What do you like best about the product?
The ability to address a wide range of business and user needs while helping users learn as they go.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are inevitably some features that I desire that WalkMe does not currently have, but overall, I'm impressed with their platform and solutions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Awareness of business critical information and promotions, completing complex processes that span multiple applications, driving new user adoption.

What do you like best about the product?
Walkme in terms of taking Surveys it is ver ease to use and adding the Questions is very easy to add, not only the Surveys the Shoutouts on the Application for reminding the user if any Urgent Notifications to be displayed for the End User.
What do you dislike about the product?
Walkme need to add fe additional features in terms of reutilizing the existing Usecase for looping it in multiple ways. Also they need to add nesting multiple queries in element level.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Walkme Solves Business Problems like taking End USer Surveys, Providing Notifications to the Specific users effectively using segmentation. Not only this they have few features like Smartwalkthru's for USerGuidance which will benefit by step by step process.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing which I liked from Walkme is that the Software is easy to use with multiple create features like Smartwalkthru's. shoutout'....... And its best in terms of creating our generic flows in a simple way with less time
What do you dislike about the product?
As of now I am good with Walkme Features, but suggestion I want to provide is that if Walkme adds additional features it will be more benefit to the User which can create a flows in a effective way
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Walkme Solves Business Problems like avoiding the tarinings for new users, the best thing is that we can add segment to the new users specifically and play the User guidances, so new trainee can understand the step by step process in efeective way which solve the problems of multiple tarining sessions.

What do you like best about the product?
Walkme is best tool in terms of userguidance flows and custom validations. The good thing in Walkme is it's simple to use and to create n number of flows for user guidance. It enhances the user Interaction in abetter way of understanding the application.
What do you dislike about the product?
In Walkme i dislike is that when there are multiple elements with similar Elements its quite complex to achieve the desired result for partcular eleemnt to highlight that partcular field among it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Walkme solves the problem of Userguidance and it enhances the end user experience in interacting with application, It reduces the coding effort by integrating with the application.

What do you like best about the product?
WalkMe offers a user friendly design that is very intuitive and easy to use. This helps to simplify onboarding and navigation and the step-by-step guidance helps to greatly improve task efficiency. The 'Smart-Tips' and 'Walk-Thrus' strike the perfect balance of offering support to employees without being too intrusive.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much bad things I could say about WalkMe, the only improvement that could benefit would be better element capturing with cross domain iframes as I've often encountered problems with these.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Training: WalkMe helps to offer better onboarding experiences for new starters and also helps to guide users where needed.

Multi Language: With colleagues in different countries, WalkMe allows for the current built content to be translated and easily depolyed.

Internal Communications: WalkMe can help push out important shoutouts to employees so that they are informed and the correct information is communicated.

What do you like best about the product?
Walkme have better features which makes the enduser experience in a better way , which will guide them to understand the flows. Its best tool for userguidance for any application.
What do you dislike about the product?
Walkme needs to bringup more features like the userguidance in terms of connect to previous steps in bckward way also, which ensure user can loop the process any number of times until the criteria meets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Walkme solves problems like tarining of any new application. It helps in a way through smartwalkthru's which will guide the end user in a simple way to understand step by step process.

What do you like best about the product?
It prevents the extra coding for UserGuidance and helps to create the Flows for many new usecases effectively. Also for the New users in any application the guidance provides better understanding to prevent training's
What do you dislike about the product?
Walkme have few limitations in terms of dynamic content where flows doesn't work effectively which I disliked in it, Walkme need to implement more features on it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Walkme provides features like sartwalkthru's, smarttips. shoutouts which helps in creating Userguidance flows effectively which help the new users to unnderstand the flow creation effectively. Also It provides validations by using smartips.and custom triggering is best thing in it.

Best DAP product out there!

What do you like best about the product?
I love how Helpful Walkme as a product is, I know HTML is easy but I am someone who hadn't worked with HTML before and had to start working with it for better utilization of Walkme. With the resources and community available anyone can DAP now! Users don't need to be tech savy, it is a very DIY type of application and anyone can learn it easily by just working through the editior and insights - Leraning through expereince. I wouldn't recommed any other product for DAP.
What do you dislike about the product?
100% Integration with your product/website is sometimes tricky specially if you are hosted via third party platforms - in these cases you then get completly restricted from using the walkme features for those parts of yyour products.. there is some workarounds which is good. But it would great to be able to integrate and use ALL of walkme features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Instead of taking 500 1:1 meetings we just need to make one walkthrough and the work is done! We also have firsthand vidusalization of how it is impacting our users and helps identify Pain points.
Something went wrong in our product? it's so easy to find the bug now with the help of Session playback - Instead of spennding hours of resource in trying to re-create an issue we can just go through the sessions. Overall it is revolutionalry in terms of providings users insights.

DAP but make it pretty and easy

What do you like best about the product?
The UI is super easy to use and build content out of. It's simple, yet pin pointingly designed in a way where you have EVERYTHING that you need, either a mouseclick or a menu away. The new rule engine is just super logical and is structured in the same way as a creators thought process.

Additionally, the level of support when encounting the rare issue is unparalleled, it's almost a joy reaching out for support, have you ever felt like that before?!
What do you dislike about the product?
If i was to nitpick, there are a few occasions where the link between the browser and the editor gets disrupted, which is annoying, but nothing a click or two can't fix.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In our business, we have an incredibly powerful application for our users to support them in managing their workloads, the issue we found prior to WalkMe was that so many functions were being depreciated, or that there were service desk tickets being submitted because the user wasn't able to quickly find relevant training material to understand a process and that it was working by design. WalkMe eliminates that obstacle by having digital, consistently updated training material that isn't only hands on , it's readily available for the user to access, or even when a user starts to stray off course from a process.

What do you like best about the product?
WalkMe is incredibly customizable when it comes to developing guidance for product users. With out of the box offerings and templates for announcements, educational workflows, NPS surveys, data entry validation, and others, it beats out other options we've explored hand over fist.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our system is pretty complex and while they've been very accomodating when it comes to helping us work around issues with our custom implementation, we do run into long response times with their support teams, which can be frustrating when we're stuck.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
WalkMe helps us develop guidance to enable users to take full advantage of new feature releases and workflows. We also have created in-product user onboarding steps, tailored the user journey through behavior-based prompts, and use it to administer our NPS survey directly to users.
