What do you like best about the product?
SAS Customer Intelligence 360 is highly valued for its extensive customer analytics and marketing capabilities, empowering businesses to acquire valuable insights and make informed, data-driven decisions that elevate customer experiences and foster business growth
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't dislike anything about SAS customer intelligence 360...but the UI can be improvised a little bit more.

Overall the experience and platform was awesome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I actually used it for analytics purpose of my dataset and to make data driven decision after analysing it.

It actually improved the accuracy of my project and give it a good base.

What do you like best about the product?
Prior to using SAS CI 360, we did not have discovery data. Customer interaction and insights has become an interval ingredient to delivering success at our organistion that we have embedded these insights into driving complex models to providing the best offer to our customers at the right time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The task creation feature could use some work to be more user friendly to non HTML experts. Some times it is best to alter email designs/functions using HTML however once converted to HTML the EDM task cannot be editted via the GUI. This creates a need for HTML experts to edit the task.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to identify and understand a customers behaviour on our web pages. We have also leveraged SAS RTDM to help deploy data via spots on a page so customers have a unique offer always available for them.

What do you like best about the product?
SAS 360 has a really great platform for identifying customer behavior

It was time consuming to train our lower management on how to properly use it

What do you like best about the product?
It is very convenient to use. The features are user-friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The free version is available only through online. You can't install it on your computer.

It provides a user-friendly interface for campaign activity, design, execution, segmentation and management.

What do you like best about the product?
SAS helped us streamline our entire marketing processes and provided a unified and consolidated view of our marketing, especially for marketing planning and customer activation across the buyer journey. We were also able to unlock great amount of insights due to their robust anaytics platform
What do you dislike about the product?
The price could pinch at the start and it is bit costly for a medium size business. Moreover many of its capabilities can be leverage at much better degree at large scale business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SAS CI 360 helped us to navigate through our marketing processes and streamline the entire ecosystem. We are using SAS primarily for planning and execution, for buyer journey activation - providing personalised and omnichannel experience to our customers and it has been really beneficial for our business as we have seen 3X growth in customer acquisition and retention since implementation.

Allows low code individuals to be able to modify data sets easily enough.
What do you dislike about the product?
AI will likely be able to take over the benefits of the user interface through more natural language queries instead of accomplishing through user interface.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easily allow data sets to be integrated between each other.

What do you like best about the product?
The speed within the tool while navigating and the process time to run campaigns and generate exports is vastly superior to our previous provider
What do you dislike about the product?
It isn't as intuitive as some other campaign tools. For example, campaign flow charts (segment maps) and export files (tasks) are in separate modules within the tool
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's very useful for our CRM team to generate campaigns of all types (DM, EM, push, SMS, etc.). It's fairly easy for a business person and not an analytics person to create complex queries and scenarios without having a SQL background
