The tecnical support team. Awesome team and do a lot of great work to get WalkMe launch
Great Customer Success team
The site provides valuable insight to how people interact with the site
Walkthrough really helpful
Great abality to see interaction with site and make business based decision on how to improve
Impementation team was awesome
What do you dislike about the product?
Consider having a dashboard that links to all the different sites. This can be cumbersome at times to remember all the different sites that you need to login to. From a users perspective WalkMe is very user friendly. On the build side it can be diffcult at times with all the elements required to add content.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
WalkMe is solving onboarding new users to a B2B commerce site

Excellent tool

What do you like best about the product?
Able to make material savings in engineering effort + massively accelerate the process of getting relevant, properly targeted content in front of our customers

The team at WalkMe too is extraordinary to work with.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only gripe would be the documentation could be better-- there's a lot of features & to get up & runnin
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Engineering backlog is a big problem & content interventions are valuable to have but not valuable to allocate an engineer to biding. We can decouple content writing from engineering/deployment workflows which is a huge operating win

Workstation is a great onboarding tool.

  • November 13, 2023
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
It's been a quick learnig curve to learn how to start using and building content for Workstation. We have enjoyed piloting with our user groups and are excited to launch officially very soon. The functionality supports our new employee onboarding journey and the integrations are a powerful feature in the Enterprise Search.
I like how the different types of content are availble within Workstation as well as the compatibilty with traditional WalkMe content such as SmartWalkthroughs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Workstation has limited customizable features which doesn't allow for a lot of branding. It is also a little limited with how content can be organized.
WalkMe content build has been a little slow for us as there are lot of things that can stop walkthroughs from working correctly.
Overall though I'm happy with the way our WalkMe project has been progressing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Workstation: Creating a single source of truth for our onboarding journey for new employees coming into the organization. We putting everything a new employee should need in their first few days/weeks into one tool.
WalkMe: Ramping up new employees in new processes for our Operations teams.
