WalkMe Review
What do you like best about the product?
The speed, flexibility and effectiveness of WalkMe is truly impressive. It gives us the ability to quickly deploy a solution to our platform, that would normally take cycles of time on a product roadmap. My favorite part about WalkMe is surprising our business partners with the solutions we create.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times it can be difficult to build in some areas of our platform. These challenges require more time to investigate but can usually be resolved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
WalkMe has helped us solve a wide variety of problems. WalkMe is being used to provide on screen guidance, prompts and launchers to help learners navigate and learn our platform. We have been able to use WalkMe to help users be more compliant with standardized processes. Through the use of WalkMe's Shoutouts we have been able to clearly communicate and remind agents of important updates. It has allowed us to reduce email and provide agents with just information in an effective manner. WalkMe has also given us the abilty to do A/B testing and track user data.
An Intriguing and Expanding Software
What do you like best about the product?
There are several things I enjoy about WalkMe. One thing I really appreciate is that their support team is fantastic. They are very prompt in their response and will remind you weekly about a ticket if they haven't heard from you, which helps me when work gets hectic. Another aspect I like is that the Editor has numerous modalities of building workflows. There are so many avenues that one can take to create the perfect workflow suite for their business. The Editor itself is also pretty simple to use and has everything laid out well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think something that has improved recently, but hasn't always been the case, is finding support/knowledge base articles on their community site. The search feature has definitely gotten better, but there have been several occasions in which I searched for something that should be relatively easy to find, but hasn't come up for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
WalkMe is helping clinicians, new and seasoned, complete various documents and workflows in our EHR system. There are several documents that are incredibly long and some rather complicated workflows clinicians have to regularly do, and WalkMe is helping them to complete those various tasks. This allows the organization to remain compliant with company standards and state laws. This also creates a better Continuum of Care between the clients and their respective providers.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the completeness of the the apps that WalkMe offers and how they work together, you can easily provide a comprehensive, cohesive solution to your users. The product updates are frequent and their dev team is accessible and eager to hear from their clients. The Community site is a huge bonus, we all know and love each other and are constantly joining all of the events that they offer to learn tips and tricks that help us evolve our DAP strategies.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have had tremendous success with WalkMe, any enhancement suggestions can quickly be put on their ideas portal...two of mine have already been implemented!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We now have a 100% digital approach for most new features and updates, and live training has been mainly eliminated - a potential savings of 10+ trainer hours and 60 minutes per Associate. Anywhere from 250-500 users need to be trained through 10-20 live sessions per major feature. Users can now quickly find the support that they need in-tool, when they need it, with no interruption to their workflow and experience less time away from customers. We have also had amazing success automating case management, and have saved over $80k, 800k clicks, and 1,800 hours last year alone!
WalkMe and their staff are awesome!
What do you like best about the product?
WalkMe is a great digital adoption tool that aids businesses in getting the most from IT investments. It is light when developing solutions, allowing you to create specific solutions to help end users with endless processes.
WalkMe can integrate into nearly any web-based application, and there is even a desktop version! I enjoy using WalkMe to help me in my day to day operations and help clients gain the most from their IT investments!

What do you dislike about the product?
The downside to using WalkMe is only dependent on you not being committed to utilizing the tool to it's full extent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
WalkMe helps my clients solve many business-related problems. The most common issue we run into is applications taking a long time to update on key processes, which can either confuse end users or cause errors in a process. The benefit of WalkMe is how easy and fast it is to deploy to intercept some of these problems, like forgetting to fill out a form that isn't mandatory on the UI but is mandatory in the process.
WalkMe
What do you like best about the product?
WalkMe can provide just in time help that seamlessly integrates with the platform you are using creating great user adoption.
What do you dislike about the product?
Building WalkMe is not as simple as it was described to be. Walkme rarely performs as it should when not using jQuery features. If a builder does not understand jQuery, building is limited to simple solutions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
User adoption and reduced training for new platforms being implemented. Just in time guidance on right-first-time completion.

Great Product
What do you like best about the product?
WalkMe is very versatile in what it offers. You can easily set up your users for success by having tips, walkthroughs, videos, articles, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
The product is geared and marketed towards companies for internal onboarding. They offer a lot of integrations for third-party applications, but those with a custom app and a single-page app geared to external users can support, but there are limitations. Educational content is limited and geared towards internal onboarding using third-party apps. So I will say I do feel disappointed with the limited content for our customer type.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quick learning tips and tricks. User-end communication. Digital Adoption.
Excellent product and team
What do you like best about the product?
It's well-received by users and offers a lot of solutions for our complex software, complete with useful analytics. The team at WalkMe is A+ across the board. Responsive, engaged, and doing everything they can to facilitate a partnership and set us up for success.
What do you dislike about the product?
Becoming a builder is not as easy as it seems if you have a complicated site with extensive audience segmentation and in which element selection is not so straightforward. I'm far more dependent on the solutions engineer than I expected to me at this time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Onboarding to new features and processes by way of self-service help rather than calling client support. We are documentation-heavy and plan to replace that with interactive experiences instead.
WalkMe makes things better!
What do you like best about the product?
When I use WalkME, I can finally fix the issues that I've only ever been able to complain about before. Developers are busy people and new features take a long time to produce. WalkMe lets us solve a myriad of problems very quickly and easily. And if we have difficulty, WalkMe is always there to help with an easy to use and excellent service team.
What do you dislike about the product?
This is one of those humblebrags. My least favorite thing about WalkMe is that it can solve nearly any problem so that sometimes we have to ask ourselves, Should we use WalkMe to solve this one? It does help us to think holistically to know that we could always solve it with WalkMe. If you ever find yourself building something that the next builder will have trouble understanding, step back. Double check.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Most recently I have used WalkMe to help users navigate a confusing billing and payment app. When we find frequest errors in the invoices, we set up a new process to catch those errors earlier in the process.
WalkMe Helps Guide and Grow Your Users
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about WalkMe is the ability to add guidance and help directly at the source of the problem.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think users are apprehensive of overlays in general, but that's certainly not the fault of WalkMe.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to quickly make announcements on a company wide scale. Validation and guidance directly at the source where it's needed. Creative solutions to help give users the information or resource they need in the moment.
