Proven ROI in Months

  • May 17, 2023
  • Review verified by G2

What do you like best about the product?
SmartWalkThrus eliminate wasted scrolls, clicks and confusion. And ShoutOuts ensure you reach every user with news.
What do you dislike about the product?
We experience inconsistencies sometimes, and somehow they're always moving targets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
WalkMe prevents users from the frustration of repeated error messages when they haven't completed forms--for example, on the Lead Conversion screen in Salesforce.

Improving every day

What do you like best about the product?
We were connected to Morgan as our customer success person. Since then the service and feedback we have received from WalkMe continues to grow everyday. We hope to see this grow even further as we grow our partnership
What do you dislike about the product?
It's frustrating trying to understand who to reach out to and who everything works. When I took over the vendor relationship I didn't get any support from walkme on how they worked or what the SLAs were, I had to stumble through it. I was pointed at the training site but it is extremely overwhelming and I didn't have the time to find what I needed to learn and at the time didn't have anyone to reach out to. I think an easier transition for customers to learn about how to best partner with walkMe to get the most ROI would be very helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are still working on understanding the benefits that WalkMe provides.

The most advanced guide technology out there

  • April 04, 2023
  • Review verified by G2

What do you like best about the product?
They have the most advanced guide-creating ability, with the capability to add logic. You can basically create any guide you want which can react to any scenario the user might come across. In order to great guided processes on applications - there is simply no one who can compare.
What do you dislike about the product?
Walkme has trouble with applications that are multi-language. There is a steep learning curve and requires investment and time to implement it successfully.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The best way to demonstrate a process is to do show it in the application - I have used WalkMe to create onboarding programs that allow for training at scale. WalkMe is great for helping users with processes that they don't do on a regular basis and would have to look at a resource to help.

Robust application for digital adoption

  • April 04, 2023
  • Review verified by G2

What do you like best about the product?
At the core of WalkMe is helping users complete tasks in the application. They don't need to look up procedures or as a colleague. They get help where and when they need it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't find the automatic element selectors work well. We have more success entering elements manually. It would be great if WalkMe implemented a 'Snooze' feature so that users could go back to a ShoutOut or Walk-thru that was auto-played at a later time.
We also have some ongoing issues with not being able to close ShoutOuts, which blocks users from continuing with their task.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
WalkMe creates a better onboarding experience for users by helping them complete tasks in the app on day 1. It also allows them to go directly to resources they need without having to search multiple locations for them.

Data Driven Solutions for your Digital Adoption Program

  • April 01, 2023
  • Review verified by G2

What do you like best about the product?
That you can put various applications together to create just about any solution you want. Then.... you get the analytics to know if your solution is working.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some limitations, and they are slow to bring some features to production. In addition they are expensive so you need to have lots of content created to get your value.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping to get existing support content in front of the user at the time of need. Good content that has been created over the years can't be found and thus users try to use apps without it.
Also it is allowing us to watch user processes before we put in WalkMe to validate the pain point.
- Validating data input
- Showing users how to complete tasks in the app - without any training.

Great for delivering on-screen content in mainstream applications.

What do you like best about the product?
The DAI training courses were an excellent start to the WalkMe journey. Their content was really well developed. The application does have a lot of intuitive functionality that can be easily learned quickly by someone with a moderate amount of tech savvy.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a lot of dead ends in the solutions building. The application does not handle storing and manipulating variables well. Training and WalkMe guidance seem to vary substantially depending on who you are assigned for support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have content spread across multiple systems in different formats, some hosted internally, some externally, and some controlled content vs. uncontrolled. WalkMe helps to provide a single place for that content to live without having to move across applications.

WalkMe has a lot of features that help us enable employees in our organization to use an application

  • March 30, 2023
  • Review verified by G2

What do you like best about the product?
We feel the tool is generally easy to use. There are a lot of features that we find helpful that can be applied to many business processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
1. A lot of issues we experience with building content are behind the scenes are tied to Editor settings that are not within our control.
2. Getting an immediate response from Support Chat rather than open a support ticket. Especially for a quick question.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Complicated Business Processes enables the end user for self-service. Promoting new initiatives or alerts to employees or specific groups (i.e. segmentation applied).

WalkMe helps bridge gaps!

  • March 29, 2023
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
WalkMe has provided our company with a number of great benefits:

- It has helped improve the user experience by making in-system guidance available for complex processes

- It is a great change management tool, allowing us to not only inform users about system changes but to also show them directly what areas of the system have been updated.

- It has allowed us to automate tasks in the system that users either find repetitive or have trouble with selecting the correct values

-Through the use of segmentation, you can target content to the right audience groups

- The support staff is great! The response time to tickets is usually very quick, and our customer success managers have been great!
What do you dislike about the product?
We find that updates to our core HCM system routinely break our WalkMe solutions and require routine maintenance to keep the content functional.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
WalkMe helps to provide users with in-system guidance, which helps us by reducing the number of tickets that our operations department receives. It also has reduced efforts around change management by allowing us to communicate about system updates directly in the system rather than needed to conduct training sessions.
