Best tools for delivering value to your users.

What do you like best about the product?
WalkMe is most helpful in developing and delivering data-driven solutions for end users. By using analysis of user behavior collected by WalkMe to plan your projects and evaluate the efficiency and return of your solutions,
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes limited UI for the editor that requires a ton of log ins and refreshes to get it to work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
User experience, broken processes, multiple systems requiring similar inputs or feeding into each other with human error.

What do you like best about the product?
Feature rich, knowledge base is full of content
What do you dislike about the product?
Content creation takes a long time to learn. Implementation of new content is challenging. Support from WalkMe is not there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have utilised some WalkMe content with good results.

What do you like best about the product?
Effective in improving UX and training new users on systems. Easy to create content and customize for different use cases.
What do you dislike about the product?
WalkMe should focus more on the end-user scenarios for a website. WalkMe has rolled out many features for Employee onboarding and training in the last few years.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using it to onboard new users on a cloud-based system. WalkMe has significantly reduced the time and training required to onboard new users.

What do you like best about the product?
Though WalkMe is an extremely intuitive platform, the main thing I enjoy the most is the helpful and caring staff! They truly care and want to help!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is the WalkMe content can get a little challenging to learn at first - but once you take their training courses, it becomes easy!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
WalkMe is helping us understand specific analytics that we were missing while also enhancing our client's ability to learn more about our system!

What do you like best about the product?
All of our release notes and almost all of our live release events are replaced by WalkMe.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some difficulties to trigger WalkMe builds at the right time and place. For example we're having trouble triggering shoutouts anywhere other than on the start page at first login.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're no longer sending out release notes, we just guide our users to WalkMe. We rarely do live release events anymore; all information about new releases can be found through WalkMe. Reported issues have decreased now that users can find answers and information about our application in WalkMe, and when we have known issues, we inform the users directly through WalkMe. We've also used WalkMe to get user feedback from surveys.

What do you like best about the product?
Walkme can be used by our user community easily. Analytics are provided to understand how the product is being used.
What do you dislike about the product?
Takes quite a bit of time to learn the admin side of WalkME. Understanding all the features and how to implement them successfully.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reduce the number of support tickets submitted by our user community and limit the number of training sessions when onboarding new users.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a quick way to inform our users of important information and bugs. And it is great that it has many different functions to do so (Smartips, SMWT, etc).
What do you dislike about the product?
The Automatic selector does not work well on our site, we often have to use jQuery. But that may be different for other sites.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When we need to get information out to our users quicker than our Tech team can do it.

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the variety of different features that WalkMe offers. You can tailor WalkMe to address your particular users' needs, whether they're internal or external. The ability to customize these features makes WalkMe valuable for us. We have a variety of applications in several different business lines, so customization is vital. In addition, their technical support team is top-notch. They provided me with valuable assistance that addressed my questions immediately, without having to go back and forth. It saved me time and enabled me to meet a deadline.
What do you dislike about the product?
You're bound to have a learning curve with a tool of this nature. That's the only negative I have experienced as a new user, and it didn't surprise me. Fortunately they have abundant training and knowledge resources available in various formats to help you out. Their online training courses are particularly helpful, especially in educating me on features that I wasn't even aware of.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a way to engage with our customers and ensure they had access to the educational resources necessary to accomplish their work tasks. This has reduced the number of support calls and initial confusion from our users.
