Best way to ensure your user adoption!
What do you like best about the product?
With the help of WalkMe's DAP tool we managed to greatly increase user adoption of different systems and all their features! I like how easy to use WalkMe's editor is and how fast you can see results.
What do you dislike about the product?
WalkMe works best on web based systems, although they have released WalkMe workstation which allows it to function on desktops as well. I can't wait for WalkMe's full power being available on desktop applications!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the issues with fully adopting a new system and its features. It also helps with automating processes and ensuring data quality from user input. This also decreases support tickets.

The direct engagement it allows us to have with our user without the need for a meeting/training

Some things within the editor are difficult at first without proper training
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We employ WM on our customer facing rental management platform. WalkMe allows us to have a help center with step by step walkthroughs as well as use STs and SOs to direct users to new features in the platform

What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to create content and help people with onboarding. It's so usefull to cut costs and reduce time training people. Also the UI is amazing and very intuitive!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are a few issues and it's hard for me to find the right information for trouble shooting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me reduce time and costs of onboarding new employees. It streamlines processes and makes our team more productive. You can definitely notice it's benefits after deployment.
Great tool for digital adoption strategy
What do you like best about the product?
Love the versatility of WalkMe. We use a variety of walkme tools to target our users in different ways. This helps us to put content in front of users only when it makes sense for them to see that content.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have encountered many "gotchas" or nuances as we try to work through different requirements. We can always find a solution, but there is a lot of learning along the way as we try new things.

Training users on salesforce without requiring them to sit through live training sessions
Very powerful tool in our SuccessFactors implementation to engage employees and managers

What do you dislike about the product?
I believe there is an improvement on the deep ui capturing for SuccessFactors, some smart tips are not properly selected, and we still need to use JQueries to identify some screen elements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
WalkMe is improving the user engagement for managers and employees in SuccessFactors, especially at the Performance management module and also compensation module.

What do you like best about the product?
WalkMe is cost-effective, optimizes the time of human trainers and last but not least: it has a postive impact on the user experience. It is efficient, giving users contextual, personalized guidance when they need it.. It can be more engaging, allowing users to learn as they go. WalkMe provides very good analytics that allow to improve and adapt content where needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
During the implementation phase our organization has been facing significant challenges in terms of segmentation (read: who should see this content). The different WalkMe support levels have been very supportive and guided us towards a solid solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Volvo Cars has not only made headlines with industry leading safety features and performances but it also made headlines after announcing its plan to go ‘fully electric’ with sales moving solely online by the year 2030. Our Direct to Consumer strategy together with all the new or updates processes imply that we need to look for the right level of training. Should we inform or train the learner? WalkMe has become an important element of that mix and of our employee onboarding proces. We tend to get the most value from its sophisticated, customizable user walkthroughs, in-app notifications, and product usage analytics.

What do you like best about the product?
Business expectations can be made clear to the users within the system, so there is no need for the users to refer to documentation outside the system.
Important messages can be called out by creating a one-time shoutout.

As a training consultant without any programming or IT experience, I have been able to quickly learn the tool and create simple effective solutions.

What do you dislike about the product?
For more complex solutions, I feel that it really needs a more computer-savvy person. Sometimes the system is causing hickups in the solution building when the HTML code is not as easy to work with. However, the WalkMe Support team is one of the most helpful teams I have encountered in the business. Very friendly and willing to help!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Incorrect data entry -- we can force the users to enter the data correctly from the first time. This ensures a higher data integrity and no time is lost by users having to correct data or creating a ticket to help fix the data. This also saves time for the support team as they will get less tickets.
Reinforcement of important messages -- in addition to sending emails to our users, we also add a ShoutOut to refer to the email communication. Anybody who has missed the email, will get the information via a one-time popup in the system.
Easy access to support materials -- our job aids and videos are located on SharePoint sites, but that is outside the system. By having a help menu, our users are now getting more easy access to the materials from within the system. On specific pages, we can also have additional small menus with links to job aids or FAQs specific to those pages.

It is confusing to find the button to minimize the conversation, first time you use it I spent far too much time looking for the button.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting help with shipment and questions answered. The ease of conversation allows issues to get cleared up so you can keep moving forward with your tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
The applicaiton is robust and has good functionalities. Since they have the solution available on desktop and as well as web, it covers most of the business use cases

the builder experience while creating content is complex.
