Great application to escape long releases

How easy it is to use and how fast you can release new flows

Only gripe would be the documentation could be better-- there's a lot of features & to get up & runnin
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Engineering backlog is a big problem & content interventions are valuable to have but not valuable to allocate an engineer to biding. We can decouple content writing from engineering/deployment workflows which is a huge operating win
Workstation is a great onboarding tool.
What do you like best about the product?
It's been a quick learnig curve to learn how to start using and building content for Workstation. We have enjoyed piloting with our user groups and are excited to launch officially very soon. The functionality supports our new employee onboarding journey and the integrations are a powerful feature in the Enterprise Search.
I like how the different types of content are availble within Workstation as well as the compatibilty with traditional WalkMe content such as SmartWalkthroughs.

What do you dislike about the product?
Workstation has limited customizable features which doesn't allow for a lot of branding. It is also a little limited with how content can be organized.
WalkMe content build has been a little slow for us as there are lot of things that can stop walkthroughs from working correctly.
Overall though I'm happy with the way our WalkMe project has been progressing.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Workstation: Creating a single source of truth for our onboarding journey for new employees coming into the organization. We putting everything a new employee should need in their first few days/weeks into one tool.
WalkMe: Ramping up new employees in new processes for our Operations teams.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the following important while using WalkMe:
*Integrating it into the webpage is very much seamless.
*It can be tailored easily for both experienced users and beginners.
*It allows easy content creation and management for creators.
*It provides analytical tools for performance evaluation.
*It provide easy to use user interface.
*Their customer support is also very good.

I dislike the following things while using WalkMe:
*It requires some adjustments for complex websites.
*Initially, implementation of this tool was not easy for me.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that our WalkMe Center of Excellence can make it easier for our teams to do their jobs by providing solutions for their needs quickly, and with very little (if any) code on the business systems they use every day. WalkMe provided excellent training opportunities for all our builders, and introduced us to SolutionsATI, who continues to be a solid WalkMe partner.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our team is very well trained, so when we submit a support case, it often needs to be escalated through multiple levels, which can significantly increase the response time, delaying our ability to deliver the solutions that will help our users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We chose WalkMe as an in-app training tool to support the transition from Salesforce Classic to Salesforce Lightning. We've evolved our approach to process automation and enablement across a variety of platforms used by our customer-facing teams, resulting in significant time savings and an ROI on our WalkMe investment of ~400%. WalkMe helps our users get to where they need to be faster, and complete processes correctly the first time, with minimal support from other teammates.

What do you like best about the product?
WalkMe can offer powerful insights to help measure returns on investment in new technology solutions, and also improving the use of existing tools to prevent spend in new tools when existing tools can be better utilised. Their support teams are always on hand to help and support!
What do you dislike about the product?
The tool is sometimes difficult to use with multi language systems, and when system releases happen, the overhead in checking WalkMe content is large!

Giving users On Demand and Just In Time access to system support, avoiding large training roll outs and training deployments.

WalkMe's optimisation of digital processes was top notch. Its smoother user experience made me like this software.

Pricing is slightly on expensive side for small organizations.

WalkMe's analytics help us track our users behaviours. By this data we continuously improve our digital processes.

I love Walkme. It has helped us to find solutions for our common problems and i highly recommend it. I like its interface which is so intuitive and straightforward, anyone can easily get started with it without any training. It is very easy to use and integrate and provides great option to create guidelines and tutorials. Also, i like how Walkme provides a very clear guidance at the moment of need.

To be sincere i have nothing to dislike about Walkme. All issues are resolved quickly by their support team.
