Intuitive and User-Friendly, but need more refining to make experience more smooth.
What do you like best about the product?
It simply, quite intuitive, visualy clear. Low entry point for new users (like me). Can be used in small projects as well as in big ones. I don't hesitate to reach for it evrytime when i need. Experince is in most cases smooth, but there were situations where I got stuck and couldn't move on.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is too simply. Navigation sometimes is difficult, especialy on big tabels. It it difficult to set proper size of things when You start - to keep some possibilities going deep and abouve initial canvas. Some tool to present finished job (like a presentiation) could be appriciated (or maybe there is, but i didn't find it. Managing files/boards could be better. When it is not proactivly kept in order it can be messy quite fast. E.g we keep evrything in one folder and look for each file with search options. It can be frustrating. It could be nice if search would search also content od foards.

Miro solves the problem of meeting to conduct workshops with clients. It is a virtual whiteboard tool on which we work together and conduct business workshops. We use Zoom or Google Meets for communication, and either everyone logs into Miro at the same time, or one of the two facilitators shares their screen and stands “at the whiteboard,” adding the results of our work to it.
We also use it to draw processes and diagrams.

Effortless Collaboration and Templates—Hoping for Full Access Soon
What do you like best about the product?
Simplicity is the main strength of Miro boards. As a user, I can quickly select a template that best fits my needs and start customizing it right away, without worrying too much about formatting. The process of using templates is straightforward and feels completely seamless.
Whenever I need to create a quick overview that looks professional and modern, instead of spending time on formatting, I turn to Miro boards for immediate assistance.
Although our internal processes rely on other products for managing software development and delivery, I believe Miro could also be effective for handling sprints, backlogs, and other Agile ceremonies. I still use certain features, and it's easy to integrate elements from Miro into my other tools.
I also appreciate how quickly I can invite others to collaborate on my boards, making it easy for participants to contribute during our frequent sessions and share common goal of such tasks.

What do you dislike about the product?
I'm currently limited by corporate policy and we are not using paid version, which I hope can change in the future and we will be able to justify linked costs with proper enterprise license.
At the beginning, it took me some time to practice with user interface and way how to effectively operate within tool, which is common and not a blocker!

Simple and visually engaging
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use, and particularly useful for brainstorming sessions, mapping out project plans, and organizing notes or ideas. I also appreciate some of its quirkier features, like adding background music when a timer is on. Lastly, the product update emails are clear and to the point.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a content marketer, I often use Miro for organizing my swipe files. Adding PDFs and images can slow it down a lot, but that's understandable enough.

Essential for Collaboration, Though Prototyping Needs Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
We use it every day as the source of truth for our projects, with at least one board dedicated to each project. For every project, it serves as our digital whiteboard. We regularly brainstorm on Miro and find it very user-friendly. We make use of post-its and have tried out some of the available templates. On one occasion, we used the integration with Figma and found that to be very straightforward as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I tried using the prototyping feature once, but I didn't find it as easy to use as other tools such as Figma.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool functions as a digital whiteboard, which is especially useful since we sometimes work from home and needed a collaborative, digital solution.
Great for Sharing and Collaboration, Needs Better Apple Pencil Support
What do you like best about the product?
That is multiplatform, and I can share links without required a login, that means, other people without and account can see in real time de updates of the document
What do you dislike about the product?
I miss more options for apple pencil use, maybe more menus for chage between pen, marked up, and pencil. Some upgrades that make easier and faster using the appel pencil.
Sometimes, when I'm writng on a board, my hand activate the selection tool and moves part of the document accidentally

I can put image faster and explain during my teaching about. There are some stages when I need to draw over other images, so, it's really useful to save time and keep the record of the lesson
Excellent for Team Collaboration, But Interface Can Be Overwhelming for Beginners
What do you like best about the product?
I like how Miro makes real-time collaboration easy. Everyone can work on the same board simultaneously, leave comments, and visualize ideas together. It really helps teams stay aligned even when working remotely.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface can feel overwhelming at first — there are so many tools and options that it takes time to learn where everything is. It could be more intuitive for new users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps our team collaborate visually and stay aligned, especially when we’re working remotely. It replaces endless meetings and scattered notes by giving everyone one shared space to brainstorm, plan, and organize ideas in real time. This has made our communication faster and decisions clearer.
Excellent Collaboration, But Needs Dynamic Diagrams and Data Integration and layers more powerfull
What do you like best about the product?
Collaboration si the best feature. I love it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The diagramas are very static, should be more interactive and should change automatically based on data or changing values.
Would be great we can connect miro to data sources like databases or spreadsheets.
Layers should de more powerful. I need combine objects and layers.

Support of Presenting all kind of information regarding projects and explanations of process
Really user friendly whiteboard tool, perfect for workflows.
What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro mostly for it's intuitive whiteboard features. The infinite canvas is incredibly powerful, and it has been super easy to brainstorm and get my workflows out of my head and down onto the board. I find the UI extremely helpful and the ability to embed into other software's has been awesome. Their FAQs are also really helpful if you get stuck.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can feel a bit overwhelming at first for new users, especially those who aren’t familiar with visual collaboration platforms. I luckily shifted over from Mural so could quickly grasp the different tools and functions. The interface is clean, but some features are hidden behind menus or icons that aren't always intuitive. Performance can also lag slightly with larger boards. Lastly, some useful features (like advanced permissions or integrations) are locked behind higher-tier plans, which can be limiting for smaller teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro makes it a lot easier for my team to stay on the same page. We use it for brainstorming ideas to mapping out processes and planning our projects. It’s basically our digital whiteboard, and it’s helped enormously to cut down on scattered conversations. Having a shared visual space where everyone can contribute in real time has made collaboration a lot smoother and faster.
Seamless Collaboration and Intuitive Tools, Minor UI Frustrations
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is an incredibly user-friendly platform that enables my colleagues and me to collaborate seamlessly in real time. I appreciate that it remains stable and doesn't crash, even when several people are working on the same board. Whether we're using it for internal working sessions or preparing client-facing deliverables, I can count on Miro to handle tasks like uploading videos for viewing, moving boxes around, and copying and pasting with ease. One feature I particularly enjoy is the pop-up bar that appears when you click on any element. Instead of having to navigate to a toolbar at the top or side of the board, I can simply move my cursor 1 mm to quickly change text, adjust sticky note colours, or resize boxes. Overall, Miro supports my team and I in brainstorming and gathering insights, and it allows us to present information to clients in a way that is both concise and engaging.
What do you dislike about the product?
One aspect of MIRO that I personally find frustrating is the press-to-unlock feature. I would prefer to simply click a button to unlock an item, rather than having to hold it down. Additionally, while this may be a specific issue for me, I wish there were an option to manually position the immediate toolbar either above or below the cursor, instead of it being placed automatically. For instance, when I insert a video for my team that includes subtitles at the bottom, and I add sticky notes below the video for taking notes, the automatic toolbar often covers the subtitles. This forces my colleagues to open the video in a new tab to see the subtitles clearly. It would be much more convenient if the toolbar didn’t obstruct important elements we add to the board.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro is helping us solve real-time collaboration challenges, allowing my team to work more efficiently. It also serves as an alternative to PowerPoint for presenting information in visually engaging ways. I believe it gives us an edge by enabling us to collaborate with our clients in real time, such as easily adding a sticky note to the board to capture their feedback.
Great for Collaboration and Training, But Admin Access Needs Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
It's a highly collaborative and easy to teach. I like that I can get with my newer teammembers and quickly give them a walkthrough of how to use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
From an admin standpoint, I wish that I could see all spaces without getting into the APIs. I found out that as a company admin and content admin, as well as admin of the teams, there were spaces I could not access. I would like to be able to get in there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro lets me create visuals for my teams that I would not normally be able to create. I do a lot of process flows and the whiteboard side of Miro allows me to build around my process flows, things I wouldn't be able to do in Visio. I am also a visual processor, so when I hear changes need to happen to my department, I like the ability to phisically whiteboard it out in a remote environment to make sure that it will work.
