tool if any enhancement is there. In that case, we have to use AWS services like AWS lambda.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automate multiple applications like Snowflake, Salesforce, NetSuite, Marketo, Workday, AWS, Slack, etc., exchange the data between one app to other.

What do you like best about the product?
We studied a few different systems and decided that Workato was the best option. Workato is simple to use, even for non-technical people, while also quite strong, which is just what we needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was also challenging to figure out how to make a recipe—little documentation for getting knowledge.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Workato can develop by nontechnical people, and it is accessible to On-Primes app integration. We successfully realized "FTE" savings based on this Workato automation.

Those who come from non Technical backgrounds can easily adapt
No-nonsense Workflow automation application
What do you like best about the product?
Workato is the best enterprise automation platform, it provides an insane number of out of the box connectors to leading enterprise applications like Salesforce, ServiceNow, Snowflake, SAP. with the nearly no-code UI, it has made workflow creation steps very easy and one could build to get your work done between the apps. With less than 4 hours of training we can start building the workflow automation and connect many apps together. The best part is all the popular use cases and scenarios have already been built and available in Workato community library.
What do you dislike about the product?
There was not much to dislike but the Error handling and monitoring could be improved, and it can also provide a mini code debugger so that developers can debug complex recipes. Also Testing for a part of receipe is not possible, one has to run the entire receipe to test a small change
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Workato to achieve integration and orchestration of disparate applications/systems. We have also used Tibco, Mulesoft, and Boomi for similar operations but Workato's learning curve is very smooth, we don't need to have a coding background to use this application.

What do you like best about the product?
The extensive range of connectors offered by Workato and the flexibility of solving the problem different approaches. The support from customer success manager and team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that maintaining the recipes across different developers in the team and in different environment such as UAT, Production can be challenging. Sometimes we end up with multiple copies of the same code.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have a business case where I need to create a solution to allow workplace users to reset their active directory password, using a chatbot. The challenge is about integration between workplace and on-premise active directory

What do you like best about the product?
Workato is very powerful and integrates with loads of other platforms. As a relatively new user, I've found it easy to pick up and there's tons of training available when I want to learn more.
What do you dislike about the product?
The API documentation is somewhat lacking. When I have technical questions, I often need to contact support directly rather than being able to find my answer online.

We use Workato to integrate data sources. It's easy to manage a team of staff using the platform and maintain visiblity in to their projects.
