Great for visualizing ideas and mapping user journeys
What do you like best about the product?
Miro makes it incredibly easy to visualize complex ideas and connect them meaningfully. I often use it to create user flows and mind maps during brainstorming sessions, and the flexibility of the infinite canvas is a huge advantage. The collaborative features are seamless—multiple people can edit and comment in real time, which helps keep discussions structured and productive.
What do you dislike about the product?
The navigation can also feel a bit tricky on smaller screens or when zooming in and out of large boards, Also, its a bit hard to customise the boards with lack of fonts and rich text editing options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I often need to take rough user journeys in the low-fidelity stage to my customers for idea validation before engaging the design team for high-fidelity mockups. Miro helps me quickly visualize and iterate on these early concepts, making it easier to communicate ideas, gather feedback, and align on direction before investing time in detailed design work.
Swiss Army Knife for Business Process Mapping
What do you like best about the product?
The thing I like the most about Miro is the ease with which one can get started with the tool, and it is easy to spot additional features in the board view without too much hassle.
Also, it is easy to integrate Miro within the existing workflow, which makes it a go-to tool for large organizations.

Great tool for team collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
As a product business analyst, I use Miro within my team to run retrospectives, as well as brainstorming sessions and prototyping. Miro has a very intuitive design, and is very easy to set up a board. As a remote working team, we rely heavily on tools like Miro to help up collaborate and communicate effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only point to flag is that when sharing a board, users may need to sign up for a (free) Miro account before viewing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps our remote team collaborate and share ideas, in a clean and simplistic way

Plenty of handy templates to speed-up the board creation

What do you dislike about the product?
Search and navigation between boards could be improved. Once there are many boards within the organization/project, it becomes harder to find the board you are looking for.
When using a board for retrospective, revealing hidden notes features doesn't always work. There is a relatively easy work-around to reload the tab, and then to reveal them again.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro is helping to to essentially bring people working remotely into one room with a large whiteboard to share and capture their ideas together.
Perfect for remote working
What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that allows me to work remotely with the whole team. It also allows us to have a place for documentation that is less structured than Jira or Confluence
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel folder organisation could be done more intuitively. Sometime I struggle to find the board I need immediately.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to do have all my whiteboards in one place. It helped with User interviews and Team retros. I love the post-it stack feature, so I don't have to copy and paste all the time. I t feels very intuitive

This is essentially a blank page that you can easily customize for any type of project. Additionally, there are templates available that you can reuse, making it even more convenient.
For high-level architectural drawings and the Follow-Up structures (To Do, In Progress, Completed)
What do you like best about the product?
I use MIRO for high-level architectural drawings, such as enterprise architecture, cloud computing, and networks. It's fast and practical, and an extensive components library can be used in drawings. I also use the Follow-Up structures (To Do, In Progress, Completed). I prefer them because they're practical, understandable, and easy to explain.
What do you dislike about the product?
If only it could provide a standard frontend similar to Archimate and convert drawings to that format.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work as a consultant, providing a common demonstration and explanation environment.
