What do you like best about the product?
In app guidances
customisable features
Intuitive
What do you dislike about the product?
Walkme extension: there are always some % of users who cannot get their extension. User experience impacted
Walkme analytics: it could be more flexible in consolidating data and more options for better data analyse and dashboards
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Training, communication, change management in the application directly. Users do not have to get out of the tools to find related information.
It helps our users to self train and self inform directly in the applications (more efficient, more intuitive)=>cost/time saving, efficiency gain

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use and easy to follow for the intended learner. It has allowed us to support our agents in the field by providing in-app support as we transition to a new booking platform!
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a challenge when interacting with a dynamic page, but with the support from Walk Me, we are always able to find a solution
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a lot of system enhancements rolling out weekly, and,with no time for formal training, this is a perfect solution to get the information out to our employees

What do you like best about the product?
Quick and easy to user. Whenever we have trouble, the WalkMe team is always extremely helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything now because my experience with WalkMe has been fantastic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In my perspective, WalkMe has been very helpful at announcing new features and outages. It also helps guide new users on how to use our sites.

What do you like best about the product?
I think it can replace legacy user guidance and user assistance solutions completely.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few complex areas to build out some apps. The UI can be more user-friendly. Although, you can work your way out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With WalkMe, you can build "intelligent"user assistance solutions and not the typical ones. I think it is helping reduce the burden and load on the field/support team to a noticeable extent.

What do you like best about the product?
It's an easy-to-build SaaS toolset to build in conjunction with a new software product launch. The WalkMe builder is intuitive and easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's hard to create an ongoing business case for usage without a dedicated resource internally

WalkMe helps with upskilling users and creating a better User Experience ontop of products that may have design limitations

What do you like best about the product?
User interface is fairly intuitive. Once you have the smaller details down, creating content is very quick.
What do you dislike about the product?
Trying to find an answer to a question is like a needle in a haystack sometimes. Support documents can be cryptic and sparse of information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using WalkMe within our SuccessFactors implementation to help new users learn where to find the various workflows.

What do you like best about the product?
Great tool for use adoption especially in newly developed D365 applications.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dynamics is a bit tricky with WalkMe due to the ever changing connectors however WalkMe Support and CSM have been terrific in assisting us get around this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
WalkMe is providing our end users across the state with the ability to easily use standardised processes across a complex newly created system. A large number of the users are very limited in their computing skills so WalkMe adds an extra layer of support at the end users finger tips.

What do you like best about the product?
WalkMe is a low-code tool that allows you to customize and improve the end-user experience significantly.
It can be used to customize and improve UX for SAAS platforms, add missing features to your in-house platform, or for creating real-life AB testing for new features before developing them natively.
It is very quick and easy to create, manage and deploy content and very flexible, and allows for a lot of creativity in the solutioning process.

WalkMe's insights tools allow you to easily see the impact of your WalkMe content on conversion, user satisfaction, and engagement with many features.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's quite a learning curve for using the product, and you must think out of the box to find the best solutions that make use of what WalkMe has to offer with the platform you are working on.

To make the most out of WalkMe, you need a unique skill set: UX, usability, design, some HTML and CSS fluency, marketing, and analytical skills.

The tool can be buggy at times, and while WalkMe's support is responsive and provides answers in a timely manner - the WalkMe Builder experience can be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are currently using WalkMe to:
- Increase engagement with new features
- PRovide contextual help for users
- Add missing functionality and test it to see if it's worth developing
- Create quick wins for high-friction areas

What do you like best about the product?
It can help drive quicker and more effective onboarding of new users, as well as facilitate ongoing engagement with critical systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be clunky, overly complex at times and has its limitations, much as any other solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Driving user's engagement with the understanding that we can decrease the costs of support and training using their contextual guidance when we see our users struggling.
