  • October 17, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
help collaborative work among teams. helps writting down ideas in a more intuitive way. excellent for brainstorms. no need to install, just plug and play.
What do you dislike about the product?
if you want to use it like a canvas which you design it freely like using a pen, having some hardware devices are a must (like a drawing tablet). it is hard for older users to find Miro's funcionality in an intuitive way
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
mainly when we need to make a brainstorm and need a whiteboard in online meetings, or we want are doing it offline but want to keep the discussion in an online platform so its easy to share afterwards.

Efficient Collaboration with Miro, Slightly Pricey

  • October 17, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I find Miro incredibly efficient for team collaboration. It streamlines our work significantly with real-time progress tracking. The collaboration and drawing tools, along with the tree structure for connecting different text boxes and shapes, facilitate creating comprehensive mind boards. It's also excellent for brainstorming.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the pricing of Miro's subscription to be a barrier, especially when compared to other free apps I use on my iPad. The cost presents a challenge if I were to consider purchasing it again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find the product facilitates real-time collaboration, enhancing teamwork efficiency and project progress visibility.

Miro Simplifies Teamwork

  • October 17, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Miro makes collaboration incredibly smooth and visual. I love how easy it is to organize complex ideas, plan projects, and facilitate workshops in real time. The interface feels intuitive, and the infinite canvas helps turn brainstorming sessions into clear, structured plans. It’s also great how well it integrates with tools like Figma, Jira, and Google Workspace — it really streamlines teamwork.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, large boards with many elements can become slow to load or navigate, especially when multiple users are editing at once. Also, managing permissions and organizing a large number of boards across teams can get a bit confusing. Improving performance and board management would make the experience even better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps me bring clarity and structure to complex projects by allowing my team to collaborate visually and in real time. It makes workshops, brainstorming sessions, and project planning far more efficient — especially when working with cross-functional teams or remote colleagues. The ability to map ideas, organize workflows, and connect insights visually helps us move faster and stay aligned throughout the creative process.

Great Real-Time Collaboration, Minor Navigation Issues

  • October 17, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
It's an amazing tool, a lot of users can operate on the same board at the same time and in real time.
What do you dislike about the product?
If the board is complicated it is difficult to navigate to find the proper place you want to be, but it is a small issue. Miro is still genius
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We work mostly remotly, so Miro is the place where we can express your ideas, share our thoughts and easily reach common solutions

Designing Without Borders: The Ultimate Remote Collaboration Powerhouse

  • October 17, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Miro is how effortlessly it brings collaboration to life. Whether I’m designing complex program roadmaps or facilitating workshops with teams across time zones, Miro makes it feel like we’re all in the same room. Its visual boards, templates, and real-time editing features make remote collaboration not just possible—but genuinely efficient and creative. It’s become an essential tool for aligning ideas, tracking progress, and designing programs that are both strategic and human-centered.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a bit too easy to accidentally move or delete elements, especially when working quickly on a crowded board. The lock and unlock feature helps, but it can sometimes feel cumbersome when collaborating in real time—particularly if multiple people are editing and you’re trying to make quick adjustments. A more intuitive or streamlined way to manage this would make the experience even smoother.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps solve the challenge of bringing global teams together to brainstorm, align, and solve complex problems in one shared space. It turns what could be a scattered, multi-tool process into a single, visual workspace where ideas flow freely and structure naturally emerges. For me, it’s been invaluable in simplifying complex challenges—whether mapping program strategies, facilitating workshops, or co-creating with colleagues across time zones. It helps everyone see the bigger picture, stay aligned, and move from ideas to action efficiently.

Great for Organizing and Sharing, but Missing Some Features

  • October 17, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What I appreciate most is how it functions as a comprehensive board where I can store all the information I need. Additionally, sharing this information with others is straightforward and convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it frustrating that sticky notes cannot be resized easily. They should be more customizable. Additionally, I would prefer if all the process tiles within a swimlane were linked to the swimlane itself, so that when I move the swimlane, everything inside it moves together. At times, repositioning certain shapes on the board can also be inconvenient. Also,JPG export format reduces quality when attached to word docs. Something like PNG would be better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The feature that allows for collaborative boards is great because it enables everyone to share their input.

Great for Remote Teams, but Challenging on Small Screens

  • October 17, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
This is a flexible and highly creative workspace that can be utilized by teams spread across different locations.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not the easiest system to navigate on a small screen which is what some people are using
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For us, this has become the 'new whiteboard', enabling collaborative thinking that really encourages creativity. Unlike other tech solutions, which can often feel limiting, this one supports a more open and imaginative approach.

User-Friendly and Organized, but Needs Better Font and Sticky Note Options

  • October 17, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, clean, and organized. Transitioned to Miro from Figma because Figma does not allow the creator or user to track changes (of who made what changes) when there are multiple editors working on a single board.
What do you dislike about the product?
Font size issues - Figma handles this better. Also the Sticky notes size and font size are not nice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like to map out processes, roadmaps, and concepts on a large canvas, rather than being restricted to a single slide deck or similar formats. What matters most to me are the freedom, ease of use, and strong visualization capabilities.

  • October 17, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I have found Miro a very useful tool for managing the visualization and tracking the development progress of user stories in a software implementation project.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not very easy to generate pdf prints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is very practical for sharing information with project teams and for migrating information to and from other systems
