Essential Tool for Remote Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I love using Miro for collaboration purposes. It's been incredibly useful for my team, especially since we're mostly working remotely. It allows us to work together seamlessly on a single platform, which is invaluable. The straightforward setup process was a huge plus for me, and I really appreciated the onboarding emails that were to the point, making everything easy and simple. The collaborative nature of Miro was a key factor for us while switching from Lucidchart. I find the prebuilt tables particularly helpful for diagramming and project planning, as they allow us to delve deeper into our projects. Overall, I'm very happy with how Miro works for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it would be beneficial to have more free licenses available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro for remote team collaboration and creating workflows, which helps us work on a single platform effectively.
Couldn’t run Backona AI without Miro
What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro daily at Backona AI for brainstorming, project planning, and strategy sessions. It has become an essential part of how our team collaborates remotely and visually. The flexibility of boards, templates, and integrations makes it easy to turn messy ideas into structured action plans. I also love how seamless it is to use in client meetings — it keeps everyone engaged and aligned.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes large boards can get a bit heavy and slow to load when working with many elements, especially during screen sharing. I’d also love a slightly faster way to organize multiple boards or archive old ones without losing access.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps us turn complex ideas into clear, collaborative plans. At Backona AI, we use it to map product features, customer journeys, and marketing strategies in one visual space. It eliminates long email threads and keeps everyone aligned during remote meetings. Having all brainstorming, strategy, and workflow diagrams in one place saves us hours each week and makes it easy to bring new team members up to speed quickly.
very comforting to work with
What do you like best about the product?
it is not following a linear format or layout, so i do not feel as constrained when it comes to brainstorming and mapping out every idea i have. it is easy to insert pictures, draw, doodle, write down short points, or even longer paragraphs. it is a good tool i use when i need to form long paragraphs, while referring to notes from previous books i have read. everything is accessible and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing negative as of now. it is really easy to use and the current features are satisfactory for what i am using it for. only negative thing was when it was down for several hours a few weeks ago.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
my main problems is not being able to gather all my ideas into a space, in a more messy chaotic way. traditionally only writing down in a physical notebook can help but the main problem is that i cant easily insert pictures into notebooks. all these problems are easily solved when using miro. i can branch my mindmaps endlessly and have infinite amounts of space to work with. i can easily add on more information and whatever i think of at the spur of the moment, and being neat is the least of my concerns. after using miro, i have managed to plan out any presentation boards or slides easily by inserting all the individual components and content i want to include, and i havent not once left out any information that i thought of!
User-Friendly Design Tool with Occasional Crashes
What do you like best about the product?
This tool is very user-friendly. I used it in my previous job, and now I am implementing it in my new position as well. It truly is a great design tool!
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, the app crashes, and it always seems to happen when I need it most.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool fosters collaboration and provides a clear overview of the collective work we are all contributing to. I appreciate how it helps everyone see the bigger picture.
A Great Tool for Creative Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
What I really like about Miro is how easy it makes collaborating with others, even when we’re all working remotely. It feels like having a big virtual whiteboard where everyone can share ideas at the same time. I love using the sticky notes and templates, they make brainstorming sessions so much more fun and productive. It’s also great that everything stays in one place, so I can always go back and see how our ideas have evolved.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing I don’t love about Miro is that it can get a bit slow or cluttered when a board gets too big. Sometimes I spend extra time trying to find where something is on the board, especially when a lot of people are adding content at once. It can also be a little pricey for smaller projects, which makes it hard to justify using all the premium features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro makes it easy to brainstorm and collaborate with my team, even when we’re working remotely. It helps organize ideas visually so everyone stays aligned, and it’s made our meetings and planning sessions much more productive.
Effortless Navigation and Collaboration Make It a Standout
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate how simple it is to navigate, and the sticky notes feature has become my favorite part. Support is easy to access and I use it for a spectrum of use cases from personal branding to interviews.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it were a bit easier to collaborate with people outside the organization, as sharing can sometimes be a little challenging. I understand that there is a share option, but sometimes it is a bit slow
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro makes it easy for my team to think together, no matter where we are. It’s our go-to tool for brainstorming and mapping out ideas. I also use it for diagramming workflows and playbooks to present to other teams internally. It keeps everyone aligned and saves hours every week.
Turning Complex Workflows into Clear Visuals
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Miro is how easy it makes it to visualize complex ideas and turn them into clear, connected workflows. I can quickly map out pipelines, automation systems, or creative projects on an infinite canvas and see everything at a glance. It’s fast, flexible, and great for turning big technical plans into something visual and actionable.
What do you dislike about the product?
One aspect I find lacking in Miro is the absence of an MCP server or an open-source integration layer. This limitation restricts the depth of integration possible with custom automation or AI-driven workflows. I would really appreciate a more developer-friendly and open integration model to enhance its flexibility.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
helps me organize complex, multi-layered projects visually from DevOps pipelines to automation systems and creative production workflows. Before using it, keeping track of dependencies and workflows across different tools was messy and disconnected.
