What do you like best about the product?
The editor is easy to learn and use
WalkMe is easy to implement
The customer service (including the training/onboarding process) is excellent.
The wide variety of available features like pop-ups, tooltips, articles, videos, etc., help you think of new and interesting ways of communicating with your users.
What do you dislike about the product?
Session Playback is a great concept but poorly implemented
Depending on your application complexity, you'll want some experience with CSS Selectors to help WalkMe "find" the right page elements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
WalkMe has transformed how we approach knowledge and customer communication. Helpful resources, ranging from tooltips to videos and articles, are right at the users' fingertips. We've been able to use the surveys to gather valuable customer feedback the helps our product team.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of Use, Number of Features, Reporting
What do you dislike about the product?
Actionbot/chatbot "neglected" and limted
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Adding live feedback, circumstantial information to fields/buttons, offering step-by-step information, validations, and the ability to even manipulate the interface of a third-party software through WalkMe has been a game changer. The features are helpful and applicable to a wide range of industries. SmartTips, WalkThrus, and the chatbot have been well-received by leadership and frontline staff alike. And, in L&D the ability to assign onboarding tasks and monitor those has been helpful to track and understand barriers in the core system we use.
Wonderful piece of software we hope to see grow and evolve even more in time.

What do you like best about the product?
WalkMe helps us create solutions to our common problems. The Community is the best part about WalkMe. Anytime we don't know the answer, or are looking for out of the box solutions, The Community is always there to brainstorm those ideas.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a huge learning curve to utilizing the system effectively. It's just the nature of the system, since there are so many different ways to create content within the system. Learning which tool to use and when is the biggest key to success.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
WalkMe allows us to house all our onboarding content for welcoming a new user into our application. We no longer have to give in person or zoom trainings to end users. We give them a list of material to cover and run the goals reports to see that they have done so.

What do you like best about the product?
We deployed WalkMe walkthroughs to 11,000 staff as part of training delivery which meant everyone could have real time training and guidance and avoided making training videos and in class room training.
What do you dislike about the product?
WalkMe requires a plug in for users on our system and therefore our uptake varies from time to time as it doesn't feel predominat enough for new users to click for support
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
WalkMe removed the need for class room training or detailed training videos needing to be produced so we saved on both staffing and employee time used.
