The only solution for Digital Adoption that actually works
What do you like best about the product?
WalkMe solves the just-in-time-training problem the way no other application can. Instead of pulling users away from desk, expecting rote memorization of complex process and inundating them with job aids - the instruction happens on the screen during real-time execution. No time away from desk. No memorization. No maintenance of cumbersome job aids. With this type of improved experience, you can do wonders for data integrity, change adoption and improving the ROI of your entire tech stack. I've been in Change Adoption for 20 years. This is the only application that I've ever used that has actually created provable results. On a long enough timeline, all training looks like this. Do it now.
What do you dislike about the product?
The hardest part of WalkMe is selling it internally. It's a net-new technology, so helping leaders understand the scope of the opportunity can sometimes be a bit of a journey. But worth it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data integrity issues are a thing of the past with WalkMe. We have content that literally stops the user from entering bad data, automates key data elements for consistency and ensures no data is missing. The validaton capabilities soar above what IT can hard-code into the underlying platforms. As a result, we've taken error rates as high as 70% all the way to 0 by making the error impossible.

Dedicated Content Creation Support with Regular Check-Ins
What do you like best about the product?
WalkMe's support team is exceptional. We submitted an issue, and they provided regular check-ins as they identified our problem and worked toward a fix. This communicative approach means we never felt left in the dark and knew answers were coming.
What do you dislike about the product?
For anyone new to in-application learning, the challenge is learning not only how to use WalkMe, but also the importance of the customer focus and not just creating content because you can. So the challenge is simply learning something brand new. WalkMe, however, mitigates this issue by providing excellent training content and a really great certification program.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
WalkMe is helping us solve the problem of meeting customers where they are. Instead of having to flip through paper or online documentation, the answer is a few clicks away. And whenever we run into a unique challenge with our content creation, WalkMe's ability to provide workarounds with jQuery has been a lifesaver. This flexibility ensures that we can implement custom solutions to meet our specific requirements, enhancing the overall functionality and effectiveness of our WalkMe implementations. This is important when you want your customers to have the full in-application support experience vs pieces and parts of the experience.

Enhancing UX for our web customers by providing in-app guidance and support; reducing support costs by empowering users to self-serve through fuided tutorials and resources; Higher user adoption rates.
WalkMe is helping our users submit orders!
What do you like best about the product?
WalkMe let's me inject a launcher button in the middle of an ordering flow, so that users who get confused can click that button and get help to finish completing their order. I've added these launcher buttons to a few of our flows and have had a big increase in users using the WalkMe guides! I love that I can add these buttons anywhere I want and control the messaging, all without having to involve our developers!
What do you dislike about the product?
No big downsides! The WalkMe Editor has a lot of features and it takes time to learn how to use them, but they have great help topics on their support website, chat support and you can schedule a call with someone to help you over a Zoom call as needed at a time that works best for you! The support staff is very professional and dedicated to making sure you are happy with the results!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Some of our customers are super techy Network Administrators and know how to manage their network settings, but some are not Network Administrators, so WalkMe helps them better understand how to make changes to their network using our ordering tools.
WalkMe has been an excellent tool for quick guidance and analytics that drive org decisions
What do you like best about the product?
We have been using WalkMe for all its guidance features, but lately we have also started using the analytics features like tracked events and flow analytics. This provides us in depth user engagement data which is very helpful for change management decisions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Been working with it for some years now, and I can't think of any issues that jump out necessarily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using WalkMe to enhance our org's internal systems and help the users navigate it better.
Element recognition Issue
What do you like best about the product?
The team synced internally with the advanced element recognition team, which had made adjustments to the element recognition settings

Nothing for the records, pretty satisfied with the response.

WalkMe is user friendly and it's fun! I love building and seeing ideas come to life.

Nothing comes to mind. I don't have any dislikes at the moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
WalkMe helps us in systems and tools with in app guidance where dev work isn't available. It's also beneficial to alert our stakeholders of important messages and announcements.
Excellent support management
What do you like best about the product?
I have been a customer for 3 years and have to say the support has just got better and better. I now have access to live chat which makes small ticket resolution so quick + AI answers helps with so much that I can't imagine life without it!
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be slightly more low-code than no-code if you want to create highly robust and customised solutions but the learning is worth the outcome!
