A great tool for generating popup content

  • June 15, 2023
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
WalkMe is a well-made system with good graphic flexibility and good usability; the ability to manage objects within a containing mask is the function that I appreciate the most.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortunately, essential functions such as "copying" from different dashboards often do not work correctly and generate management problems that complicate the work. Assistance in English only.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
WalkMe has an excellent assistance center, always ready to help the user in every moment of his work

A fully comprehensive on-demand training tool that we have deployed into our complex landscape

  • June 14, 2023
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
We have deployed WalkMe on several applications, allowing us to effectively guide our user base to succeed in whatever system/process they are involved in.

The best bits about WalkMe are the different ways to deploy the interactive guidance; pop-ups, smart-tips, and walk-throughs are some heavily used elements in our set-up. The tool gives us many options, and the right combination of features/functionality can unlock complex processes within toolsets.
What do you dislike about the product?
As with all toolsets, there is a downside. The more you deploy, the more you have to maintain and WalkMe has recently started to bring out some automation to help us check and validate that our user journeys are still working as expected. These issues can surface when there are updates within the core systems that WalkMe sits on top of.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main part that WalkMe is solving for us is users who do not go through some of our processes very often, leading them to forget the steps to take when navigating our systems. In this regard, it has been very effective. We use WalkMe for advertising changes or updates to processes/systems as and when they occur, and we also use WalkMe to collect additional data in some processes which avoids us configuring or be-spoking the core system

WalkMe is a great tool that really enhances our sales process

  • June 13, 2023
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Personally, I really like how easy it was to learn and begin creating content for our users. I also like how customizable it is so that you can mimic schemes of the software that WalkMe is overlayed on. From an end user standpoint this is really nice because they do not even know that they are using WalkMe!
What do you dislike about the product?
It seems that the simple locking to an element may not always work best where you need to use jQuery to get a better "hold" on whatever element you are trying to select.

This sometimes can be frustrating when having to go back and update SWT's to ensure that they are not breaking for the end user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data governance, sales process governance, and user learning retention. As the trainer for our sales teams on our sales tools, WalkMe is invaluable as a resource so that when users ultimately do not remember how to utilize a process, WalkMe is there to assist.

Walk Thru WalkMe

  • June 10, 2023
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and they continously improve the product and make it easy to use. Easy to implement in any system and guides the user where we face issues or queries.
What do you dislike about the product?
Many features which need to be adopted and also custom inbuilt solutions needs to be marketed
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When we moved from one system to another system we faced lots of queries and once walkme got implemented then those queries were resolved. People dont require handover or training since walkme guides them slowly and easily step by step or in single click using the different features.

Non-Techy Reviewer

  • June 07, 2023
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The tool is exactly what tech stacks need to drive adaption - a straightforward yet powerful concept. It is reasonably easy to use from a content developer's perspective, especially as a non-techy person.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like some of the tools are way too advanced for a content developer to tackle. For example, the new design of ShoutOuts is simple, why can't that same concept be used for modifying steps in a SWT?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Slowly but surely is is increasing our use of some more complex features of Salesforce. It's been great to send a link to a SWT to build views, reports, etc. instead of using my time for 1:1 consults.

This is a hard one. The only thing that stands out is the lack of capability to customize the Ireland Menu.

WalkMe increases efficiency in repeated processes, reduces the time for onboarding, and reduces the support needed.

Tool can be integrated into User Help Experience

  • May 22, 2023

What do you like best about the product?
Ease at which you can set up a tour of web-based software functionality.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing should be based on actual usage, not potential usage, as our tours are targeted to only a segment of total users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Guiding first-time users through a specific process or goal.
