    What do you like best about the product?
    It gives us an easy-to-use insight. It is not difficult to deal with quality; by seeing the issue from customers, TechSee enables the customer's support representative to help in the best way possible.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    I didn't find anything terrible in this, but sometimes bugs are surrounded during the use time I know they can solve it and add a different tool there. It will be helpful
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    It can solve many problems, like providing the best technical support for many products. Its UI is best. It will use LED colours, patterns so on. Also, it is easy to use.

    What do you like best about the product?
    As a technical support agent, we can make the experience easier by knowing what the customer is seeing.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    It will be better to have a period of time for the session to be active and not having to wait for the agent or client to end it.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Problems like no internet with the router, issues with the thermostat, not able to find S/Ns/.

    One of the things that sets TechSee apart is its ability to work across multiple devices like smartphones, tablets , smart glasses and so on.

    What do you like best about the product?
    It gives you a user friendly experience, it's easy to handle quality I really liked about it , one of the best thing about it that it supports IOS and Android both
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Sometimes it's take time to load and the link which we sent it expires very soon , If link expires time could be longer than the current one , time of loading the app could be improved
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    While we are helping our clients and with the help of TechSee it's become more easier as we can do the video calls and all of our clients are not tech savvy so when we guide them with the help of this app they feel that we really care about them and wants to help them in every possible way
    And it's improving the business as they are really happy with the experience

    What do you like best about the product?
    TechSee enables the customer service agent to assist customers the best way possible by seeing the problem the same way the customer does. It's hard to think of another way to help a customer better than with TechSee.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Nothing major, but a Dark Mode option would be excellent.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Technical Support for Google Nest products requires a lot of details when it comes to describing the problem. Product symptoms, LED colors, patterns, icons, and overall behavior require precise information for the support agent to assist correctly, so TechSee enables us to see what the customer sees.

    Help persons that aren't tech savvy and they can be using TechSee so they can control the device, and we could be making some changes.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    I don't dislike something about it, it is a good application that help people with the issue they are having.

    Helping customer with the issue when they don't too much about using the cellphone device.

    What do you like best about the product?
    Through TechSee, we can fix an issue common, especially for newer agents where they are unsure what the customer can see and so the steps we are providing them are based purely on Knowledge base articles, if the customer can't see it, then we can't tell them where in the page it is as we wouldn't know either.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    The website UI feels a bit outdated, as when we were receiving the training, the page bugged on us during the training. That was when the feature was supposed to be showcased to us so if it were to happen during an actual call, it could cause panic.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Having a hands on approach as if we were in person with the customer to see what they are seeing. Either in situations where they are supposed to be looking at an option or when they are unable to describe the issue they are having, they can show us and see what is happening.

    What do you like best about the product?
    Direct visualization for guidance during troubleshooting steps. This way, we can provide more accurate and proper instructions when it is required for certain types of issues.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    I do not dislike it, but I consider that having visualization from the customer takes more time, if there would be a different process it would be better.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    So, far with all the time I have used it I have not found any significant issue or something I can complain about.

    techsee let us see what the customer real-time can see, and is benefiting us since the interaction with the customer is easier
