A seamless tool for users like me
What do you like best about the product?
I like the following important while using WalkMe:
*Integrating it into the webpage is very much seamless.
*It can be tailored easily for both experienced users and beginners.
*It allows easy content creation and management for creators.
*It provides analytical tools for performance evaluation.
*It provide easy to use user interface.
*Their customer support is also very good.

What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the following things while using WalkMe:
*It requires some adjustments for complex websites.
*Initially, implementation of this tool was not easy for me.
*WalkMe's support team helps me in issue resolution.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me in following purposes:
*Helping me in boosting digital engagement and self-service on the website.
*Using it as a part of onboarding journey for customers for offering a step-by-step guidance.
*It has significantly reduced our workload for customer operations and marketing.
*We use it for handling daily support queries.
*It helps us to simplifies on-screen guidance for new platform introductions.

Since we started using Walkme, we have been experiencing breakthrough and productivity in our company.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that our WalkMe Center of Excellence can make it easier for our teams to do their jobs by providing solutions for their needs quickly, and with very little (if any) code on the business systems they use every day. WalkMe provided excellent training opportunities for all our builders, and introduced us to SolutionsATI, who continues to be a solid WalkMe partner.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our team is very well trained, so when we submit a support case, it often needs to be escalated through multiple levels, which can significantly increase the response time, delaying our ability to deliver the solutions that will help our users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We chose WalkMe as an in-app training tool to support the transition from Salesforce Classic to Salesforce Lightning. We've evolved our approach to process automation and enablement across a variety of platforms used by our customer-facing teams, resulting in significant time savings and an ROI on our WalkMe investment of ~400%. WalkMe helps our users get to where they need to be faster, and complete processes correctly the first time, with minimal support from other teammates.

What do you like best about the product?
WalkMe can offer powerful insights to help measure returns on investment in new technology solutions, and also improving the use of existing tools to prevent spend in new tools when existing tools can be better utilised. Their support teams are always on hand to help and support!
What do you dislike about the product?
The tool is sometimes difficult to use with multi language systems, and when system releases happen, the overhead in checking WalkMe content is large!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Giving users On Demand and Just In Time access to system support, avoiding large training roll outs and training deployments.

WalkMe's optimisation of digital processes was top notch. Its smoother user experience made me like this software.

Pricing is slightly on expensive side for small organizations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
WalkMe's analytics help us track our users behaviours. By this data we continuously improve our digital processes.
Walkme has always been of great help. I highly recommend it.

I love Walkme. It has helped us to find solutions for our common problems and i highly recommend it. I like its interface which is so intuitive and straightforward, anyone can easily get started with it without any training. It is very easy to use and integrate and provides great option to create guidelines and tutorials. Also, i like how Walkme provides a very clear guidance at the moment of need.

I don't have anything to add as a challenge. Overall, Walkme meets all our expectations.

Walkme is very useful and very easy to configure and use. It's a brilliant and exceptional tool that answers a clear business needs. Since we started using it, we have experienced a very huge impact. Additionally, it is very easy to explain users different processes.

To be sincere i have nothing to dislike about Walkme. All issues are resolved quickly by their support team.

Its on-screen guidance was one of my favourite features in this wonderful application. It helped me go through software applications seamlessly.

I did not find any loophole as far as my requirements were concerned.

SignUp process is not self serviced and automated. Users need to contact WalkMe for signing up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helped me streamline all my property management tasks. It also enhanced Client engagement by providing them personalised guidance.
A game-changer for our business
What do you like best about the product?
My organization has had WalkMe for under a year, and multiple teams have already seen hundreds of thousands of dollars of ROI from their WalkMe implementations. It's been a great way to provide user guidance, improve usability of our existing software, and bring together a lot of resources that were previously scattered across multiple platforms and locations. We are moving towards a world where many of our employees are going to interact with WalkMe daily, and I'm excited for how much more we'll be able to get from our software when that happens. Customer support is also excellent, with a dedicated customer success manager (we love her!) , builder resources, and product help as we need it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Even though WalkMe is marketed as a low-code/ no-code solution, your builders will need to learn about HTML and CSS to really fully harness the tool on certain platforms. The editor also requires training to fully understand and use -- it's not immediately intuitive. If you purchase WalkMe, make sure you have one person (or several people!) who can devote a majority of their time to learning and building content.

Data accuracy - Some processes in org are error-prone, and WalkMe is helping us validate that users are completing the processes correctly.
Resource centralization - We use WalkMe Resources to link out to important reference docs from the menu.
Automation of manual processes - We use WalkMe to remove repetitive clicks, which saves time and is popular with users.
Transition onto new platforms - We're implementng a new Salesforce platform, and WalkMe is being used for training and onboarding users.
