Miro is truly a “life-made-easy” tool because of its simplicity and intelligence. It automatically adjusts symbols, distances, and shapes to perfectly align with the chart you’re creating. The platform also offers an impressive variety of visually appealing and intuitive shapes, making every diagram easy to understand from the first glance.

Intuitive Visual Collaboration and Seamless Integrations with Miro
What do you like best about the product?
Miro makes visual collaboration incredibly intuitive. I love how easy it is to brainstorm, map out workflows, and co-create in real time with teammates—especially when working remotely. The wide range of templates and integrations with tools like Jira and Confluence really streamline our planning and retrospectives. It’s also great for workshops and stakeholder presentations.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Miro is powerful, it can get a bit sluggish with large boards or when many users are collaborating simultaneously. Also, managing board permissions across teams can be a bit clunky, and the pricing model might not scale well for smaller teams or occasional users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps solve the challenge of remote collaboration by providing a shared visual space for brainstorming, planning, and workshops. It makes it easy to align with teammates, run retros, and map out ideas in real time. The integrations with tools like Jira also help streamline workflows and reduce context switching.
Versatile Whiteboard for Teams—Great Templates, Slightly Overwhelming at First
What do you like best about the product?
Miro serves as an excellent digital alternative to a collaborative whiteboard. I have used it for a variety of purposes, including running and participating in retrospectives, planning sessions, ideation workshops, and creating technical system designs. It has even been a source of fun with colleagues. In my company, Miro is part of our daily workflow, especially for workshops and planning activities. While starting with a blank canvas can sometimes feel overwhelming, the platform offers a wide range of helpful templates to suit almost any activity you might be organizing—though often, simple stickies are all you need. We have not yet tried integrating Miro with Google Meet, but the feature appears promising and seems straightforward to set up. We do have Miro connected to Slack, which makes managing our boards much easier. Overall, Miro has always performed reliably for us, so we have never needed to reach out to customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, performing simple tasks in Miro can be difficult. When it comes to design work, aligning and positioning elements consistently is often challenging, since the available tools are not as robust as those in Figma. Additionally, I have experienced difficulties when trying to combine longer text blocks with other elements like stickies and images. I still haven't found an effective way to organize my content within the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro is an excellent tool for collaborating with your team to visualize ideas and ensure that everyone stays aligned. When you have a place to visually present your ideas, iterate and gather feedback on them, you ensure that your team has a common understanding of the current projects and goals for your team and company.
Great app, with some space for improvement still
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is intuitive, user interface is pleasant, cross platform compatibility is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Absence of dark mode, inability to batch edit boards properties and batch move boards across teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro enables me to have all materials related to my researched topic at one place, visible all at once.
I hope my company will never remove Miro from our tool stack

It's incredible for organizing advertisements or social media post planning, enabling us to drop ideas and test layouts seamlessly while sharing concepts with clients. The collaboration features are incredibly powerful; instead of tedious email exchanges, we can bring clients directly into the board where they can leave comments and circle items.
