Conga is a Game Changer
What do you like best about the product?
It's a game changer when it comes to quickly organizing customer-ready reports and decks in SFDC. Between our Sales and CSM team it saves us hours each month.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes some techinical expertise to set up and use it. But once it's configured its great!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use conga to run customer-ready utilization reports (Excel) and monthly client review decks (PPT). We offer clients a ton of data on their accounts and Conga allows us to quickly aggregate that data in a ready template.

Very Customizable, Very Complex
What do you like best about the product?
It's integration with Salesforce. The ability to manipulate files the exact way you want based on certain outcomes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very complex and hard to pick up as a casual user. Very time consuming to learn and understand fully.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability for salespeople to generate proposals on their own based on opportunity information. Extremely helpful and time saving for administrators.
Platform adapted to complex offerings, however also complex to deploy and maintain

Difficult and time consumming to deploy from scratch
Requires technical know-how
Requires dedicated administration for upkeep and maintenance

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quoting process seamelessly integrated within the CRM. Ability to produce quotes in minutes once the tool is properly configured.
Very powerful tool
What do you like best about the product?
Very powerful, the ability to edit and make custom documents on the fly was exactly what we needed. The support and implementation teams were extremely helpful!
What do you dislike about the product?
The setup/maintanence area is not very user friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a way to join our internal agreement with pages added by the counter-signer. This made it easy!
Conga composer
What do you like best about the product?
Generation of documents can be performed with ease in conga composer.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if more dynamic logics can be developed using conga composer.

It integrates with salesforce and helps us to generate documents.
Great Solution
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use. Very powerful. Gives our team immense flexibility to create various documents from within salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's been two occasions recently, where the service has gone down for hours at a time. It be great if Congo could improve it's up time and reliability.

It allows us to create PDF exports to send information about our patients to doctors facilities, and other providers
Salesforce + Conga Composer and excellent pairing.
What do you like best about the product?
Conga composer has been a great tool with its easy and direct intergration into Salesforce has helped solve a business problem of building PDFs from the data we we generate in Salesforce to create multiply types of documents i.e Quotes, Tender documents
What do you dislike about the product?
The support is a bit slow and cumbersom when you just use the standard and not pay for extra permiumium version

Generate documents from workflows in Salesforce, We use this to create qoutes out of Salesforce, using Conga allows us to have templates and have Conga insert the data into document and turn it into a PDF
Great Tool with Some Quirks
What do you like best about the product?
Conga is a great tool that has met my needs over the past 10 years at various organization. I really like the flexibility Conga provides within the templates. Truly allows users to create documents that meet the needs of Sales, RevOps and Marketing. I
What do you dislike about the product?
While conga is really flexible it has a super high learning curve. The UX is still in classic and is quite clunky, however, the good news is I haven't had to learn how to reuse it over the years. With that being said, the customer support is fantastic and they are allows willing to lean in and support you with challenging use cases!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Conga solved our issue of Sales Order and Quote generation from complex CPQ Quotes.

What do you like best about the product?
The template feature that they sold us to create donor letters, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't event know what the template does within our Salesforce Org.. It's hard to get in tuouch with our account person.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating templates for receipts and other confirmation emails. No benefit, just standard procedure.

What do you dislike about the product?
We have run into some issues where the IT support has been less than ideal. We hope to continue working towards a solution for a few of our problems where workarounds are currently in place.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows our users to easily create templates for their needs which pushes them to use our system even more, further benefitting our business.
