What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Miro's strong usability which simplifies my work activities such as organizing projects, activities, workflows, and designs. Its ease of use and simplicity in the user experience make it particularly effective. The collaboration features are exceptional, allowing seamless teamwork and interaction, which are critical for my daily tasks. I found the initial setup of Miro to be very easy, which made starting with the tool smooth and hassle-free.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the challenges with group management and the limitation on the number of free boards available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to organize projects, activities, workflows, and designs, appreciating its ease of use and simple UX for collaboration.

I find Miro incredibly easy to use, which significantly enhances my efficiency when conducting virtual workshops and process mapping in my role as a business analyst and service design lead. The platform's user-friendly interface allows me to create wireframes with the AI tool that closely resemble the systems we use, saving me the hassle of dealing with multiple shapes and tools in other software like Word or PowerPoint. The vast array of elements and icons available in Miro makes the process much quicker and smoother. I also love how easy it is to switch between frames and navigate around the whiteboards, amplifying the creative process during sessions. The initial setup was super easy, as it only required creating an account. Since many of us use Miro regularly, new users find it easy to get accustomed to the platform. These aspects collectively make Miro an invaluable tool in my workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more freehand arrows available, not just using the sketch pencil. Additionally, I think the size of post-it notes could be improved by offering small, medium, and large sizes.

It's a bit buggy when it comes to kanban boards. I want more flexibility for the cards in kanban boards like custom tags.

The mobile app experience is not great. It is hard to navigate boards and contribute meaningfully from a phone or tablet.

I love the simplicity of Miro. This simplicity makes it easy for me to get started and makes using it extremely pleasant. I particularly appreciate the functionalities that allow me to work as if on a real whiteboard – especially the ability to create and organize virtual sticky notes. This brilliantly replicates the physical experience and ensures intuitive use. Miro also allows me to organize all my work elements on a clear digital board, which facilitates collaboration and quick interaction with others. This digital tool has the advantage of always being available, no matter where I am, which allows me to work efficiently anytime and anywhere, whether on the train or in other mobile environments. Setting up Miro was also very easy, and the ability to always have all notes at hand through digital alignment offers a clear advantage over traditional whiteboards.

Unlike traditional document tools, Miro's design helps people feel less pressured to produce polished content immediately and promotes a sense of equality and ease among team members. I find it challenging that Miro requires a strong Internet connection, as it sometimes doesn't load properly with weaker connections. This issue is especially prevalent when working in developing countries. It would be beneficial if Miro could offer an offline version that allows collaboration without needing a stable connection, updating once internet access is restored.

Editing can be done by a team and changes are reflected quickly.

When the number of images in the whiteboard increases, it becomes impossible to open it on the iPad.

Unlimited Canvas Sparks Creative Brainstorming
What do you like best about the product?
The Unlimited feeling canvas and that things can flow in any direction. Great for brainstorming things. It is very easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The sketch tools could be a bit better so you can directly draw on MIRO or have a separate sketching board of sorts so one can sketch in a meeting. Miro board could also have an easier AI image generation using drawn images. Would love if the Boards tab in Miro could be more visual instead of only having lists and thumbs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solves the problem of having to meet in person for collaboration. Teams based in different corners of the world benefit from having all information in one place. It also solves a problem of needing to quickly visualise some data in stickies .
