What do you like best about the product?
We have been using WalkMe for all its guidance features, but lately we have also started using the analytics features like tracked events and flow analytics. This provides us in depth user engagement data which is very helpful for change management decisions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Been working with it for some years now, and I can't think of any issues that jump out necessarily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using WalkMe to enhance our org's internal systems and help the users navigate it better.

What do you like best about the product?
WalkMe is intuitive and user-friendly, making it easy for even beginners to create content quickly. The platform offers detailed analytics tools that help organizations understand user behavior and optimize workflows. The support staff are responsive and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ability to evaluate check boxes and radio buttons is incosistent. Thjis could be a function of how our instance of Salesforce is set up.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to track all application interactions, view session videos, and gather insights that help drive positive change for our organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
WalkMe is a robust tool with a large feature set and, as such, requires a lot of training, time, and experimetation in order to reap its benefits.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By understanding what our users do in our various applications and where they experience the most challenges provides us with actionable insights around how to improve the user experience.

What do you like best about the product?
WalkMe is user friendly and it's fun! I love building and seeing ideas come to life.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing comes to mind. I don't have any dislikes at the moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
WalkMe helps us in systems and tools with in app guidance where dev work isn't available. It's also beneficial to alert our stakeholders of important messages and announcements.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about WalkMe, its ability to simplify complex system experiences, which makes it easier for the user and organization to navigate digital platforms. WalKme's customizable features, like step by step guidance, tooltips, in application messaging, make it adaptable to any user. And the seamless integration with other tools ensures the user experience is consistent acroos different platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
ln some some instances, when configuring WalkMe's step by step guidance, you need advanced building skill as building may require coding and time consuming in order to have a seamless solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The WalkMe team that I meet and work with regularly, helps with analysis and metrics to show the value and ROI of WalkMe for my organization. This team also provides recommendations for the applications that are trending low with engagmentand adoption.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been a customer for 3 years and have to say the support has just got better and better. I now have access to live chat which makes small ticket resolution so quick + AI answers helps with so much that I can't imagine life without it!
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be slightly more low-code than no-code if you want to create highly robust and customised solutions but the learning is worth the outcome!

We are able to deploy solutions rapidly improving our time to value for clients

What do you like best about the product?
I really like how intuitive and easy-to-use the application is
What do you dislike about the product?
It should really work on the editor extensions for browsers like edge and firefox as I faced some trouble there
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently I am undergoing training for WalkMe and have not used it for any BO purpose

What do you like best about the product?
With little to no coding experience, I was able to quickly learn WalkMe's interface and begin building complex solutions. As I have learned more about coding, specifically basic HTML and CSS, I have been able to further customize the user experience to better fit our company's branding. WalkMe has aided my team in building solutions to complex issues much sooner than our IT team has been able to troubleshoot the core issues saving hundreds of support tickets/customer support hours as well as boost sales with targeted experiences.
What do you dislike about the product?
While there have been some functionalities that I feel are lacking, mainly with the reporting features, the WalkMe support team has been very receptive to feedback and some of our requested features have been added. For ones that have not been added, the WalkMe team has been able to help us build some custom options that help bridge the gap.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
WalkMe is currently helping us mitigate customer support tickets by addressing errors our IT department are working to resolve as well as enabling sales-boosting workflows until we can build them natively into our website.
