A great training tool with lots of adoption potential

What do you like best about the product?
We deployed WalkMe walkthroughs to 11,000 staff as part of training delivery which meant everyone could have real time training and guidance and avoided making training videos and in class room training.
What do you dislike about the product?
WalkMe requires a plug in for users on our system and therefore our uptake varies from time to time as it doesn't feel predominat enough for new users to click for support
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
WalkMe removed the need for class room training or detailed training videos needing to be produced so we saved on both staffing and employee time used.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part for me is the flexibility. You can copy previous guides, you ca apply it on many platforms and applications. Its easy to use and easy to integrate. Option to create tutorials and guidelines are great, you can combine them to get an infinitive number of options for yourself.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have anything to add as a dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
WalkMe helps me to onboard new users of application. Also, it allows me to easely notify users about new features or any kind of updates and changes on the application

What do you like best about the product?
Features like product tour, interactive tour, smart tips, segmented help widget, onboard checklist, release announcement pop-ups, production bug banners, accomplishment pop-ups, survey at end of tour, NPS survey, chat bot all in single platform is the plus.
What do you dislike about the product?
* Customer Support system
* Not all features are effective, many known issues
* Many CSS script involved for customization, its not a no code tool on implementation & ease of use
* Many cookies to be taken care on configuration, integration & whitelist domain as well

What do you like best about the product?
We are using WalkMe for Salesforce and it is very useful to the agents using salesforce as everyone knows it is bit difficult to use salesforce at first.
The most helpful feature of WalkMe is it provides a Smart Walk thrus that we can create for specific processes and user can get a step by step guide to complete the process.
What do you dislike about the product?
WalkMe sometimes behave bit strange while developing the content.
Usually we have to select the element on which we want walkMe content to be visible. But sometimes even after selecting the element WalkMe content is not visible on the element or if visible it gets attached to some other element.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The business problem that WalkMe is solving is : For new agents on Salesforce it is bit difficult to get going with the processes or understading the salesforce platform.
WalkMe as a DAP tools solves the problem of user onboarding by giving them training on salesforce paltform and also provide a step by step guidance to complete the processes.

What do you like best about the product?
From end-user perspective, WalkMe blends so well into the desired webpage, it's hard to distinguish. By doing so, the user doesn't have the feeling of interacting with 'yet another pop up window', with an incline to close it off as soon as it's pop up. It provides a clear guidance at the moment of need, so whether you're an experience user that just forgot how to do one things or a total newbie, it will provide a tailored solution to guide you to the end goal.
From WalkMe builder perspective, it's simple to create a content and maintain it. Then you can analyse how it is performing, draw conclusions & improve the guidance. By doing so, you're always on top of what users expect to see.
What do you dislike about the product?
Depending on how complex is the website on which you're deploying WalkMe, it might require a few tweaks to ensure that content behaves as intended. It's more of the middle-ground problem that has to be fixed between WalkMe & website owner, yet WalkMe Support was very active in resolving these & ensuring business continuity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were looking at ways to improve the digital uptake of our website & increase the self-service amongst end-users. WalkMe was implemented as a part of Onboarding Journey, aiming at providing step-by-step 'how-tos'. This in turn helped us to lower the workload of Customer Operations team.

What do you like best about the product?
Walk Me answers a clear business need and the ability for users to brocome productive with a low level of training is a real win
What do you dislike about the product?
As WalkMe is limited to browser based systems there are some Enterprise client based applications which are not compatible
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have lots of complicated workflows where it is difficult to ensure best practice. WalkMe helps us to increase compliance and with it reduce errors and increase engagment.

What do you like best about the product?
With WalkMe it is easier to explain users different processes. it allows step-by-step instructions
It also helps us with administrative part of the process, we no longer need to have instructions in seperate files, instructions are build in in SuccessFactors.
I like that WalkMe works on maing sure that 'selecting elements is easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I need to look into the page code to mark items correctly. However, I can see that it is getting better and better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
educates user on diffeerent processes, sometimes processes in SuccessFactors are not most intuitive and such step-by-step guides help user perform the task

What do you like best about the product?
For starters, I love the academy - it offers the needed training for a builder to hit the ground running quickly.
I think WM has improved quite a lot during the past year, especially for the landscape in SuccessFactors.
I like how interactive pieces like shoutouts and menus can really enhance the user experience and help admins increase their productivity and boost their goals. Overall, it's an indispensable tool that has significantly improved our digital adoption journey. We appreciate the assistance we get from the support team - always timely and effective. Highly recommend!
What do you dislike about the product?
While WalkMe has undoubtedly enhanced our digital adoption efforts, there's room for improvement in its insights and reporting tool. While it's valuable, more targeted insights would be a game-changer, enabling us to fine-tune our user experience even further.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Admin tasks - providing step-by-step guidance, additional instructions and help in performing a variety of admin tasks (e.g. data maintenance, processes). With these WM is decreasing the risk of errors, enhances the end-user experience (even if admin). It also helps us announce important updates and share instructions for admins to follow.

Self-service - for infrequent system use, WM is great help in pointing the user in the right direction when completing common tasks. Also making it easy for user to find or ask for help.

Meaningful value additions with WalkMe!

What do you like best about the product?
- I have been working with WalkMe for the past 4+ years and the WalkMe product has definitely improved leaps and bounds from where it was when I picked it up
- Having experienced one other DAP tool, WalkMe offers more flexibility and customisation options.
- Integration with an organisation is for the most part very simple and challenges are only around internal organisational security policies or infrastructure constraints.
- Implementation of solutions is relatively straightforward and it is very easy to start building as a layman
- Customer support is one of the best I have seen being prompt and flexible in the variety of issues that you can reach out to support for
- Customer centric changes have been more prominent of late, organising events in different timezones that I can attend conveniently (yay) and extended support from our CSM Zak and Technical AM Melvin and the rest of the core WalkMe team that we work on a day to day basis have really come in clutch for priority projects
What do you dislike about the product?
- Limited support for certain platforms
- Editor application was buggy at times a few years back but has since improved and become more stable
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
WalkMe primarily helps solving software onboarding and adoption.
Another area where WalkMe supports with is in-app communication of events and change management for applications. We consistently see > 85% views on the shoutouts.
Another minor area are solutions for BAU in different applications with varying degress of success - solutions include automations, data validation and user experience improvements.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that WalkMe guides our users through complex tasks and allows them the ability to navigate through new applications and capabilities. In addition, Walk Me automates & simplifies tedius application steps, and provides multiple ways that we can gain a customer's attendion with shout outs, launchers etc., which helps to increase adapability. The platform's great and easy functionalities help to increase our team's bandwidth and allows us to work on more work items without interruption. Lastly, I love that the platform provides analytics related to application transitions! The reports can be simply be downloaded straight from the platform! Time saver and Game Changer!
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot say that I dislike anything about WalkMe at this time! The platform is amazing and the support team is equally amazing! I have the best of both worlds!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
• Automated steps to reduce the number of steps to accomplish a task.
• Automated flows that start when user starts specific journeys to guide users on new flows to get them familiarized.
