What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deliver integrations to our clients faster and in a more scalable way. Easily manage and adapt integrations without the involvement of developers.
The features and implementation is very easy for the developer even they are new to the tool.

Workato support is real quick in response

Very few features are not enabled in workato.

So many solution in managing the data and datapill type compatible
Clean interface, robust functionality, easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use, even for people with little technical background. There is also a lot of robust functionality for people with more tehcnical expertise. I also like how many apps that you can connect to.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish there were more formulas for manipulating text and numbers. I'm sure custom scripting could be used to accomplish that, but more out of the box formulas would be great for less technical users.

We use workato to automate rote processes. Very helpful for moving information around our system.

It is surprisingly simple to use and able to scale on the complexity. The no-low code version opens up opportunities for non-tech folks to improve their daily work

Need more understanding of how to debug for non-tech users

It will solve all the master data and financial data for reporting purpose to my business counterparts and as for myself and the team, it will help in automating reports

Connects Anything, Automates Everything. Workato's vast library of pre-built connectors makes Integrating any application is easy. This allows us to automate data flow across departments, eliminating silos and boosting collaboration.
What do you dislike about the product?
Need more training sessions to understand Workato. Need to Improve in Workato documents also.

Handling arequirement to process over 1 million records seamlessly from source to endpoint, Workato proved Instrumental in ensuring a smooth and issue-free execution

Its simple and easy to use, graphical representation is good.
What do you dislike about the product?
Support services are not as expected due to delay in providing the solution. In case ticket raised. it won't be solved 90%.
