Real-Time Collaboration Shines, Tools for Deliverables are Improving.
What do you like best about the product?
I love the real-time collaboration as well as being able to see thinking as it actually happen. The templates and now robust AI integration make it my defacto place to start every project. It's great that it can provide both flexibility and structure.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Miro is excellent for ideation, it’s not ideal for turning concepts into structured deliverables. Exporting insights or frameworks into decks, documents, or client-ready artifacts often requires manual cleanup or rebuilding in another tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a central collaboration point, it facilitates faster alignment across groups an departments and makes abstract ideas tangible.

Microverse is the best thing which gives more ideas

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Miro is very easy to use and intuitive. The templates and layouts are very simple to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
There really isn't anything I dislike about Miro because I don't find any barriers/obstacles to using it for my particular needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro allows me to build out workflow frameworks that l wouldn't be able to do using Excel. It has increased productivity for me personally and for my organization as a whole.

What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy using templates because they make it simple and quick to create content. Now that Miro has introduced an AI assistant, I find it even more helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the interface somewhat unintuitive, especially when it comes to importing and exporting. Navigating these processes can be challenging, so making them easier to use would be a significant improvement.

Miro makes it easier for us to collaborate, whether we're brainstorming ideas, working on new projects, or quickly putting together reviews that are simple to share.

What do you like best about the product?
I find Miro fantastic for collaborating with multiple team members. I love how it visually shows workflows, wireframes, and other concepts, making it a powerful tool for such tasks. It’s also highly user-intuitive, making the learning curve minimal. The availability of templates has greatly enhanced usability, providing a straightforward way to start projects. I'm particularly fond of the mind map feature, workflow templates, and sticky notes, which aid in organizing and visualizing ideas effectively. The comments feature also stands out, offering a clear platform for team communication. Overall, these aspects make my experience with Miro enjoyable and productive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like the price to be less than what it is right now because it's not very affordable for a lot of people or smaller companies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to visually represent workflows, automate processes, and design websites and magazines collaboratively with my team, making complex concepts clear and easy to understand.

The templates assist me in selecting the best ideas to convey or organize my projects.

I believe we should consider using additional diagram formats for the flowchart.

Effortless Collaboration and Feature-Rich Platform
What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy how easy it is to incorporate other users, as well as use the multitude of features on the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not seen any specific reasons to dislike Miro.

Miro made it extremely easy for me to create a template for brainstorming on multiple occasions, and made it easy to incorporate my fully remote team of 10+ into the exercise.
Flexible and Versatile, but Customization Can Be Tricky
What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility of the different applications you can do with Miro. It's really easy to use even when you're new to the platform, the templates offered are great, it's simple to share and collaborate
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's not easy to customize the board you want. For example I was trying to do a process diagram but I couldn'T find the right shape

It helps me easily put on paper what's in my mind and share the information with our team
MIRO: The Ultimate experience for effective collaboration and execution
What do you like best about the product?
As someone who's worked remotely for 8+ years, MIRO has been the most consistent tool in my work-belt. It's easy to use and is the most powerful tool to recreate that 'whiteboard' experience

The workspace / filing system is sometimes confusing! (This might have been because in my last org we set up so many different instances!)
