Game-Changing Integration Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to spin up recipes from scratch to go-live in minutes or just hours.
What do you dislike about the product?
High-volume jobs are affected by some limitations on recipe timeout and job queue limits. However, careful designing can bypass these limitations, which are not deal-breakers but can be overcome with smart workarounds.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are utilizing Workato for various processes, including HR, Legal, Finance, and IT. We have over a hundred recipes in production.

Workato makes building complicated ETL pipelines much easier, without having to maintain a large amount of code

Sometimes the proprietary code behind the scenes makes it hard to debug issues quickly

Workato is providing infrastructure for quickly building and maintaining ETL pipelines without having to manage our own code base

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently workato is providing a bot to request PTO and to run reports in our Great Plains system. We are just starting to explore additional ways we can use it to make our company more efficient.

It enables CSMs to develop and deliver integrations to our customers, so I can keep my developers focused on core features.

Standard use cases are easy, but it takes a while to master advanced formula building logic

Workato allows me to integrate with any other app my clients require, and automate any business process they need to streamline.

What do you like best about the product?
Workato makes it possible to connect almost any system and automate complex, multi-step workflows without heavy engineering resources. It’s extremely flexible, with prebuilt connectors and the ability to customize recipes to handle advanced logic. For marketing operations in particular, it saves hundreds of hours by automating repetitive tasks, reducing manual errors, and ensuring data flows smoothly across Salesforce, Marketo, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform has a learning curve, especially when working with more advanced recipes and APIs—it’s not always plug-and-play. Error messages can sometimes be vague, requiring trial and error to troubleshoot. Costs can scale quickly if you’re running high-volume processes, so you need strong governance and monitoring to avoid overages. Finally, managing recipe maintenance across environments (dev, UAT, production) can take careful planning to ensure long-term sustainability.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Workato helps us eliminate manual, repetitive tasks by automating workflows across Salesforce, Marketo, LinkedIn, Snowflake, and other platforms. It ensures data consistency across systems, accelerates campaign execution, and reduces human error. This saves our team significant time, improves reporting accuracy, and allows us to focus on strategic initiatives instead of admin work. The ability to orchestrate complex, multi-step processes has also unlocked new use cases that wouldn’t have been possible without custom development.

What do you like best about the product?
Workato has been incredible in terms of stitching tools together, performing difficult transformations, helping team deliver projects and complete tasks on autopilot. The connectors, capabilities and the support Workato as a tool offers is very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t really see any downsides of this platform. It connects to every app in our ecosystem, performs every task that we can imagine (if the APi’s allow for it) and managing the recipes with error handling has been swift

It helps us deliver webinars (600 webinars every month delivered within seconds), performs list uploads, run campaigns and perform several other sales/marketing operations. Workato is truly a an automation mammoth

Workato makes automation feel effortless. it is true low code no code cloud born platform.

weak EDI capabilities. However with new acquisition it should be fine soon.

Workato solves the chaos of disconnected systems and manual tasks—it brings everything together so workflows run smoothly and teams stay in sync. For me, it means faster execution, fewer errors, and more time to focus on strategic growth.

What do you like best about the product?
The amount of out of the box connectors available, not requiring additional cost unlike some platforms, is incredible. You can connect to any API even if it doesn't have a connector and it is very easy. Their customer support and the personal relationships they provide make workato really stand out above the rest

It has made it really easy for us to connect our Atlassian tools with our signature process, making it seamless.
It has improved our daily efforts, without any need for us to need support, as, as soon as it was implemented, we started using it every day, without any inconveniences per which we had to contact them.

Integrations are sometimes a bit slow to trigger, but it's not a big deal.

Having our information needing to travel through different platforms, it connects them all.
