The Future of Digital Adoption Platforms

What do you like best about the product?
WalkMe is easy to setup in comparison with other Digital Adoption Platforms. Its content creation process is simple as well, allowing to bring training and automatization to the final users faster.

Their customer support is excelent as well, with a quick follow-up process and experts available any time of the day.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is yet to be an abundance of topics in the community forum, with best practices from one WalkMe user to another. However, WalkMe community is growing with each passing day, which assures me that it's only a matter of time for it to get bigger.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There is a lack of user involvement in traditional training, with complains of training being hard to find or follow. This situation significantly slowers their performance.

With WalkMe being an on top of the browser tool, we have made training accessible to the users, with use cases that are relevant to them.

On the other side, WalkMe has also improved our approach to analytics. Its Insight Platform allow us to identify pain points in our processes, encouraging us to analyze them and do continuous improvement.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about WalkMe is its User friendly interface which help users in effective onboarding and training. The other thing which I really like about WalkMe is it's seamless integration with our Workday page, which has really enchanced its utility.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing which I really don't like about WalkMe is its performance issues. It gets very unreliable at times and sometimes struggles with complex flows and also there are ocassional logs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have built a lot of Smart WalkThroughs and SamrtTips which offers in app guidance to our users. It has helped to enhance user adoption rates making it easier for the employess to adapt to Workday's features and functionlities.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to creat user guide and tutorial for new features on application.
What do you dislike about the product?
Need to use 2FA credential to access to the platform everytime.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Documentation on how to use tools and features for the application, improve application effectiveness and find which tools is slowing down users experience.

What do you like best about the product?
WalkMe is an critical platform that enable us to analyzed user interaction with tools and features on application. Helpful support from the dev team to maximixed this platform full potential and to learn how to operate its complex platform. Always updating its tools and features with the latest technology in the market is the reason why WalkMe is always relevant in the industry. All this new technology and changes is the key to build more helpful business solutions and elivating customer experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Satisfied and no dislike with WalkMe platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Find the root caust for our business ineffectiveness and use WalkeMe to improve performance. Effective operation and processes permit us to improve service for customer and reduce support tickets seeking for help.

What do you like best about the product?
I’m genuinely impressed with how intuitive and fast it is to build in. The interface is clean and well-organized, which makes the development process smooth, even for complex projects.
What I appreciate the most is how quickly you can go from idea to working prototype. The tools and features are clearly designed to speed up the workflow without sacrificing flexibility or control.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the WalkMe training page I find some content in which don't have the latest interfaces or features for WalkMe
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Overall, it’s a solid platform reliable, fast, and good for creators who want to move quickly without getting bogged down by unnecessary complexity.

What do you like best about the product?
Very versatile and easy to integrate from a technical perspective. We have deployed it on over 7 tools and platforms within HP over the last 3 years, very easily and smoothly.
The insights capability is their biggest strenght in terms of being able to capture user engagement and tool usage.
Their support team is always fast and ready for a challenge.
What do you dislike about the product?
Areas of improvements would be ease of accessing and configuring the data and insights in their platform.

What do you like best about the product?
Walkme can help us add last minutes messages or add useful tooltips in our systems, as well as it helps us with some automations and insights! The support team is also great!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes you might need some CSS expertise but the support team can help with this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helping our users with online training, to find resources and with even a bot.

What do you like best about the product?
I'm thoroughly impressed with WalkMe and how it empowers us to create content without relying on developer resources. This capability is a significant advantage for our company, as our development team is often stretched thin. With WalkMe, we can swiftly deploy tutorial guides that demonstrate to our users how effortlessly they can navigate our site.

Additionally, we greatly value the insights provided by the site tracking and recorded sessions, which help us understand user behavior better. The support team has been phenomenal throughout the entire process, and the product team has been exceptionally responsive to our needs. WalkMe delivers both an outstanding product and excellent customer service!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were an easier way to develop smart walk thrus for PC desktop and Mobile web. Currently there are a lot of duplicate steps that needs to be done that could be streamlined, like the creation of segments which has to be created sperately in PC vs. mobile web. That said, their product team has already expanded the functionalty for mobile web and I'm hopeful they will continue to improve in this area over time. They really do listen to the end users which is rare and truly appreciated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to create intuitive and emersive interactive guides to show our members how easy our site is to use. We created gamification techniques using WalkMe that reward members for doing scavenger hunts on the site. We also use the menu option which allows members to ask questions and we can service up segmented videos or guided tours based on their query. We can also report on all the search terms entered in that menu which gives us vauable insight on what we need to build to support member needs.

What do you like best about the product?
The solution is relatively easy to learn and use. When there are glitches that I can't figure out. WalkMe support comes to the rescue and offers amazing support. They will dig in and resolve even when the solution isn't readily apparent.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike at the moment .......
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making an older application that isn't inheriantly easy to use better. Implementing new workflows and taking advantage of more features of the underlying tool to support Enterprise Architecture.
