SAS Review
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to see all the information based on criteria I select. It is an efficient tool that is easy to use. I like navigation ability throughout the layout. It has really helped learn more about my market. Throughout the company people are able to find information of customers a lot quicker for those who are inexperienced or slower to manually look up customer info. It has really improved our database all around! Truly Great Product
What do you dislike about the product?
It can sometimes crash on my computer, sometimes the information in not accurate and simply not there so i will have to look it up manually which can get frustrating on busy work days. From time to time we will find looking up information manually will be easier. The cost is getting higher now that more people are discovering this great product and we are afraid it will keep increasing to a price we no longer will be willing to pay for or have the funds to expense unfortunately.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bad data problems and extra data enhancements to our systems are some reasons we have used SAS customer intelligence 360. We are solving every business current problem to fulfill their customer database with accurate data to help sale process go smoother and for the whole company to run more efficiently.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great product don't be afraid to ask support for help!! They are always available and friendly when talking with anyone!!

Using SAS for Marketing
What do you like best about the product?
The software allows you to perform the appropriate and necessary statistical tests to quantitatively analyze data.
What do you dislike about the product?
The SAS interface is not particularly intuitive, some training would be required for new users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The platform stores all of the data and produces results from the tests in one place, allowing the user to translate the data and display it in different ways.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Educate users before utilizing the software - learning the functions ahead of time will save time when processing data and results
