Cutting edge software - positive impact on OKRs across the board
What do you like best about the product?
Applications are built with the best of intentions but they're built by humans. Therefore hole in the boat exist. WalkMe allows us to patch those holes instantly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the need for jQuery was eliminated. Product enhancements should be focused on optimizing the simplicity of the builder experience vs breadth of features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
WalkMe helps solve adoption issues related to feature awareness, infrequent usage, inadequate utilization, gaps in UX design, and users' willingness to evangelize our technology.
The tool is not very intuitive and has an countless challenges using and technical difficulties.

A powerful tool with an amazing team behind it!
What do you like best about the product?
Once you know what you're doing the tool is incredibly powerful. There are multiple solutions to any problem and for the most part, these are customisable enough to be used how you wish.
What do you dislike about the product?
Features available are rigid in terms of when and how you should use them which can be a little restrictive. It's also difficult to tell what elements on a page you are selecting to add walkme data to. A great improvement would be to show the code as you select it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Walkme in a number of ways. One key problem is to enable our users to do the jobs they need to in what is a very complex system. In-app help and walkthroughs are helping to cut support requests and walkme enables us to tackle users issues quickly. We also use walkme to plug gaps in UX whilst waiting for in-app fixes to be completed by the development team.
Great product and support had always been amazing

WalkMe allows us to provide our clients an interactive learning experience!
What do you like best about the product?
WalkMe allows us to provide our clients with an interactive learning experience that is so crucial to understanding how to use our products. This is exponentially better than any video or lecture since the client is immersed in the process in real-time. WalkMe is a relatively easy-to-use product after overcoming the initial learning curve. WalkMe support and staff is always there to help with our many requests for assistance.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are not the typical WalkMe user and that poses significant hurdles to our use of the product. That being said, I do feel the company tries hard to make it work for us. Our main issue is the length of walk-thrus required to complete a task within our software. Most WalkMe clients build shorter walk-thrus with fewer steps. There are some other functional changes we would like to see implemented to make our usage easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The WalkMe representatives take the time to listen to our feedback and try to resolve the issues we encounter. We are currently working with developers to hopefully address some of these specific pain points that will make my life using WalkMe much easier!
5 Year WalkMe Content Manager
What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that it puts my clients' learning right where and when they need it - in their own software!
What do you dislike about the product?
We are a very unique use case for WalkMe and our content has hundreds of more steps than they recommend. It works for us, but we do have roadblocks because of this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When we used a more typical eLearning and LMS platform we had three major problems. The first was user management - we would have to import thousands of users a week and troubleshoot login issues constantly. There is no user maintenance. Second, our users would complain that the eLearning data did not match theirs and that they had to have their system open on a second monitor and try and follow through with the process. The third problem was keeping the eLearning content up to date. The last year we used Captivate, we had 140 classes. It took us the entire year to re-record the screenshots and copy and paste the text into the newer version. The first time we did this in WalkMe, it took us 3 months. Now we have it down to 6 weeks.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
WalkMe is changing how my organization looks at digital adoption. We started using only for educational purposes but have since moved into support call reduction, showcasing new features, and tracking beta test where we submit the tracked events to our usability team.
Excellent solution
What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility and seamlessness are exceptional. WalkMe can take on the look and feel of any system.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would be helpful to have better training for in house configuration team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Used WalkMe to enhance user adoption of new vendor compensation system (beqom). Tremendously aided in giving managers real time answers to common questions and helped direct escalations to the right team.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Think about how to train up your admin team so that you can operate more self-sufficiently.
WalkMe is not a software, it's great people and amazing experience.
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy to implement the tool is, yet it allows our company to achieve some amazing goals, much bigger than we originally thought. At every stage of a project, we can count on help from technical teams and our Digita Adoption Consultant.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the functionalities don't work perfectly from a day 1. Although we get support from technical teams it's still frustrating when we can't tell our stakeholders when things will be fixed or work as expected, or can't explain the root cause.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
WalkMe helps our end users to navigate, complete tasks and processes in SuccessFactors, improves data quality, fixes UX and much more!

There is no feature to create tests and assessments, instead, we need to use surveys for it. Hoping to see a test option as well.
