What do you like best about the product?
The product has real-time reporting capabilities and has ability understand customer journey and anticipate customer needs. Ease in implementation and cost effectiveness of the platform makes it convenient especially for small businesses and medium organisations. Customer support services providers are devoted to providing necessary assistance without delay. Unlike other similar platforms this product has unlimited frequency of use.

The product has been crucial in our organisation i am fully satisfied with its performance.

What do you like best about the product?
How adapted it is to the cloud world and serves as an ideal complement to existing SAS marketing technologies. This makes it an ideal and unique complement to help grow marketing strategies.

Having to learn how to use the new product but with all the documentation that exists will not be a big problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For me it has been a complement to the marketing suite we already had.

What do you like best about the product?
Helpful in making customized report about customer enabling marketers to Target right customers. The customer insights are helpful in making the business decisions.

The UI can get little complex for business user

It's helping the key problem of understanding the customer. Through SAS Customer Intelligence 360, we are able to solve customer understanding through the customer insights which is helping us make decision beneficial for businesses and customer as well.

What do you like best about the product?
SAS Customer Data Platform capabilities transcend the limits of vaporizing the quintessential customer data in facilitating the collection , describing and providing appropriate and accurate information of all aspects of customers in real time which accounts us with sounding accuracy and productivity equating to optimal point, which in turn smoothens the decisive nature of all beneficiaries who are benefiting out of it. It weeds out the irrelevant aspects of customer data which is quite unconventional, and caters to provide rationality.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no cons in it, however it may seem like the platform there are some intricacies at the user interface, believe if followed the correct instructions, it was easy for me to accustomizing to this platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's troubleshooting the respective error and makes us understand how to work on it hassle free and reduce the time to check the fault findings and errors
