Interactive and User-Friendly, But Needs Better Organization and Text Styling

  • October 24, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
It's interactive, easy to use, and I LOVE the bank of templates.
What do you dislike about the product?
Instead of Spaces, I'd prefer a class folder tree structure. I also think we can use some more styling options for text (i.e no option for bullets) We've had some issues with the billing and license seats. Some users were getting access the account even though I did not approve a seat for them. We had to contact customer service multiple times on this. It seems to be ok now but was frustrating. I'll also add my #1 gripe is every time I need to contact support, I need to hunt down how to contact you. Just put a clear button for enterprise customers please!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A bunch of things! I think it's the best place to great a diagram or graphic. We also use it for workshops and virtual team collaboration. I love the feature to vote - it helps tremendously with our retros!

  • October 24, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I greatly appreciate the ease of use of Miro. Setting up the application was a breeze, simply requiring the creation of an account and downloading the app. What I find especially useful is the automatic update feature. This means that as soon as my coach uploads the weekly schedule, I can see it instantly without having to select the week in question. The fact that everything is visible on a single platform makes my life simpler and allows me to focus on my training without complication. Moreover, Miro integrates well with my devices, including my iPhone 13 and iPad Pro, which makes accessing my data even easier at any time. I also like that Miro has proven itself compared to other options like Google Sheets, being the best option for our specific needs. Finally, I would give a 10 out of 10 for the likelihood of recommending Miro to my friends or colleagues, due to its efficiency and user-friendliness.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like more than just the fact that sometimes we have to zoom in on the image, it also becomes zoomed out, it becomes super small, maybe make sure the screen is stable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to easily visualize my sports group's training sessions on a single application. The automatic schedule updates simplify organization, and I don't need to check the timetable every week.

Miro: Ideal for Visualizing Complex Ideas

  • October 24, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I find that Miro is an incredibly useful tool for visualizing ideas, which is especially beneficial when working on complex topics like customer journeys in financial applications. I love how Miro facilitates the transition from an abstract idea to a very granular level of detail, something that would be difficult to achieve in a conventional document. I value the tool's ability to facilitate the comparison of ideas and organize many different ideas in a single visually appealing space. Additionally, I particularly enjoy the functionalities that allow for the simultaneous interaction of multiple users, which significantly enhances collaboration, especially with the new artificial intelligence features, such as image-to-text conversion, which make the tool increasingly powerful in terms of collaboration. I believe these features make Miro a valuable tool for workshops, planning, and retrospectives, standing out in its ability to simplify complexity into an accessible format.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have had certain frictions at the beginning, as I didn't quite understand how the tools worked, especially the frames for placing the post-its. Additionally, finding a way to export my work was quite challenging, resulting in me opting to take screenshots when I needed printed versions. I have also faced difficulties with licenses, especially when trying to collaborate with external people who are not familiar with Miro, making the process more complicated. The lack of integration with tools like Figma or Google Drive limits my workflow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mainly, it helps me to have issues like customer journeys and comparisons in one place visually. Miro makes it easy to express ideas simply, allowing a transition from a great abstraction to granular detail.
