Walk Thru WalkMe

  • June 10, 2023
  • Review verified by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and they continously improve the product and make it easy to use. Easy to implement in any system and guides the user where we face issues or queries.
What do you dislike about the product?
Many features which need to be adopted and also custom inbuilt solutions needs to be marketed
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When we moved from one system to another system we faced lots of queries and once walkme got implemented then those queries were resolved. People dont require handover or training since walkme guides them slowly and easily step by step or in single click using the different features.

Non-Techy Reviewer

What do you like best about the product?
The tool is exactly what tech stacks need to drive adaption - a straightforward yet powerful concept. It is reasonably easy to use from a content developer's perspective, especially as a non-techy person.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like some of the tools are way too advanced for a content developer to tackle. For example, the new design of ShoutOuts is simple, why can't that same concept be used for modifying steps in a SWT?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Slowly but surely is is increasing our use of some more complex features of Salesforce. It's been great to send a link to a SWT to build views, reports, etc. instead of using my time for 1:1 consults.

Solutions can be created to improve processes that our agents follow. The community is wonderful. This is a great opportunity to get advice from other users and the Webinars that are put on by WalkMe are excellent.

WalkMe is difficult at time to use with Salesforce because of the single screen format. There are times we would run into issues with a solution ont working and have to get extra assistance to troubleshoot.
