Ease of use for creating dynamic, custom files

Merge syntax can be difficult to understand and master

Our work product for our customers is a PDF, composer allows us to generate standardized documents with dynamic details.

The ability to generated documents within Salesforce with customer data.

Having to update templates outside of Conga and Salesforce, then upload to each org.

Keeping the user inside of Salesforce to generate the document and use Salesforce data.

What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to build a template once you know the JSON that is needed for the merge fields. Documents generate pretty quick.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ensure error handling when designing the template. Allow the addition of pictures into a rich text field and ensure the picture can be printed on the document. Currently, it only displays a picture icon. Improve the handling of special characters.

Transform all of our captured data into well-organized documents to deliver to the customer.

What do you like best about the product?
Conga Composer has been a game-changer for our document generation needs. It allowed us to automate the creation of contracts, proposals, and other key documents directly from Salesforce, saving time and reducing manual errors. The tool’s flexibility in using templates and merging data has streamlined our workflows and improved document consistency across teams. With Composer, we were able to significantly speed up our document processes and enhance the overall productivity of our operations. It’s an essential tool for any team looking to improve efficiency and accuracy in document generation.

Nothing. Conga Composer is really good!!

Ease of use and how it functions on the Saleforce platform. How easy it is to provide meaningful impact to the business. User Groups are awesome

I haven't experienced anything I dislike.

Improving processing time for approvals and proposal response.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the user group for Composer! I learn so much and have so many valuable people to work with.
What do you dislike about the product?
The documentation could use more short videos demoing how to do certain things.

Making their product more efficient, and upgrading it with new tools.

Being able to bring information from SF and attach a contract into a "pretty" package

Conga increased efficiency while reducing entry errors

I like that it's easy for my users to launch templates.

I wish it had more informative error messages for both the user and the admin side.

There was a bit of a learning curve, but Conga Support and all the Learning resources have been incredibly helpful

Flexibility to automate field population of data into a template through merge field functionality. Providing consistent branding and legal terms and conditions for our contracting process
