Intuitive Workflow Planning, Needs Better Selection Mechanics

  • October 20, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love how Miro helps me and my team visualize data more easily. It's incredibly useful for planning out workflows and designing various processes within my company. I appreciate its capability to allow us to see the big picture all at once which is essential for content planning and any project where a comprehensive view is needed. Additionally, for personal projects, I find it excellent for non-linear storyboarding, helping me organize thoughts and keep track of various interconnected pieces. Overall, Miro provides a crucial platform for both professional and personal tasks by making complex visualizations simple to manage.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it challenging when clicking on an object in Miro, as it often selects the entire frame and moves everything instead. I prefer to select the text or smaller objects within the frame first, rather than the entire frame. This disrupts my workflow, as I typically focus on smaller details and work outward. Additionally, I wish Miro had more seamless integrations with tools like Google Docs, allowing me to view documents within Miro without opening new links.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to visualize data and organize thoughts, making complex workflows and nonlinear projects clear. It helps me and my team effortlessly communicate ideas and structure plans, transforming abstract concepts to visual models.

Excellent for Collaborative Brainstorming, But Tracking Changes Can Be Tricky

  • October 20, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
its a great brainstorming tool. i could collect all the data together at a single page and then keep filtering it until it makes sense. i find it fascinating that it has the rough work area or a space for brain dump and i can have a presentation worthy page at the same board. Also me and my team can work on it live. its almost like physically working together even when we are working remotely. I also like the way Miro integrates with google meet, and we can project and work simultaneously on it. me and my team uses miro for almost all our projects often . It was easy to create the team acccount and add team members.
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes its so much data all together that it takes some time to streamline and process. Also when various team members are working on it, sometimes its difficult to locate the last made changes, and also to know who made which change. Also, anyone who has view access can copy the board and make edits to copy without knowledge of the original creator. This could cause data leak in some cases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
mainly solving the problem of bringing a lot of data together at one palce, accessible and editable in realtime by all team members including the ones working remotely.

It has a lot of organization elements to it, and the level of collaboration that can happen between people using it is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find sometimes that the 'bring to front/back' feature doesn't always work well. I also sometimes find that holding my space bar down to try and move across the page doesn't always work.

How to improve/revise programs that my organization offers.

Flexible Collaboration and Impressive AI Features Make Work Easier

  • October 20, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Flexibility and collaboration are the main aspects I like. Also, AI features like Product roadmap and insights/sticky notes summaries are awesome!
What do you dislike about the product?
I really do not engage much with templates. Maybe i feel more confortable with my own frameworks or the templates are not beeing showcased properly. maybe another way to showcase them could help, like selecting a bunch of components in my board and some AI feature suggests a template for that case, idk.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a Product design Manager, it's easy to collab with people in my team and other teams. I can brainstorm new ideias, concepts and bring findings from discoveries to life with AI summaries and fast wireframing. Also, is an excelent plance to showcase findings and graphic material to leaderships in a dinamic and interactive way. Workshops with wide audieces are also very easy to conduct.

Smooth Setup, Essential for YouTube Tutorials

  • October 20, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I find Miro incredibly valuable for creating YouTube tutorial videos. One aspect I really appreciate is how smooth the setup process is; I didn't experience any interruptions while setting it up, which made the onboarding seamless. Miro stands out as a very useful tool, especially for curating tutorials effectively. It integrates well with OBS Studio and Audacity, allowing me to record the screen and audio, which contributes to a smooth production process for my videos. Furthermore, despite trying other vendors initially, none proved as useful as Miro, which is why I have stayed and am interested in renewing my subscription services. Overall, I find it a very practical tool for my educational content creation needs on YouTube.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the lack of offline access for Miro. It currently only supports usage while connected online, which limits the flexibility to work on whiteboard tutorials without an internet connection.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to curate YouTube tutorial videos, which enhances my educational content creation process.

Inspiring Visual Collaboration, but some tools could be streamlined

  • October 20, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Miro is a highly visual tool, it allows you to explain any concept in a way that will be helpful for your audience. It inspires you with different templates and ideas created by users, acts as a workshopping and note taking tool and a collaborative document - all without being highly intuitive and not overwhelming.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes my most useful tools are hidden or not easily accessible. I'd love it is Miro could streamline the options and tools for my specific use case but also recommend when there is an easier way. Sometimes I feel like Miro could be more effective.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro allows collaboration across departments and geographies creating equity when workshopping and documenting. It's a one stop shop for us to see our journey maps and workshop notes allowing everyone to be empowered with the information available.

Intuitive and Collaborative, Great for Hybrid Teams

  • October 20, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love using Miro for its intuitive and self-explanatory interface, which made the initial setup smooth and straightforward. The offline collaboration capabilities are invaluable, allowing my team to work together seamlessly on the same Miro board without the need for constant meetings. This feature is particularly beneficial in today's hybrid working environment, helping us effectively conduct creative sessions. Miro's ability to assist in such sessions, especially by facilitating the use of virtual Post-it notes during online meetings, has been a great help. I also find Miro's versatility immensely useful; I can use it for architectural designs and road mapping, which is something other platforms haven't sufficiently provided me. The ease of sticking Post-it notes and designing architectural schematics online makes my work more efficient. Overall, the combination of ease of use, a well-designed user interface, and practical functionality makes Miro an indispensable tool for my workflows. My satisfaction is evident in my strong likelihood of recommending Miro, with a rating between nine and ten.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really have something I dislike, to be honest
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find the product enables offline collaboration, reducing the need for constant meetings, and supports creative sessions effectively in a hybrid work environment.

  • October 20, 2025

What do you like best about the product?
The flexible options to illustrate flows or setup. Be it a workflow or a network-map, the tools are easy to understand and makes it easy to put thoughts to paper so to say. It is always easy to find use-case in our business on a daily basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
Disability to import own shapes, sometimes texts are not formated as flexible as one would want.

Great for Team Collaboration, But Color Settings Need Improvement

  • October 20, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive software, can be used for team collaboration. I use it as a mindmap and even to track my task progress -- also easy for my team to see the progress.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I set up text or form colors, all other text fields and boxes have it by default. I have to manually change them in every other box I create.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it to visualize processes and task progress
