WalkMe is a Game-Changer!

  • May 26, 2022
  • Review verified by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Where do I start? There are so many helpful features in the suite of WalkMe apps; especially being able to use SmartTips to place information at your fingertips when you need it. If there are pain points that your organization needs to address, there is almost an answer for everything under the sun. WalkMe offers comprehensive training tools to get you up and running along with an amazing support team that is totally committed to you being successful.
What do you dislike about the product?
My biggest dislike is that I didn't know about it sooner! LOL. There are so many solutions offered by WalkMe, that it may be a little difficult initially to understand what is available to you. Ask questions! There are so many possibilities waiting for you!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
WalkMe is helping new employees learn the skills they need for their new job. It is also an excellent tool for employees on the job. Automating tedious tasks is a significant plus as it dramatically reduces mistakes. The robust nature of the WalkMe applications allows you to find new and innovative ways to save time and money while providing timely and relevant training. With the ability to assign onboarding tasks and additional features like TeachMe, this Digital Adoption platform is refreshing and valuable!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would say if you are using web-based systems, this is a no-brainer. The ability to cut down on time to train, teach, learn a new task, or automate job functions are great. I would recommend having a team (more than one person) of people get familiar with using the application because it does take some work to ensure your content is current and working properly. I would highly recommend this product. Excellent return on investment potential.

the Walk Me software is Intuitive and enjoyable to work with

  • May 26, 2022
  • Review verified by G2

What do you like best about the product?
There is a wide variety of functionality, which allows us to develop creative solutions for our customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would look to extend the learning suite, the self-learning is good but seminars and how-to classes would be useful for new learners.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With a lot of our staff working from home, they have missed out on getting knowledge/learning from peers that was usually passed on while working in an office together. Walk me has massively helped staff with this transition and made sure they can get help when they need it.

WalkMe is the future of training and digital adoption

  • May 25, 2022
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Training is accessible at the point of need. Analytics are great to show stakeholders and show you how your audience is engaging with the software and WalkMe. Conditional communications can also be displayed when needed in the app rather than sending out emails that get lost or are just not relevant at that time.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike about WalkMe. But I would suggest allowing the chat bot to accept uploading of files perhaps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Past problems with training materials is that staff won't take the time to look for them. So we use the widget to store training docs, video and other resources within the software. You can always remember everything in a live training or take the time to attend. Some benefits are that you do not need a live trainer for new software implentations and can build in engaging effective training into the software at the point of need especially if anyone forgets something.

A very powerful tool on both the front end app and on the insights panel

  • May 20, 2022
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The application is fantastic and the front-end interface creates a great way to enable the usage of our system. This combined with the onboarding program has sped up the time for our users to understand our application. There is also a fantastic insight panel on which we are still finding great new features on. Lastly, the support from the WalkMe team has been super from client management, support, and the training.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have had some issues with our data capture due to the way we identify users in our system and it's taken some time to resolve but the support from WalkMe has been great and much appreciated. We are still trying to understand the best way to segment and structure our systems for our clients as there are multiple deliveries and this makes it difficult to maintain, so we have concentrated on the system that is most similar across multiple clients.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted to have a pre-requested onboarding program prior to training and a digitalized user guide. We have achieved both and are seeing an increased speed of learning on our system.

Best Digital Adoption Platform

  • May 16, 2022
  • Review verified by G2

What do you like best about the product?
On the leading edge of innovation and knowledge of digital adoption. The WalkMe team are thought leaders and experts. The tool is easy and intuitive to use with a huge amount of features and good education available to learn how to make the most of your investment.
What do you dislike about the product?
The challenges we faced early in our journey have now been resolved, and I can see there are great moves being made in the customer success part of the business which had some previous weakness. The use of jquery was also a challenge but from what I can see, the WalkMe team are working hard to eliminate or reduce reliance on jquery.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Adoption of SAP cloud products, centralising knowledge management and using for user onboarding. Automation is a game-changer for long processes with redundant user actions or confusing pathways.

What do you like best about the product?
Their availability & innovation. Their ability to find solutions instead of problems.
What do you dislike about the product?
More meetings in person, both in forums with other customers, and courses. Lack of Office in Scandinavia.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communicate to our customers in-product. Finding workarounds if our UI/UX isn't intuitive enough.

    Financial Services

Great interaction with websites

  • May 12, 2022
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
just in time training or feedback on tools; the basics are easy to learn and implement
What do you dislike about the product?
does not take much to go further than the basics, and then WalkMe becomes less inutitive and I don't think Help is easily used from the tool
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
feature adoption is a great use of WalkMe- either new features of a tool. or under-utilized features. WalkMe has helped us reduce NIGO tickets to our help center.

Digital Adoption Made Easy!

  • May 09, 2022
  • Review verified by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about WalkMe is the ease of use when creating content. Additionally, when there are more intricate requests that come through, WalkMe's support team is always there to lend a helping hand.
What do you dislike about the product?
There really isn't much to dislike about a tool like WalkMe. If I had to pick one thing, it would be that SOMETIMES the elements in a Shoutout are a bit difficult to move around. (Sometimes instead of the targeted item in the Shoutout being selected when clicked, the entire shoutout is selected- have to check and double-check the selected item)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are simplifying processes from all facets of the business. From simple communication reminders to opening a requisition, WalkMe helps us solve our business needs from beginning to end.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do it ASAP! And be sure to link WalkMe to your Active Directory for deeper, more data-driven segments.

With WalkMe we can make our platform more user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
It took some time to get the hang of the WalkMe editor. We have followed an e-learning to get started.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping users to understand how our platform works.

Walkme is a fantastic enabler of digital adoption

  • May 09, 2022
  • Review verified by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Walkme has a wide variety of powerful features that can be tailored to improve digital adoption across the entire user lifecycle from initial onboarding through to helping your users achieve proficiency in their applications.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is very little to dislike about Walkme. The only aspect of Walkme that could have been easier up front is making the licence model easier to understand to assist organisations to consider Walkme for the enterprise rather than just at application level.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Walkme has been used predominately to improve the adoption of a new digital platform, replacing legacy technology which has been in use for over 20 years. The benefits of this as a simple starting point has to smooth the change curve and reduce the reliance on training as the key control to mitigate resistance in users who need to adapt to a new way of working. Walkme plays a role in the initial onboarding experience and also provides a key support role ongoing, providing help guidance and guided walk throughs. There is a significant benefit by keeping a new user within the application to help them complete a process. Without Walkme, users would otherwise have to revert to external sources of information such as fact sheet repositories to try and perform their tasks or to have to be frequently retrained.
Walkme is also being used for data quality and assurance by adding data validation rules and guidance notes for users which ensure data is collected in the right way at time of entry. Process automation is also being used to simplify the user experience and streamline high frequency tasks.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Before starting your digital adoption platform journey using Walkme, consider your strategy for user adoption at an enterprise level and your operating model. This will ensure you can realise the benefits of Walkme almost immediately and focus on the areas that wil add the most value first.
