The best support for working in collective intelligence
What do you like best about the product?
We have been using Miro daily in our team for several years, both for our support activities and for our internal reflection times. The tool is very intuitive and allows us to visualize, structure, and develop ideas live with the participants. It has become a common workspace where everyone can contribute, which promotes collective intelligence and group dynamics.
Our clients also love it because it makes concepts more concrete, visual, and accessible. It is easy to get started with, even for people who are not comfortable with digital tools. It is clearly a central tool in our organization.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, when there are many elements on the same board, navigation can become a bit cumbersome or slow, especially if the internet connection is not optimal. It can also be easy to get lost if the framework is not well set or if the document is not structured. This requires having good discipline in organizing spaces. For the rest, the tool is very solid and the updates often go in the right direction.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps us gather ideas and people around the same workspace, even remotely. Before, it was difficult to have a clear and shared vision of projects or to build collective reflections without losing information. With Miro, everyone can contribute in real-time, visualize the connections between ideas, and advance work in a structured manner. This greatly facilitates the animation of co-construction sessions, workshops, brainstorming, and project tracking. For our support, it is a real aid to help people project themselves, clarify their ideas, and make them visible.
Intuitive and Powerful for Project Management
What do you like best about the product?
I love how practical and easy to use Miro is. It's super intuitive, clear, and makes accessing and modifying any project or task easy. The platform allows for simple sharing of boards and projects and easy access to them. I find it excellent to be able to add tasks, assign them to people, color-code them, and effectively visualize progress or bottlenecks. Additionally, the initial installation and setup process of Miro was incredibly fast, taking less than 20 minutes and without the need to rely on the IT team. The cost-benefit ratio is also a significant advantage, which allows me to have control over projects on other platforms but centralize them in Miro. The ease of migration from other applications like Jira is another notable advantage, making the overall experience very satisfying. I recommend Miro without a doubt.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I do not like.

Effortless Collaboration and Whiteboarding with Miro
What do you like best about the product?
I love Miro's flexibility, which makes it incredibly easy to use as a digital whiteboard. Its intuitive design enables me to effortlessly create flowcharts and employ sticky notes for collaborative purposes, making collaboration with my colleagues straightforward and well-organized. The platform excels in providing an environment where I can readily outline user flowcharts and create story maps, facilitating a shared understanding with stakeholders and developers alike. Additionally, Miro simplifies the conveyance of ideas and thoughts through the ease of creating sticky notes, text boxes, and diagrams. Moreover, its integration with Jira allows me to seamlessly incorporate Jira tickets into user story maps, enhancing project management. The setup process is remarkable in its simplicity, with an initial whiteboard and an easy-to-navigate sidebar that helps newcomers get started quickly. Overall, Miro enhances team collaboration and organization through its adaptable features and user-friendly interface. I can't help but appreciate the ease of setup, as it allows anyone to jump right in and begin using the platform effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am concerned about Miro's support for video files. It appears that some files are not supported, and there is uncertainty about whether videos can be added to the whiteboard. I believe that enhancing Miro's capability to support video files would significantly improve the functionality.

All-in-One Collaboration Platform with Seamless File Sharing
What do you like best about the product?
What I appreciate most is that it's a multiformat platform. I can upload any type of file, and a link is generated instead, which is helpful considering the data limitations some users might face. I also love that I have everything I need to collaborate with my team, both to start and, most importantly, to continue our meetings in the most efficient way possible. I mention this especially because of a feature I refer to as "catch up." It keeps me informed about what my teammates have been working on. Specially when due to major emergencies we need to skip that weeks meeting and need to follow up the process in the most convenient way.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that past projects within one board, cannot be put in a folder, to let the platform know which content it should be aware of loading as a priority. This would also simplify many initial processes and is very related with iteration, for the design folks like me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It addresses issues such as lack of communication, miscommunication, and inaccessibility. This has a significant impact on a startup team, especially when there isn't always enough time to catch up or stay updated with the design process.

I love using Miro for UX research, analysis, synthesis, and visualization of qualitative data, as well as for brainstorming and presenting structural changes to my team. Miro provides an excellent platform for writing down and structuring my ideas while offering the flexibility to share these ideas with colleagues, which greatly enhances collaborative work, especially in remote settings. The ability to visualize my thoughts and define them clearly is a standout feature that makes it invaluable for me. Additionally, the initial setup of Miro was very easy, which made it convenient to start utilizing the tool right away.

Outstanding Multiplayer Collaboration and Seamless Embedding
What do you like best about the product?
multiplayer collab for boards + embed links as cards
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't use pixels for dimensions. I would like to have something like "pixel perfect" sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
as we are an online school for builders, we use it as the core space to share resources. We do actually use it for presentations in our live sessions.
Prototyping Powerhouse with Growing Flexibility
What do you like best about the product?
I love the prototyping feature in Miro because it's incredibly user-friendly and quick to respond to prompts, allowing me to visualise user interfaces efficiently. This functionality is vital in my workflow as it facilitates seamless collaboration; team members can add notes and comments in real time, fostering dynamic interaction and iterative development processes. I'm particularly impressed by how easy it is to generate further iterations and click-through prototypes directly on the board with colleagues, enhancing the collaborative experience significantly. Additionally, I appreciate the improvements in administration features and user experience that have made managing Miro across multiple teams much smoother as our usage has grown. The ongoing enhancements to Miro's features, particularly in prototyping, make it an indispensable tool in my professional toolkit. It's integrated effortlessly with other tools like Figma and MS Teams, thereby offering a cohesive and efficient workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that some of the alignment of UI output in Miro prototyping could be improved. Sometimes, the copy and buttons are not properly aligned, which requires manual adjustments before I can progress further. This misalignment can be distracting in collaboration settings, as participants may focus on these details rather than the overall objective. As a facilitator, this means I have to work harder to keep the focus on the task at hand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro for easy prototyping during exploration and experiment stages of product and service development, enabling real-time collaboration and workshops from business strategy to small campaigns, digital tool designs, and speed to market.
