Excellent Collaboration Platform for interactive Working, Organizing & Brainstorming
What do you like best about the product?
The super easy way to visualize ideas or projects. The usage of the system is in wide parts intuitive and it is easy to build a good structure, even for comlex topics.
I like as well the function that you can link objects within the board or outside of Miro. Also that you can setup a start-frame for the board visitors is a nice function. If you work with more people on one board it is good that there is the option to protect parts of the board or the whole board that nobody can change it by accident.
The different user roles help as well that it is accesable for every team member but that the company dont waste a lot of money for licenses. Only the people who work actively on the boards need paid licenses and the rest can be invited easily with a link and use a free account.
I use as well the different Teams in Miro, so it is at every time clear structured which boards belong to which team. Also for business meetings I like to use the boards e.g. for brain storming or developing ideas. It is super easy to create content on a board in a meeting and organize it afterwards in a better way. For this I start often with the sticky notes and convert my content later on - this is a nice function because it protects you from doing work double.
Overall I use Miro daily especially for my complex projects because you can build up the whole project lifecycle without getting overwhelmed. I would recommend it for everyone who needs basically a good piece of paper that has the benefits of an intelligent software to support your daily tasks, organization and so on.
I just had one time to contact the customer support (didn´t remember the topic) but it was totally easy to get in touch with them and also to find the answer I was looking for.

What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to have more shapes in the Miro Set-Up that can be edited and filled with text. As well it would be cool, if there is an option to delete the background of objects / photos (like in word e.g.).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it for my project organization. Even before the project kick off it is used to genearte first ideas about the content of the project and important details that need to be remembered. During the lifecycle it is like the heart of the project because all relevant information is there or the original source is linked. It is essential for my collaboration with other project members because I can easily split responsibilities there and everyone has a clear view about the whole project. For meetings I like to use it as a space to work together because from my expereince the outcome is much better if theres a common place where you can visualize your thoughts and ideas directly.
Apart from this I use Miro to draw my processes that are often a start or end point of projects because theres a change in the process. You can compare the differences and simulate changes in a professional, but not too complicated way. This is in my opnion an advantage compared to specific Business Process Modelling softwares. Miro is a multifunctional software and I dont have to switch too many times to other programms - this is super time saving and efficient, what I like a lot.

Miro - User Fridenly Software
What do you like best about the product?
The intuitive, user-friendly interface makes it easy for everyone on the team to contribute in real time, no matter where they are. Whether we're brainstorming, mapping out our weekly goals, or aligning on project timelines, Miro keeps everything visually organised and accessible.
The ability to drop in sticky notes, diagrams, and templates really helps streamline our meetings plus, having a shared visual space makes it much easier to stay on track and maintain alignment across the team.
Even on the free plan, Miro offers plenty of functionality for small teams. It’s made our planning sessions more interactive, productive, and honestly, more fun. Highly recommend it for any team looking to improve collaboration and planning efficiency

What do you dislike about the product?
Performance issues with large boards. When a board gets too crowded with content, it can lag or become a bit overwhelming to navigate.

Daily Planning meetings showing the requirements for each gang members. And useful for collaborative planning between different team members
Like Figma but for HR

It is really visually appealing and easy to use to keep myself and the team organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not find it super intuitive, and it took me some time to figure out.

Miro product review on design
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy and fast it is to drag and drop images and create flow simple flow charts and vision boards, it allows me to communicate with my employees in a more efficient and clear manner
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that it's difficult to get a consistent "pen" size when drawing on top of images. Most often the scaling of the images is irrelevant, so the pen might do better sticking to relative screen size while drawing then stay that size.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mostly just ease of use and efficiency. It's not overwhelming with useless tools so it's much more straight forward than something like Photoshop, keep it light and easy, fast to load, easy and quick to share.
My experience with Miro as a product designer
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the AI features, especially the ones to make workshops summary and build diagrams.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t like that miro doesn’t have pages in a same file. If I want to build a whole project with miro I have to use many different files or try to organize one file with all fases.
This turns harder to make the space clean and legible for everyone in the team
This turns harder to make the space clean and legible for everyone in the team
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro is a valuable tool for aligning stakeholders, as it allows everyone to come together and collaborate effectively. It also supports the creation of documentation for system flows during the design process.
Using Miro to transform collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to use and collaborate with multiple team members. Multiple templates and visualizations to choose from makes it even more user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Formatting options and integration to MS or G suite
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool makes it easy to create flowcharts and map out business processes efficiently. It really speeds up the process of visualizing workflows.
Nice app to embrace product design + remote culture within companies
What do you like best about the product?
Miro offers a wide range of features, and after trying various tools, what truly stands out to me is its exceptional ability to bring teams together to share and collaborate in a single space. In my experience, traditional departments or those not focused on remote work or product development, such as HR, often default to using spreadsheets when they need to collaborate or plan strategically. However, once I introduced Miro to these teams, they preferred it because it provides a more intuitive and effective way to achieve their goals.
What do you dislike about the product?
In my experience, the app and web browsing features can be a bit finicky at times. Since I often manage several projects and accounts, I've noticed that when I use the desktop app, the single sign-on process occasionally becomes confusing or problematic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides a comprehensive view of all stakeholders' perspectives in a single location.
Miro usage review
What do you like best about the product?
Easy review board to see all visual ideas in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
1. I would like to have a transparency function to embed the image together.
2. I would like to have a dedicated comment command that one can pull the arrow and put the text to mark up something (the current comment has to be right there without arrow..)
2. I would like to have a dedicated comment command that one can pull the arrow and put the text to mark up something (the current comment has to be right there without arrow..)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides a good digital 'pin-up' board to bet out the idea in comparison.
MIRO for a variety of visual diagrams and activities
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to quickly collaborate on diagrams, maps. The comment features and the templates for visuals help accelerate systems and data flows that i need to create for my work.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's sometimes hard to tell what happened to objects when one or more people are working on it. And dragging objects sometimes picks up the wrong objects and it's hard to grab the right ones.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaborating on understanding client journeys, systems and data flows, and ideating on solutions.
The best workspace for visual collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
Our team uses Miro on a daily basis. It's easy to set up, innovative to use and an engaging way to collaborate on projects and share feedback. I really like how simple it is to create a visual representation of an idea in one workspace opposed to trying to explain something through dozens of slides.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a little slow to load when you're using a lot of images.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro gives our team one shared workspace where we can collaborate on ideas and map projects out, visually. It removes the need for several different tools and centralizes our ideation and review process.
