Excellent collaborative whiteboard for hybrid teams
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is an incredibly intuitive and flexible tool for visual collaboration. It’s perfect for brainstorming, workshops, process mapping, and agile ceremonies — especially in remote or hybrid teams.
The infinite canvas, sticky notes, and templates make it easy to turn abstract ideas into structured plans. The real-time collaboration is smooth, and integrations with tools like Jira, Slack, and Microsoft Teams make it part of our daily workflow.

What do you dislike about the product?
While Miro is powerful, large boards can become a bit heavy and slow to load when many users collaborate simultaneously.
Managing permissions and version control can also be tricky in big organizations, and sometimes it’s hard to keep boards clean or structured over time.
Some advanced features (like private mode or integrations) are only available in higher-tier plans.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps our teams collaborate effectively across locations and time zones. Before adopting Miro, brainstorming sessions, design workshops, and project planning required multiple tools and constant screen sharing. Now, everything happens in one shared visual space where everyone can contribute in real time.
It has significantly improved engagement during remote meetings and made it easier to align cross-functional teams on ideas, priorities, and workflows. Miro also serves as a single source for project documentation, reducing confusion and communication gaps.
By visualizing processes, customer journeys, and product roadmaps, we’ve shortened feedback cycles, accelerated decision-making, and fostered a stronger culture of collaboration and innovation.

My Miro Wireframe experience
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom in and zoom out feature like figma is really helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall user experience needs to be simplified. Currently it is good but there are platforms like mockflow which helps me to upload hand made wireframe into editable wireframe.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps me to make wireframes
How I and my team us Miro at work
What do you like best about the product?
I really like how easy Miro is to use. You don’t need much time to get used to it and it makes visualizing user flows or app structures very straightforward. It’s simple to implement, the customer support is helpful, and we use it frequently in our workflow. It has a lot of useful features and integrates well with other tools we rely on.
What do you dislike about the product?
When the board grows, performance drops and it can start to lag. Scrolling or moving elements feels unresponsive, which can be annoying when working quickly or with others.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps solve the problem of organizing and visualizing complex workflows. For our team, it makes it easy to map out user flows, plan app development, and adjust ideas on the fly. This benefits me by saving time, keeping everyone on the same page, and making collaboration much clearer and more productive.
A Powerful Visual Collaboration Tool with Room for Smoother Performance
What do you like best about the product?
Miro makes brainstorming, planning, and team collaboration incredibly visual and intuitive. The platform’s flexibility allows you to build mind maps, user flows, and design frameworks all in one shared workspace. I especially like how real-time collaboration feels seamless. The variety of templates and integrations with tools like Figma, Slack, and Google Drive helps streamline the creative process. For visual thinkers, Miro truly enhances clarity and teamwork.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Miro offers a wide range of features, it can occasionally feel cumbersome when working on large projects with many collaborators. I have noticed that performance tends to slow down, particularly on boards filled with complex visuals or a high number of widgets. The pricing structure also seems somewhat expensive for small teams or freelancers who only require a handful of premium features. Furthermore, I think navigation could be more user-friendly, especially for those who are new to the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro is an essential tool in both UI/UX design and film production. When developing streaming platforms, it enables teams to visualize complex user journeys, organize wireframes, and keep design concepts aligned without losing track of the overall vision. In film production, Miro proves just as valuable for planning storyboards, mapping out timelines, and facilitating coordination between departments like design, editing, and marketing.
By centralizing all visual ideas in a single space, Miro helps reduce confusion and miscommunication that can often arise among creative teams. Its real-time collaboration features make it easy for designers, writers, and producers to work together smoothly.
One challenge, however, is that for large-scale film or streaming projects, the boards can become visually cluttered and somewhat challenging to manage. Even so, Miro’s capacity to bring structure, clarity, and a shared vision to creative processes has made it an indispensable tool for streamlining pre-production and design workflows.

Great Mind Mapping Software
What do you like best about the product?
You can just kind of throw thoughts and ideas out there to get your information out. I also love using it to create complex workflows or user guides. It is intuitive and easy to collaborate on and use.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is still not a lot of logic built in. So if this happens than that. Also permissions are very confusing. You can be on a team, but not have access to a board or vice versa. Feel like its a maze to see who actually has access to what.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Trying to just get ideas out there, or trying to create an organized workflow.
Best tool for facilitating workshops and collaborative work
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is, without a doubt, one of the tools I use the most in my daily work. I use it for everything from documenting discovery stages to organizing workshops and co creation sessions. It’s super easy to use, very intuitive, and packed with features that make collaboration flow naturally. I especially like how it helps structure group activities, keeping everything organized, visual, and easy to follow.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing structure, especially for smaller teams or projects with occasional collaborators, can feel a bit steep. It becomes challenging when you need to invite a large number of external guests who only require temporary access.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro is solving the major challenge of visualizing and centralizing collaborative work in a remote or hybrid environment. It eliminates the need for multiple, scattered tools by providing a single, infinite canvas to document everything from complex discovery stages to final strategies. Most importantly, it transforms dull, static virtual meetings into highly interactive and structured co-creation sessions and workshops. The main benefit to me is effortless organization and natural collaboration. Miro makes complex processes visible and intuitive, dramatically improving both the efficiency and alignment of my team's daily work.
One of the best platform to manage my architecture projects with the team
What do you like best about the product?
Being easy to understand and to use, has a lot of features like draw and write text mention one of the team, templates, and flexibility.
What do you dislike about the product?
Taking time to upload, and doesn’t support short videos
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Working online problems, working with the team and developing the design in one place, all of us.
Very easy to create a large scoreboard of your business
What do you like best about the product?
huge layout, multiple "panels" at once, can be linked to each other easily. Great place to have all your ideas in ONE SPOT. Because it is sharable with my executive coach, the board is interactive. We use it like email or sharing links, ideas, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Icons and drawing tools not intuitive. Some of the templates are "set" (e.g. can't change font size). No auditing to see who left what text or image.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
great place to note take with my executive coach. interactive. I can go back and see everything in ONE place just by zooming in and out. It's one big document with everything rather than multiple files making it super easy to find things. needs MORE colours
would be even better if it intergrated with slack or some other communication / texting platform

Excellent collaboration platform
What do you like best about the product?
It is a very easy-to-use collaboration platform that allows for a very simple workflow. It is easy to implement and easy to connect with the company's workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
One disadvantage I see is that the "free" plan is very limited in terms of capacity, having only 3 boards available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They have helped me to structure the strategic and commercial planning process of my company.
Very useful tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like using Miro to create my marketing campaigns: it allows me to gather everything in one place, to create different type of content but most importantly to share it easily and work on it with my team. It is useful to create timeline, articulate the content and also very useful for workshops with different teams/ people.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike on my side, I use this tool a lot
