Generate the report formatted and easy to configure.

Limitations in the PowerPoint reporting and only record level reporting.

Generating report with images and forting all the records in the ready to deliver reports.

Number of customisations available! I have used it for over 10 clients and everytime we have been able to deliver an MVP
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be sometimes hard for people who aren't technically minded or are new to the product to get the hang of because it's quite technical, especially if you need complex SOQL's
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Contract generation, contract signing, emailing contracts, receiving an audit of the signing process, attaching contracts to a record
When to comes to generate a document to send to client, Conga is best

Options for using Merge fields to have data from the development org like Salesforce

Designing part is little bit difficult in Conga Document generation as you need to fix the tables acording to the layout required

I used Conga Document to send invoices to client for the products purchased including Terms and Policies in them.

Complex Scenario with Easy Configuration
What do you like best about the product?
I have used it in a complex scenario. I have configured the button to generate the document from Opportunity layout with the Quote Line Items.
Table hide function in a single document.
Generate word doc as pdf with attach as a file, download in system, attach in Google drive as well.

As I have worked, I have nothing to dislike till now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A single document use with different table hide function and generate the Quote Line Item data from the Opportunity Conga Composer button.

Simplicity of setting up the app and the ease of creating templates.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does require some technical knowledge of queries if you want to do anything a little more complex.

I've used Conga with multiple customers to implement a reliable and easy to use document generation solution quickly.

What do you like best about the product?
With a system to create simple documents as well as richly complex, we are able to input data into one database object and see it appear in any type of document. Moreover, because Conga is so well established, their support teams are great, as is the ability to reach out to "Conga Experts" across the web. This enables to outsource document template creation if we had someone onboard with our organization but needed to to learn the platform/ system. Finally, something great that we know now through Conga is that we can do everything in a paperless format with Conga integrated into our CRM.
What do you dislike about the product?
You should know that there is a small learning curve so having someone a little more technical on your team can be an advantage. It is fair to acknowledge you don't need to have a programming background but an understanding of mail merge and/ or how to read some programming language would be an asset. If you understand MS Excel Mail Merging or template creation, you would find that it is a little easier to get started. However, this is not a prerequisite.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Most work our team members perform is creating documents. Conga helps us to manage data in real time directly in the system and prevents us from having to replicate it in multiple types of documents. Essentially, Conga makes it possible for us to manage our days with single input. That data can be then exported through the document generation into multiple document types without re-inputing.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a great idea to understand the longer history that Conga has within the App Exchange environment and that they are fully integrated with Salesforce and, like our custom App built on Salesforce, can be with others.
