WalkMe - Much more than just real-time user assistance
What do you like best about the product?
I think it can replace legacy user guidance and user assistance solutions completely.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few complex areas to build out some apps. The UI can be more user-friendly. Although, you can work your way out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With WalkMe, you can build "intelligent"user assistance solutions and not the typical ones. I think it is helping reduce the burden and load on the field/support team to a noticeable extent.

Powerful and versatile tool easy to implement
What do you like best about the product?
Walkme is easy to use, even for beginners, and as a builder it is possible to start creating content very fast. The support is also great and responsive, with some additional AI features helping even more. Despite the simplicity of use, it is a great tool, very complete, that allows to create complex content that fits all needs. I would highlight:
- quick start,
- reactive support,
- very complete analytics tools that help understanding users behaviors, creating new content or correcting mistakes,
- wide variety of content: interactive guidance with balloons, tips on specific fields, pop-ups appearing based on specific conditions, links to other pages etc...
- enjoyable for end-users as a new and modern guidance tool.
The more you use WalkMe, the more versatile it gets, and you can adapt its pre-built features to achieve a lot of goals: user support, error prevention, communication, etc...
It' also worth mentioning that the WalkMe community is very engaged and active.

What do you dislike about the product?
The tool improved greatly in the last years and some low accuracy issues in selection of elements were corrected, at the moment nothing much to complain about. Maybe the Insight tool is too complete and it's almost frustrating not to have time and resources to use its full potential. There are plenty of contents available, from smart tips to walk-through, but also a lot of analysis tools, which can be overwhelming at the beginning, but Walkme advisors usually make sure we get up to speed with all useful tool.
Depending on the structure of the page you're building on, Walkme will be more or less accurate, but we always found workarounds or tools to overcome these issues, fortunately every single new release is making the tool better, and the use of IA is also increasing the accuracy of the system.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Walkme is helping our end-users using our Procurement tool with interactive guidance and information all along the ordering process. It also prevents some mistakes by automatically checking and validating the content of critical fields.
We also use it to make some announcements when updates are launched, or reminders under the form of pop-ups, that can be set on specific page and for specific users and quick to add or remove, according to the needs.

Impressed with the functionality and easy to build solutions.
What do you like best about the product?
time saving - no need to spend time with users on individual guidance - we direct them to specific walkme items instead of explaining.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of auto-notifications on broken SWT steps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saves us time in user guidance an minimizes training efforts as well as supports immediate communication regarding ad hoc system changes.
My WalkMe experience was already good, but it has gotten even better since Joy Adiv returned.
What do you like best about the product?
WalkMe helps us a lot in the UX of our app, facilitating the user's journey (with Smart Walk Thrus), helping to communicate new features (with ShoutOuts) and creating new launchers that would take weeks of development if we were to create in our app.
I would like to thank all the help Joy has been giving us, bringing a lot of insights and cool ideas for us to implement!
And I would also like to thank all the help and attention that Jason Foose gave us in a support ticket.

What do you dislike about the product?
WalkMe has some limitations.
An example is that we would like to build a Shout-out saying "you have an active promotion, check the promotions page", which would appear in the Product Listing Page ONLY if the customer has any active promotions (i.e. if the promotion page is populated).
In short, we would like the customer to only enter the promotion page if it is populated with a promotion, and this shout-out would help us with that.
But it was not possible to create, because for WalkMe to check if the promotion page was populated, the user would have to enter the promotion page first, and that is what we would like to avoid.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
WalkMe helps us teach users how to use our app: how to make a purchase, how to edit an order, how to download Invoices...
It solves the problem of the user getting lost inside our app, not knowing how to do these things.

Easy to use and lots of new builds to discover
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how the platform is easy to make templates out of and how fast it could be implemented.
What do you dislike about the product?
It needs more customization on button placement and more options for fonts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps with onboarding and is perfect for making demos of solutions.
WalkMe is an amazing adoption tool!
What do you like best about the product?
WalkMe allows you to easily create self-serve content for your end-users that is easy to use while giving them an overall better experience by showing them the support on-screen vs. the traditional job aids.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some technical knowledge would be helpful for the WalkMe builder as some elements on the platform may require jQuery or Regex to perform well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The benefit to analyze how our users are using our tool and platform through WalkMe Insights has been amazing. We can find out what our users need help with or what content we're missing.
