What do you like best about the product?
Conga seems really focused on listening to what their customers want and then doing there best to deliver it!
What do you dislike about the product?
Limits on how many merges you can complete at once.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quick way to generate lots of letters with mail merge!

What do you like best about the product?
With the newest wizard, we are able to automate contracts from templates to streamline business operations and contract cycle times. Conga also offers the best support teams to ensure customers are successful. Conga also has an extremely robust road map full of future releases and capabilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike not being able to able to use all of the features enabled by Conga. I worry I may be building a solution that would work so much better if I also leveraged other Conga features that I probably did not consider.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We focused on decreasing the contract signing cycle and have now been able to bill customers just as quickly as the contracts are executed.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Look at all of the features to ensure you have a full solution.

Sales The support team at Conga is forward thinking which allows us to dream big! Composer frees our employees to experience better time management while making our customer experience the best it’s been.

There is a learning curve that is challenging but staying motivated pays off.

What do you like best about the product?
How many cool features can you pack into one product . conga composer has been instrumental in our document management both internal and externally and what I like best is the user interface and the ease of use.
What do you dislike about the product?
It’s a very robust and fluid system i like everything about it now
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Document management and merge capabilities COnga has cut down a lot of issues with the many forms we have to manage, this tool allows me to do that seamlessly.

What do you like best about the product?
From an operations perspective we can create templates with proper language and messaging if our brand for our field sales reps to quickly access and have customized. Win win for both sides!
What do you dislike about the product?
Setting up templates was a bit clunky but looking forward to using new wizard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Standardizion of terms and conditions in confirmation letters to customers.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how quickly you can update and change templates. Easily integrates into saleforce and is super user friendly.

Nothing particular, still learning. Sometimes it doesn't load right away in lightening

What do you like best about the product?
Composer was easy to set up and has already made our process more efficient. Support has been great! Always helpful!
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, there is nothing I dislike about this product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mail merge of direct communication to students. We now have the capability to generate letters directly from the salesforce's object and save the pdf as an attachment as well as update activity log.

Conga Composer - great for merging between Salesforce and Word/Excel

What do you like best about the product?
It took a little bit of start-up elbow-grease to develop all of the merge templates, but I have found Conga to be fairly intuitive and very reliable since I really got into it. Also, their support team is amazing! The best part is being able to custom format data in a way that you cannot do in standard SFDC reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
Keeping templates up to date can be a challenge, but I try to review them 6 months or so just in case!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's been awesome to create templates and then merge our Salesforce data into the exact format we need. We have pretty rigid requirements, so the flexibility is really important for our success.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Go in with a specific use case - you will want to know if Conga can handle your most complex merge.
