I also appreciate its seamless integration with tools like Jira, which enhances my workflow efficiency.

Great for Remote Collaboration, but Project and User Management Needs Improvement

  • October 15, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The possibility of working together with my colleagues remotely. This was particularly useful when we had the pandemic, but it remains important today.
What do you dislike about the product?
I still think that the organization of projects, users and teams could be better. Something that also doesn't work well is file and link management. It seems to me that all the time Miro generates new charges because users who need to enter sporadically end up creating an account when entering a co-creation activity and I always need to check this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The possibility of co-creating remotely and centralizing project information for the entire team in a single framework, also in the context of remote work. This is the "superpower" we have when using Miro.

Powerful Collaboration, Needs Mobile Enhancement

  • October 15, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I find the tags feature incredibly helpful for tracking task status, enabling our team to efficiently manage tasks and deadlines. Miro's powerful platform is excellent for planning and keeps our team organized, making project management much easier. Additionally, I appreciate how Miro allows me to swiftly see my completed and upcoming tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the mobile app version of Miro underwhelming as it still needs some enhancements. While it's useful for quick reviews and comments, it lacks smoothness and features compared to the web version. Additionally, when I first started using Miro, I found it hard to understand and set up; the initial process felt difficult until I became more accustomed to it. Moreover, there's a need for enhanced timesheet features, including start and end times for tasks, which would improve tracking for our project deadlines.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to streamline project planning and task management, making it easy to track progress with task tags and deadlines, enhancing team productivity.
