What do you like best about the product?
I like how adaptable it is. There is always a solution to any problem so matter the issue.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the a downside is that you can track insights by groups of people. Meaning that when a task is done by one user, another user at the same company or department can't see that it was completed and has to do it again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use WalkMe to help customer adaption to new applications and functionalities using training resource and other tools.

Robust digital guidance tool

  • March 04, 2024
  • Review verified by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Once you learn how to build content, it can be done with ease and it becomes a fun challenge to create new or edit existing content. The way it integrates over your platform is nearly seamless and makes it very easy for users to access, which helps to reduce the number of windows/platforms that your team needs to have open at once.
What do you dislike about the product?
The onboarding serves to teach you the basic functionality of building content. However, if you desire more complex solutions (which WalkMe is very capabale of executing) that include the use of capturing data variables, you will most likely require additional guidance outside your initial onboarding, which comes at a cost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
WalkMe is solving for communication barriers with regards to software updates. Whenever there is a UI element that is new or changed, we can use WalkMe to easily call it out as the user uses the interface. Previously, we would launch communication and hope that our users would remember when they use the system. This helps to save time for many of our middle managers and reduces the amount of questions they field regarding such changes.

Powerful and easy

What do you like best about the product?
As a product manager of a web portal, I often need to design complex functionalities that users will need guidance for. The good thing about walkme is it's always an option for a quick improvement of a problem you discover.
Whether it's an UX problem that you overcome with a guide or a tooltip, or an urgent matter that your form doesn't capture the right data and you need it enforced, you always know the option of using Walkme is there even if that's temporary.
It's also a good thing to showcase to our customers whenever they have doubts about their own users using our forms. Setting up a demo walkthrough is quick and always does the trick.
What do you dislike about the product?
Well I don't know if that's our implementation that is faulty but it's really difficult to assess the impacts on the whole website when you add something to a single page. You might discover afterwards that your tooltip or smart walkthrough actually appears everywhere else while it shouldn't.

I am not a regular user of the Walkme interface but recently I also found it very difficult to understand how our shared collection of walkthroughs is managed between Prod, UAT, the ones published, the ones pending, the ones I can see with my user and the ones I can't. It is not cristal clear when you navigate those concepts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Walkme helps our customers adopt the tools we are providing them online. It helps them unblock misunderstandings so they don't have to come to us and delay their transactions. They also feel less alone in front of a complex form to fill so reduces the friction and boosts adoption.

WalkMe Review

  • February 22, 2024
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The speed, flexibility and effectiveness of WalkMe is truly impressive. It gives us the ability to quickly deploy a solution to our platform, that would normally take cycles of time on a product roadmap. My favorite part about WalkMe is surprising our business partners with the solutions we create.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times it can be difficult to build in some areas of our platform. These challenges require more time to investigate but can usually be resolved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
WalkMe has helped us solve a wide variety of problems. WalkMe is being used to provide on screen guidance, prompts and launchers to help learners navigate and learn our platform. We have been able to use WalkMe to help users be more compliant with standardized processes. Through the use of WalkMe's Shoutouts we have been able to clearly communicate and remind agents of important updates. It has allowed us to reduce email and provide agents with just information in an effective manner. WalkMe has also given us the abilty to do A/B testing and track user data.

An Intriguing and Expanding Software

What do you like best about the product?
There are several things I enjoy about WalkMe. One thing I really appreciate is that their support team is fantastic. They are very prompt in their response and will remind you weekly about a ticket if they haven't heard from you, which helps me when work gets hectic. Another aspect I like is that the Editor has numerous modalities of building workflows. There are so many avenues that one can take to create the perfect workflow suite for their business. The Editor itself is also pretty simple to use and has everything laid out well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think something that has improved recently, but hasn't always been the case, is finding support/knowledge base articles on their community site. The search feature has definitely gotten better, but there have been several occasions in which I searched for something that should be relatively easy to find, but hasn't come up for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
WalkMe is helping clinicians, new and seasoned, complete various documents and workflows in our EHR system. There are several documents that are incredibly long and some rather complicated workflows clinicians have to regularly do, and WalkMe is helping them to complete those various tasks. This allows the organization to remain compliant with company standards and state laws. This also creates a better Continuum of Care between the clients and their respective providers.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the completeness of the the apps that WalkMe offers and how they work together, you can easily provide a comprehensive, cohesive solution to your users. The product updates are frequent and their dev team is accessible and eager to hear from their clients. The Community site is a huge bonus, we all know and love each other and are constantly joining all of the events that they offer to learn tips and tricks that help us evolve our DAP strategies.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have had tremendous success with WalkMe, any enhancement suggestions can quickly be put on their ideas portal...two of mine have already been implemented!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We now have a 100% digital approach for most new features and updates, and live training has been mainly eliminated - a potential savings of 10+ trainer hours and 60 minutes per Associate. Anywhere from 250-500 users need to be trained through 10-20 live sessions per major feature. Users can now quickly find the support that they need in-tool, when they need it, with no interruption to their workflow and experience less time away from customers. We have also had amazing success automating case management, and have saved over $80k, 800k clicks, and 1,800 hours last year alone!
